14 A Love Song
Signing a contract with an entertainment company...That is surely going to be nice!
is what the everyone thinks... But, Tom seems to be having a hard time to chose if he still wants to continue avoiding what he loves or just follow his heart...
"Sorry... I gotta go!..." Tom said as he decided to go home.
Everyone just watched him leave for they try to give him some space to think about the offer...
After that, They asked Lea about Tom if what kind of songs he sings and some other stuffs...
"Hmm...Catz(Tom)...He sings Love Songs that i compose... And i really love his voice! Just listen to it!" Lea excitedly said as she gets her phone and show one of the famous songs that Tom has sung...
She played the song and everyone listened to it attentively...
"Wow...I didn't know that, That dude could sing like this, before..." Jerry said as he whistle in the end
"Yep! it's Smooth" Arlene said
"And Soothing~" Aria added
Allen got irritated and jealous... He decided to sing out of the blue...
(Allen. Shut Up!) Aria said to Allen, using telepathy as she looked towards him with a pissed off face and with that, Allen stopped his singing and just shut his mouth up.
"They are all very nice" Aria said as they continue to listen while Allen just sit still and tries to listen too
After a while... Allen finally gives in and admitted defeat for the very first time...
"His way of singing...He could put the emotion needed in the song...impressive" Allen said
Tom,Aria and Arlene were surprised to what Allen just said... Lea was wondering of what's happening... Everyone's face looked so shocked...
"Aria...Did something happened between you and Allen???" Jerry frantically asks
"Huuuh??? Nothing!..." Aria answered
"Could it be because of the popcorn???" Arlene asks as she tries one of the pop corns that they ate... But she doesn't feel anything weird at all...
Lea asks Them if what is the matter... Jerry whispered to Lea the matter...
"Our boy over here, Allen...Is Narcissistic and Prideful! He acknowledge someone other than his brother for the very first time!" Jerry whispered to Lea
Lea could finally figure out what is happening...
(Allen...Your nicer than i thought) Aria said to Allen using telepathy
Allen blushed a bit and tried to forget of the matter regarding him... The whole group continued listening until at such time, they finally decided to go home...
But before they could ever leave, Allen asked Lea to pass the certain Singing app that they use for he wants to prove that he could sing as well as Tom too...
"If you became popular, I could do you the favor of composing a song for you." Lea said to Allen
"You mean, I'LL do you the favor of composing one for me right?" Allen said with a smile that made Lea get pissed off
(I'm surprised that Aria and the others could put up with an annoying person like you) Lea said inside her mind as she smile, trying her best to control her the feelings she has...
After that, they went on their different ways... Aria rode on a cab to go home, Jerry is riding the same bus as Lea, Allen and Arlene rode the same bus...
In the bus that Allen and Arlene rode to, They were discussing about something...It was about Edward...
"It's been months now...My brother is still waiting for your reply...I hope that you haven't forgot about that." Allen said to Arlene...
Arlene felt bad for keeping Edward waiting but, She doesn't want to disappoint Edward for what her answer is...
"Allen...can i ask an advise from you, as a friend?" Arlene asked as she look down
"What if i don't want to?" Allen said to Arlene with a teasing voice that tries to cheer her up
But those words only make her feel angry instead of cheering up...
"Allen...Did You Know THAT GIRLS DON'T LIKE RUDE BOYS???" Arlene said with an angry voice
"Yep! and i also know that girls act like this because something is wrong with their love life." Allen said sarcastically
"Ha! Ha! Ha! Very Funny" Arlene said with a very pissed of tone
"Hmmm...Let me guess why you don't wan't to date my brother." Allen said
"It's not that you don't like him, It's not because he is just older than you, Not your type, or because you think that he is to good for you..."
"I really hate your brother complex..." Arlene said
"Yes! i admit it now! I don't like your brother because i think that he lacks something!" Arlene said with a loud voice that made the other passengers stare at them and think that they are a young couple that is arguing...
"Shhh-!!!" Allen said to Arlene
"Sigh-... Are you sure that this is really the time to mind your nose to other's love life problems? You haven't even confessed to Aria yet... Why not start thinking of a plan to do that?" Arlene said with a low and calm voice, this time...
"Huuhh???What the hell are you talking about???" Allen accidentally shouted As he blush
The passengers started to look at them again...
"Ahhh~ how nostalgic~ i remember my prime days..." One old lady murmured as she watches
"Allen...shut up!..." Arlene whispered
"Ok...! Tell me what's the matter first then...Why won't you fall for my soo perfect brother?" Allen asked
"Didn't i just said to mind your own problem first??? You might never know...One of our friends could snatch her away. For example, Jerry." Arlene said
From that statement that Arlene told to Allen, Allen finally gets the reason why...
"You...You like Jerry Don't you?" Allen Asked Arlene
Arlene felt a little surprised and out of words...She blushed a little and gave in to Allen...
"Sigh...Yeah...Got a problem with that?" Arlene asked
"Hmm...So the reason why you don't want to be with Edward is because you want to be with someone else... Heh..." Allen said with amusement
"Then, Why not just tell to my brother that you don't want to date him? because you like somebody else?" Allen asked
"Well...You know Jerry...he is very strange... I can't read what he is thinking at all-" Arlene said as she was cut of by Allen
"Well...Your not a psychic..." Allen said to piss off Arlene, but this time, she gave up on arguing with Allen and just continued on what she wants to say...
"I don't know if a have a chance to him at all..." Arlene said as she haste to say the end of her statement...
"So you want to try falling in love with my brother but you feel bad that way so you don't want to accept his confession..." Allen said
The two paused for a moment and Allen finally says something...
"Love can't be forced...And if the heart really do screams out for somebody else, The mind can't control how you feel at all..." Allen said
"Hey...I thought that you won't give me any advice? ahahaha..." Arlene said as she silently laugh...
"Don't get me wrong. I just recited a line from a fantasy novel i have read." Allen said
"Ok! OK!.... Then i'll say something that i also have read ok?"
"There was never a perfect time for everthing. If you have the chance, hurry and grasp the moment or she might leave for you were too late." Arlene said...
(At Lea's Apartment)
"Those persons... Their eyes were shining as they listen to the love songs that i wrote... Those were the eyes of the ones who could relate..." Lea said as she thinks out loud...
"But there was a time that i played a love song about a one sided love...Could it be?..." Lea said as she pause at the end...
(Love is indeed wonderful!...Those eyes that changed at the moment i played that song... It's giving me inspiration for a new song! Great! this is Great!) Lea said in her mind as she stood up from where she is, to get a pen and paper to write some lyrics she have thought of as she remembers their eyes...
"Up until now, i just portrayed how happiness could come from love...hmm... How about a little more different this time..." Lea said as she writes the title of the song that she is about to write...
The title was "My one sided love"
"The suffering feeling of not being able to be with your love one... The sadness that can reflect in the eyes...A smile that seemed so sad..." This was the idea that she has thought about...
Up until now...She only wrote the pleasures of being in love that is why, the idea hasn't cross into her mind at all...
"Looks like...I owe this to those persons..." Lea said to herself as she smile, while writing a love song about them...
