1 The Last Night in the 21st century
Su Yun was the genius doctor who everyone respected and had to be humble in front of. She was able to cure any disease, sickness, and could even revive a dying man. Su Yun was the best doctor of the 21st century, but not only that, she was also a great beauty!
Su Yun took a deep breath as she got ready to go home after her long shift at the Godly Hospital. Su Yun found the Godly Hospital and it was more successful than any other hospital; this was because everyone knew how great Su Yun was and didn't dare to offend her, she also taught fellow doctors her godly medical skills. This made her wildly popular and she was wildly loved by her patients and fellow doctors. All the doctors loved Su Yun except for 1. Yu Luo.
Yu Luo was the second best doctor. He was originally the best doctor and he made sure that everyone knew he was the best...that was until Su Yun started her doctor career. Yu Luo was beyond furious and jealous of Su Yun. Su Yun had skills that were unsurpassed in the 21st century and had a better reputation than Yu Luo. Therefore, in Yu Luo's point of view, Yu Luo had no choice but to get closer to her and eventually kill her.
Perhaps Su Luo was too naive to live in the wicked world, but in less than a month, Yu Luo had Su Yun's trust and heart in his hands, but he couldn't act yet...
Su Yun grabbed her purse and pulled out her iPhone unhurriedly to check what time it was. Her phone informed her that it was 11:20 p.m, March 1, but Su Yun was more interested in a voice message that her boyfriend, Yu Luo, had sent. "Hey baby! Come over to the Jeffrey River Bridge to come admire the blood moon! Remember to come before midnight; the blood moon only happens on midnight every four years!" Su Yun smiled and she felt warm and fuzzy inside, she thought that her boyfriend was so caring and thoughtful to think about admiring the rare blood moon with her.
Su Yun hurriedly took off her stethoscope and placed it on the countertop and clocked out. She got into her BMW X6 and started her car. All she could think of right now was her boyfriend, she fully trusted him and hoped that they would one day marry and have children, she hummed to elegant Ancient Chinese songs, her voice made anyone who listened feel like they just ate honey. In less than 10 minutes she arrived at the Jeffrey River Bridge. This bridge was notorious for suicides but it was also a beautiful and romantic place. Su Yun got out of her car and locked it, her consciousness told her that something was wrong, but Su Yun didn't mind it and saw where Yu Luo was lounging. Next to Yu Luo was a steak knife and a few watermelon slices. Su Yun pulled out her phone once again and checked her reflection before walking towards her boyfriend. At the corner of Su Yun's eyes, she could see that it was 11:49.
"Yu Luo! I'm here now!" Su Yun yelled towards Yu Luo's direction. Yu Luo turned his head, smiled uneasily, and just nodded before returning his gaze at the moon which had not turned red yet. Strange, thought Su Yun, but she just brushed it off thinking that she was just being too sensitive.
"Wow! Can I eat some watermelon?" asked Su Yun as she sat down next to Yu Luo on his picnic blanket. She inhaled Yu Luo's slightly charcoal scented body scent.
"Yeah, sure help yourself," Yu Luo replied in a small voice. Yu Luo smiled uneasily as Su Yun took a watermelon slice and brought it up to her perfectly symmetrical petal lips and took a bite.
"Is something wrong?" Su Yun asked nervously.
"No, not really, I just wanted to share this beautiful blood moon with you," said Yu Luo. He turned his head and gazed at Su Yun's beautiful face taking small bites of the watermelon slice. A look of hatefulness flashed through Yu Luo's eyes for just a second before it changed back to his loving expression. Su Yun ah Su Yun, it would be such a pity if a godly doctor with a beautiful face died. But too bad you just had to surpass my medical skills. Yu Luo glanced at Su Yun's lock screen on her phone and read the time, 11:57. While Su Yun was still happily eating her watermelon slice in small bites while gazing at the moon and inhaling Yu Luo's beautiful scent, Yu Luo stealthily reached for the steak knife next to him.
"Su Yun," Yu Luo abruptly called. As soon as Su Yun turned her gaze towards him, Yu Luo ruthlessly lunged towards Su Yun's heart with the steak knife with the intention to murder. 11:58, read Su Yun's phone. Yu Luo sneered and pierced Su Yun's unprotected heart. Su Yun didn't know any martial arts to defend herself so the steak knife went smoothly into her chest and stabbed her heart. But, Su Yun didn't die immediately, she pitifully looked up at her boyfriend who she trusted so much as he pushed Su Yun into the Jeffrey River. Yu Luo had planned this moment for months now to make Su Yun's death appear like a suicide. After all, the Jeffrey River was wildly popular for countless suicides.

Su Yun was powerless as she fell into the river, she could see the sneer and laughter on Yu Luo's face and deeply regretted trusting him and loving him. In the next life, I will definitely live a good life and not be fooled by a man this easily! Su Yun vowed to herself. But alas, that didn't change anything... or so she thought.
Su Yun smiled bitterly as she thought she was dying from Yu Luo's stab in her heart. As soon as the clock hit 12:00, the blood moon appeared and the body of Su Yun became lifeless. Then, what happened next was something that defied the law of nature.
