4 Agreement

Steven went straight to Mr Richard ken and Lia ken who were about to leave with the others . " Mr ken and miss Lia , our ceo would like to meet you both in his office , ...please this way ." having no choice they both followed him to meet the CEO .

his office located at the top of the building with a spacious room attached .

the three arrived at the gate ,Steven knocked on the door , knock knock ... and entered the room.

Mark turned his chair round to face them and immediately got up leading them to the sitting area in his office ." please have a seat Mr ken and Miss LIA " , Mark asked Steven to get some tea .

Richard could not think anything about the reason of them being called here for a private meeting. Richard spoke , "nice meeting you Mr Collins but may I ask you the reason for this meeting. " ,

Mark : Mr Ken I am really impressed by your company and its work , "and also your daughter " he said in his mind . so I have decided to have a Collaboration with your company.

Richard : thank you Mr Collins and I really will be honoured to work with your company.

Mark : thats good then , this is the contract .

Steven came in followed by the assistants with tea and light snacks . Mark , "Steven explain Mr ken about the agreement " ,Mark allowed Steven to explain the agreement in detail so that he could see Lia and her reaction .

from the time Lia came inside she did not utter a single word and followed her father . Lia looked very elegant and the way she sat down on the couch next to her father it showed her manners and professionalism. knowing many men giving her attention during and after the meeting she did take advantage of it . this made mark more interested in her .

Steven finished his explanation and then looked at mark where he found him staring at Lia intimately . "ahem ,ahem ... sir I am done ." mark immediately recalled himself , " uh yess... so Mr ken what do say ."

Richard, " Mr ken I think Lia will speak her thoughts as she is my company advisor ."

Mark : sure ,so then miss Lia what do you say .

Lia: well sir I think it's a very good opportunity for our company to showcase itself . so I don't see and flaws with this agreement . but ...

Mr Collins your company is huge and has many businesses , on the other hand our company is strictly art and artist based so how will it be profitable to your company .pardon for being rude but seeing such a huge project given to us you are putting your company's reputation on stake ....

Mark : so well your are right miss , I am taking a huge risk ... but I want to take this risk . and to do this right I want you to personally do this project as I think you can do this effeciently.

Lia : thank you Mr Collins I agree with your terms

Mark : so let's sign the contract..

Lia read the contract terms and examined each and every detail.and passed on to Richard with agreement .

Richard signed the contract and stood up and shook hands with mark

"congratulations Mr ken let's work hard ...."said Mark. "thank you for this opportunity to work with you Mr Collins we look forward to it ." " it's all because of your hardworking employees and of course miss Lia for the presentation... " Mark said and turned to Lia , " nice meeting you miss Lia , must say your work is remarkably fine , looking forward to work with you ." saying this he lifted his hand for a handshake .Lia too did the same and shook their hands with looking into each others eyes . they both were shocked by the current flowing through their body. Mark did not leave her hand looked deeply into her eyes . Steven watched this with his jaws dropped down and couldn't believe his eyes for seeing this ice block being melted by Lisa's charm.

"cough ,.." Steven broke their eye contact . Mark,"so miss Lia I will see tomorrow for the work here ."they abruptly took back their hands . "ugh ... y.yes Mr Collins see you tomorrow ".

with this Lia and Richard went out of the office. Richard got in the car and left . while Lia left in the taxi . every movement of hers was watched by the the melted ice block Mark from his computer screen .

" so let's start Lia , soon you will be mine..."mark said while watching her leaving in the taxi .
