35 Such a small world

"They are here sir."

The same maid from earlier told us. At first I didn't understand who she was talking about but by the looks of my biological parents I assumed it was about mom and dad. 

I got up, pushed the girl and ran out of the open door. I heard them calling behind me but I didn't stop. I had no idea where I was going but I kept on going assuming the right path.

After a few minutes of hopeless wandering I was tired and about to give up when I heard a few voices nearby. I recognized them immediately and moved towards the source of the voice.

"She is my daughter, why don't you just understand already?" I heard mom shouting.

"My apologies mam, we can't let you in without permission." a manly voice replied.

Soon I found their direction. They were standing in some sitting lounge, near the door. A man in a suit was blocking their way. Dad was holding mom while she was crying. My heart broke watching them like that.
