29 A Doctor??

The Artifact 'Eye of the Sky ' sparkled and bright light started to emit from it.

One of the old man with the shorter beard extended his spirit and connected to the Eye of the Sky. Small and big patterns and runes started to glow and rotated around the outer layer of the sphere causing a magnificent display.

After some moments, a light beam shot from the artifact to a vessel containing clear water. Soon ripples began to form from the center and mana fluctuations risen from the clear water.

An old man with a long beard sitting nearby the young man Levis softly strike the floor with lower end of his staff. Shortly after that the pillars in the hall started showing golden azure runes and they lit up rapidly and confined the fluctuations of mana rising due to Eye of the Sky.

None of the others appeared to be surprised or panicked, everyone focused their eyes on the water which was now shinning with a light golden splendor.

Outside far to north of the airport, among the clouds unseen to others and without any abnormal energy fluctuations an eye formed from the nearby clouds.

Soon a circular screen with golden edges started to appear and following that the water started to calm down and slowly collapsed buildings, ruined terrains and dead bodies started to show up on the screen.

"Oh! It must have been a brutal fight. So much destruction. Wait, I don't see much civilian casualties. Where did their bodies go? Grandpa Mann"Levis unconsciously exclaimed. There was no pity, fear or excitement he simply stated a fact.

The old man who inserted the mana crystal didn't take his eyes off from the battlefield and continued to search for Antonio and Hawk.

It was the middle-aged lady who replied Levis.

"You are wrong. It is that there is no civilian casualties. What you have just now saw were the bodies of mercenaries disguised as civilians and fools who are a bit overconfident in their abilities."

Levis hesitant for a bit, asked.

"Aunt Ke-?"

In blink of an eye an extreme cold gaze covered Levis, sensing the change in atmosphere Levis quickly corrected himself.

"I mean…..Big Sister..Big Sister Kelly" Levis gulped and tried to smile.

Kelly gave a snort then continued as if understanding Levis's doubt.

"The citizen have evacuated quite early by the guards and businesses got their orders earlier. It all happened during the auction."

"I don't know why the Arsln family allowed such a fight. It was clearly strange, since it wasn't our place to ask, we neither asked nor did they told us."

"Anyways I still strongly believe that today's auction have Arsln family pulling the strings in the back. Ahh, just thinking about their admission ticket, shameless bastards."

Kelly jumped from the couch she was resting and furiously paced around.

Levis looked around for help from the two old men, but clearly they were not interested in Kelly's actions or reactions.

"Yes! finally found them. David get ready."

The old men cheered, seeing her being ignored like that Kelly got irritated, she coldly glanced at them at spoke in a emotionless voice. "You are running out of time old man, quickly finish up what you want to do."

At the next moment they saw a large formation covering the core of the battle field.

"Hmm, A formation? Interesting! Interesting! But it won't be enough to stop the prying eyes of Eye of the Sky."

Soon in the screen Lucas, Antonio and Hawk appeared.

"Hmm, That's Antonio and Hawk. It seems both of them are nearly done for."

Antonio's and Hawk's state can be easily recognized. Observing their condition it was easy to understand that they are one blow from death.

The old man caressed his long beard and thoughtfully looked at Lucas and inquired Mann.

"Who is he??"

Mann shook his head, "Don't know, a new player maybe. But he is certainly a expert in the way of poison."

Kelly glanced at the old men in disdain.

Next moment the four person in the room petrified after hearing what David translated.

There eyes immediately shot towards David. David repeated.

"He said his name is Dr. Frankenstein."

Doctor - From ancient times till now, whether it was Earth or Sea-Mist Plane, doctor is considered one of the sacred profession.

In some places in Sea-Mist plane instead of doctor people practicing medicine is called physician, medical practitioner or medical doctor.

The title Physician, Medical Practitioner or Medical Doctor or simply Doctor is only applicable to ordinary humans or beings in lower three realms.

The medical practitioner known in higher three realms is an Alchemist. But even so only some rare Alchemist can be truly be considered as medical practitioner or physician. It is simply because, after achieving higher realm ordinary diseases will not affect the cultivators. Even if some special disease or injury has been affected, it is possible to solve with the help of specific pills made by Alchemists.

The rare Alchemists that are specialized are quite respected all over the world, but mastering the skills of an higher realm physician needs extreme supreme talent, so such alchemist itself is rare.

These extraordinary Alchemist are called Golden Alchemists.

The word Doctor started to influence higher realm roughly 6000 years ago. It all started when a druid started it's journey to see the world.

When the druid who loves and cherishes the nature saw the torn world after the Battle of Armageddon, it literally turned into a lunatic.

He was obsessed and was pursuit in treating the world, for others it was a joke, but his persistent efforts, slowly but surely made him to step on the summit of Sea-Mist plane.

He went all over the world and watched many landscapes. Many places even now are famous tourist spots where once that legendary druid experimented and lived. He lived and died for curing the world or at least that was written in notebooks.

From there the profession Doctor started. Doctors that treat the world started to become a trend, but even so not many are qualified to have the title of doctor. Majority belonged to druids and elves . Those who love nature doesn't only include druids and elves.

This was the only information Lucas had on the profession Doctor. These type of people wander around everywhere. As long as no conflict occurred, they are said to be a great ally and most doesn't try to offend them because for the general practitioners doctors are outside of commonsense.

Every doctor is a small time physician and also can be called a small expert related to voodoo, curse, miasma, poison etc..

Lucas tried to establish his identity as a doctor so that they won't search too deeply into Arsln family members. The scale of battle was not small as Lucas first thought, so stealing covertly is almost impossible.

After the conclusion of the fight there will surely be many people interested in the events taken place here. There is no way that Lucas can hide his presence after causing such a commotion, the world is mysterious and the abilities the people residing here gets only weirder and weirder.

Hawk and Antonio looked at each other. Their eyes filled with complicated emotions, inside they were still unwilling but against an Maxim level character, if they tried deceit they will only be welcoming their death, it will only be a matter of how gruesome it will be.

"Weak are always prey to the strong." Hawk quickly calmed down and saluted. "I will follow your orders."

Lucas was overjoyed. If the circumstances were against him, he would quickly bend down that was Hawk's character. Hawk lived on the simple yet cruel way of rules of jungle.

'The more problematic one is Antonio.'

Lucas remembered his previous actions and gazed at Antonio who was emitting chaotic fluctuations due to intense mood swings.

"I understand! I understand! You were there from the start, no you must have com after we cleared the tomb."

Lucas was bewildered.

'What the hell is talking about? Tomb? Which tomb?'

Antonio was more sure of his hypothesis after seeing Dr.Frankenstein refusing to say any more, he suddenly laughed madly but he was soon able to calm down.

Antonio shook his head and sighed heavily. "You have shown only after confirming everything. Truly meticulous."

Hawk's eyes twinkled for a moment but soon turned usual.

Antonio tapped his space ring and produced a bronze key with the length of a palm and gloomily turned his face towards Hawk. Whatever reward he promised, whether it will be obtained or not entirely depended on this Dr. Frankenstein. He is incapable of revolt.

Hawk stealthy gave a signal towards Antonio and then he also produced a bronze box filled with runic patterns.

Lucas didn't knew the whereabouts of Realm Crystal, he first thought that it was with Antonio and that was the reason he was fleeing. But the following events quickly formed doubts.

Lucas didn't have much knowledge regarding Realm Crystal because he wasn't qualified. But he did knew that Realm Crystal is a material helpful to organizations and also effective for some kinds of secret deals.

As more he researched he could see that, if something was truly binding Antonio down, by simply offering the Realm Crystal any problem created by someone on the Blood Hawk level could be easily dealt with and can be further gained.

So after sorting through his thoughts he could determine that Realm Crystal is now a puzzle and the pieces are in the hand of Antonio and Hawk, only combining them will give a clue regarding the whereabouts about Realm Crystal or the Realm Crystal itself.

When Antonio and Hawk produced the key and box, something clicked inside Lucas's mind.

Lucas was suddenly interrupted by,

[Ding! Bloodline concentration increased.]

[Ding! Bloodline concentration surpassed the limit level. Starting Upgrade. Don't Interrupt for safe upgrade.]

Lucas felt all of his blood racing inside his body and wrecking havoc. Lucas controlled himself from falling and stood still.

[Ding! Acti..va..ting Sca..n.]

[Ding! Activating Analyze.]

[Ding! Energy overload! Energy spilling!]

[Ding! Assimilation Activated.]

[Ding! Upgrading Bloodline.]

Even though great changes were happening inside Lucas's body his mind was still clear.

The only bright side regarding the change was that he could now control the vortex somewhat and speed of vortex stabilized.

Outside the vortex Antonio and Hawk looked at each other in the eye briefly. Next moment, both of them tossed the key and box towards Lucas.

What surprised Lucas was both both the key and box was covered with some kind of energy.

Intuitively Lucas knew that if he tried to catch or those objects fell near Lucas, he would die due to explosive energy blasting.

The energy was not something Lucas, a lower three realm cultivator could handle.
