When Gian entered the marquis's office, he was surprised when he saw there was another person inside. It was General Lewis Bishop. He was not aware that the general would be here. Gian was about to leave the office when Marquis Frederick stopped him.

"Why are you here, Gian?" Marquis Frederick asked. "Do you need something?" 

"Not really. I am just going to tell you that I will visit Shannen for a while. I am worried about her condition." Gian said.

He was really worried about Shannen. Aside from their horrible experiences on the night's party, the news about the viscountess in the newspaper might hurt her feelings.
