4 Encounter and Coronation pt.1
"Wake up Yun! We have to go!" Yun-Yeong wakes up half eyes opened and closed. She stands from her place and goes to wash her face.
"Mm... So where should we start from then?" Yun-Yeong looks at Yong for the answer but only silence skips from her mouth.
Yong-Byeol writes a letter to Ha-yoon that they are leaving and thanking them for everything they had done for them yesterday. She leaves the paper on the table of the room they slept.
Two of them leaves the house quietly so they wouldn't wake them from their sleep.
"So, I think we should eat something cause I am hungry!" Yong-Byeol laughs at her cuteness while she nods her head.
The two girls looks for the shop which sells a better food and least people. Yun spots a shop nearby which she grabs Yong's hand and runs towards the shop.
"Goodmorning ladies! What do you want?" The shop owner asks the two girls who was thinking of what they want to eat.
"Is there anything simple and least cost food here? Cause we don't have much moneys." Yun-Yeong asks the owner while she was there starving.
The owner goes inside and brings a plate of fried chicken and a porridge. "This is least I can do for you ladies." Yun-Yeong being starving from the morning eats fast. Yong-Byeol looks at her friend trying not to laugh while she was eating.
"Thank you Sir! It was a great food!" After paying the money they had only left, walks around the village searching for any available shelter. But to there surprise the guards were all over the village. Probably searching for them. Two of them runs but Yun gets caught by the guards from yesterday.
"Hey!! We got her!" The guards yells at the others. Yun shakes her head not to come to her or Yong would be caught too. So, she hides there watching her friend being caught. Her tears falls from her eyes not ready to venture in this world full of new people.
While all the guards were gone she sees a shiny thing left on the ground where the guards and her friends stood before. She walks towards the shiny thing but, she becomes horrified for seeing the thing left on the ground.
It was Yun's...necklace. She was more horrified for her friends life for she will weaken without her power. While she was sobbing the dog from before comes to her.
"U-jin! When did you got out from the house?" The dog comes to her as if the dog knew what she was going through.
"Umm... Thank you for coming. I really needed that." She smiles at U-jin which he barks happily.
She walks not knowing what to do without Yun. So, she goes back to Ha-yoon for help. She reaches his house but sees that his house was locked. She looks at U-jin beside her thinking that they probably left him. So, she keeps him for she was alone.

The night comes, while Yong and her only friend U-jin walks in the village. She sees the people all going towards the palace. While she was watching the people walking an old man approaches her.
"What are you doing here, child?" Yong looks at the direction of the voice and sees that an old man was right beside her.
"Oh... just watching those people. Why are they going to the palace, grandfather?" The old man's face shows a shock one which she stays silent not knowing what to say.
"Today is coronation day my child! You should not be staying here like this or the guards will probably take you to the King!" Yong agrees with the old man and goes with him. The dog too follows her.
"So, when did you came here, child? It looks like you weren't here day before yesterday." Yong looks at his face and smiles.
"I just came yesterday with my friend but unfortunately she was caught by the guards. I didn't know what to do but to left there hiding, while watching her being taken." Yong's hand balles into fist whiel remembering the scene. The old man nods his head in a sad expression.
"Do you want to know about the how the Devil King became King, my child?" Yong's eyes sparkles while she nods her head getting ready to listen.
"So long time back he was not the rural of this Diamond Kingdom. This Kingdom was very beautiful than the present. The King Yeong-hae and Queen Yong-kwan were also very kind. The King had a very trustful friend. His name was... Won-shik. He used to work for the King and we're very close to each other. The King tells Won-shik that he will be replaced as the general. One day, the Queen gave births to a beautiful girl. It was an auspicious day for everyone but the one person was not happy."
"The only person who was not happy was Won-shik. He betrays the King by having battle. His soul was replaced by a Devil. He was even more powerful that he kills each of the guards and the workers in the palace. The King and the Queen gives their daughter to their close guard to take their daughter to a safest place and leave them to live on his own."
The old man telling the story reaches the palace gate. The old man continues the story.
"The guard carrying the infant searches for the safest place. He meets a woman crying in the boundary of the forest. He tells the woman to take care of the Princess which the woman accepts happily. He tells her to go to a safest place so no one could ever harm the Princess. So the woman goes into the forest where she used to live for the safety of the Princess and the woman. The guard gets back to the palace but only sees a very frightening scenes in front of him. He sees the King and Queen dead in front of him. Their body stabbed by a sword. He leaves the palace as fast as he could to not to be seen by the Devil King as told by the previous King and Queen. "
The old man ends the story about how the Devil King captures the Kingdom in his hand.
They reaches the palace where all the people were inside the ball room talking. She looks everywhere for any sight of her mother but all she could see was new faces.
Suddenly, a sound of a trumpet could be heard. The Devil King and the Princes shows up in front of everyone. Yong-Byeol sees somebody familiar which she thought she saw him somewhere.
"Hello everyone! Thank you for attending this special day! Today the five Princes are going to be crowned and you may all know that!" The Devil King ends before he sits on his throne.
The official comes in front with two maids beside him with crowns.
"Today we present to you the five Princes of the Devil King!" All the people cheers and claps.
"Firstly, we present to you the eldest Prince, Young-chul!"
The Prince comes in front and bows smiling to everyone. But for Yong-Byeol she sees it as a smirk.
The King comes in front of the Prince and places the crown on his head. The crown was designed in a black and white with crystals at edges and the middle.
The old man looks at Yong-Byeol who was scrunching her nose. "What happened my child?"
She looks at the old man and looks back at the Prince while she replies, "He is the one who took my friend because of what I did to him."
"Now we present you the Second Prince, Chin-hae!" He walks smiling to the people and bows. He was also crowned. Most of the crowns were different. His was cyan purple which matches his eyes and hair. It also has a crystals with dark purple gem on his crowns.
"So, do you wanna know about the Princes?" Yong-Byeol nods her head while looking at the Prince who was going back to his sit.
"The five Princes were not originally a Prince. They were put under a spell by the Devil King. They are also under control while they are angry or any emotional. They were a sons to a woman. The Devil King takes in return for the favor he did for the woman so that's how it happened."
Yong-Byeol gets surprised by how the old man knows so much about the Devil King.
All the Princes were crowned and all the people celebrates for they had been crowned. Yong-Byeol excuses the old man and walks away from the palace with the dog.
She misses her mother and her friend by then. She really wanted to help them but doesn't know how. She was also scared what her friend might happen without her necklace. The rain falls suddenly which both of them runs towards a big tree where no one can spot them.
They stay under the tree waiting for the rain to stop. She feels a bit weak so she let her power out from the necklace. She gets back to herself which she feels stronger. She looks at the dog when she brings the dog near her to stay warm.
"I just wish if I could have somebody I could talk to."
While she was asleep her power glows circling the dog.
