1 Mr. Billionaire

I stared at my reflection from the mirror. Brightly shining diamonds are hung on my ears, neck, and wrist as if they were made perfectly for my milky skin. My long hair was in elegant curls and my face was enhanced by makeup but it was made sure to not make my makeup look look too dramatic, except for the eye-catching rogue red lipstick I was wearing. My body was wrapped in a fitted red dress that exposed my chest and my bare back. I held on tightly to my purse. As what my Mom would say, I am ready to reveal the elegance that I am composed of.

I went out of my bedroom and maintained my posture as I walked downstairs to finally join the party that my parents have thrown for the people like them who are of wealth and their comrades in the business world I, as a Valencia and as their only daughter, must be introduced to everyone as their heiress in every opportunity there is.

I immediately sighted my parents talking to an old man in a suit. The old man screamed need for respect and I can say that even though he is aging, he is showing off handsomeness and pride. I walked towards their direction and as soon as my Mom saw me, she smiled and said something to the men with her, making them all look at my direction.

"And here is the heiress of Valencia Hotels, our only daughter, Astraiella Celine Valencia," my Mom proudly introduced me. I smiled at both of my parents and then at the old man. He smiled widely and offered his hand, which I accepted for formality purposes.

"I am glad to have finally met you, Astraiella," the old man said as he shook my hand. I smiled back at him, "You can call me Astra, sir."

"Astra, this is Frederick Travez, the founder of Travez Group. We are currently working with one of their companies for a project we have in Visayas," my Mom told me. I slowly nodded as I take in the information given to me by my Mom.

I think I have already heard of the Travez name. The fact alone that my parents' company are working with one of theirs, means that they are one of the best and the wealthiest. I doubt that my parents will ever get involved with someone that will not do any good to them or their name.

"Well, Frederick, I hope you can introduce your son to my daughter. I am sure Astra is dying to know the youngest billionaire in the country," my Dad said and gave me a meaningful look. I raised my brows. Youngest billionaire in the country? I have not heard of him so I do not relate to what my Dad said about me dying to know him. How young is he? Is he handsome?

"Oh, of course! I cannot let this evening pass without introducing Xyan, Elliot," Mr. Travez smirked at me before turning his back on us and walking towards a tall man who was talking to a woman whose hand was caressing his arm. I raised my brows. I do not want to interrupt a busy man.

Mr. Travez said something to his son, making him look at our direction. I have to admit, he looks so rough and handsome, like a man who can make you fall on your knees and beg. His dark and hooded eyes looked straight into mine before he turned again to his woman. The woman smiled and nodded to whatever that was said to her so Mr. Travez walked walked towards our direction with his son who was carefully fixing his tie.

"Astra, this is my son, Xylan Mavrick," Mr. Travez happily introduced his son to me. I looked at the man who was towering over me because of how tall he is. The way he eyed me from head to toe did not escape my sight. I could not help but feel conscious when I saw him smirk. Oh, do not tell me that he is displeased?

"My pleasure to meet you, Ms. Valencia," he huskily said and offered his hand, still keeping the smirk on his face. I looked at him fiercely before accepting his hand, "The pleasure is mine, Mr. Billionaire."

He laughed like a roaring beast before his smirk even grew wider and his eyes showed a hint of amusement, "How old are you now, Ms. Valencia?" I furrowed my brows at his unexpected question. Why does he want to know about my age? However, I answered him truthfully, "I am currently twenty years old, Mr. Travez."

His brow shot up at my response, "You are still in college, then, Ms. Valencia?" he asked. I nodded. "Yes I am. I am taking Business Administration in De La Salle University, in preparation for my time as the heiress of Valencia Hotels and to make sure that I would not fail the company that my parents have greatly integrated," I confidently told him and smiled before glancing at my parents who were in awe.

"You must be pleased that your only daughter is showing interest towards your company, Mr. and Mrs. Valencia," he politely said to my parents. Both of my parents laughed heartily before my Dad spoke, "Of course we are, to have our only daughter continue what we started is our greatest satisfaction," Dad said and then he smiled at me.

I was introduced to more people with names shining brightly in the business world. I remember being introduced already to some while I have only just met the others. This is not new to me so I already know very well how to interact with people I am being introduced with.

When I finally felt free to roam around the party, I asked for a bottle of wine and took a wine glass with me as I made my way towards our balcony upstairs. I usually go here when I get bored in the party or I feel tired talking to different people. I placed the wine glass on the deck railing as I attempted to pour wine on it. I was about to take a sip from the wine glass after I finished pouring wine when I heard unusual sounds from nearby.

"Oh my!" I heard a struggling cry. I furrowed my brows and stepped out of the balcony and headed where the sounds were from, still holding the wine glass. I slowly walked towards the powder room we have near the stairs and saw that the door was slightly opened and the lights were on. Who is in there and what was it that I heard?

I got closer to the door and my curiosity heightened when I heard a grunt. I pushed the door and saw a woman pinned in the wall with her dress raised up to her chest and a man behind her. My eyes widened when I realized what the two were doing.

"Oh! Xyan, this is so rough! It hurts!" the woman moaned as she was being rocked so fast.

I accidentally dropped the wine glass I was holding due to my shock and horror, making the sound of it get their attention. The woman panicked but when the man saw me, he looked like he was in more pleasure as he looked up and went even faster to what he was doing before he suddenly pushed himself to the woman and stopped.

"Fuck," I heard him curse before I ran outside looking like I just saw the scariest ghost of all, which I would rather see than witness what I just did.
