Chapter 40 - The Frist Match

Xela was able to maintain the cool of his head. He knows regardless of gender no one is weak out of all the Gamers that manage to survive until now.

"Mr. Xela, you are so hot, why not be my Slave?" the young lady said sarcastically.

Her name was "the cute and innocent" but her words just now were in contrast with her public name in Desire Games.

Xela did not reply and just summon his two weapons and ready himself to react appropriately based on his opponent's actions.

"You are naughty! You need to be disciplined by me!" the "The cute and innocent" said with a cold tone of her voice.

The "The cute and innocent" starts to throw the weapons that she was holding.

It was like an S form knife it was not a weapon skill it was a cold weapon that Xela's opponent brings into the game.

"F*ck this person is already insane" Xela can help comment on his mind.

"This dangerous to fight an insane person you can reason with them at all. So I need to kill her head on" Xela can help said himself as he realized what type of opponent his facing.

Xela dodge the weapon that was thrown toward him suddenly it explode when it hit the arena floor.

"F*ck this woman had a skill that related with the explosion," Xela said and as he realized his opponent is tricky to handle.

To his surprise, he saw a plant-like corpse explode.

"F*ck!, I need to finish this fast. But I need to do it as low profile. I dont want others can see my fight style earlier start of the battle arena." Xela said to himself.

Xela was good and dodging and was able to predict his opponent's course of action.

More vines grow out from the arena floor to keep trying to entangle Xela.

At first "The cute and innocent" did not notice that her vines were poison.

This her skill was Tangle Vines it effects to trap the target it has a super-strong grip it can tear a person to death.

The only side effect is the Tangle Vines durability is connected with her own life.

So if the Tangle Vines is not destroyed or poisoned it's invisible it can repair itself endlessly.

But it will not kill her directly but if she is not healed she will die due to heavy injury.

Sadly for her Xela had a skill related to poison.

Naturally, Xela did not notice the side effects of his opponent's skill. But one thing he notice was that the opponent's mobility is restricted in a small space.

And the most obvious was his opponent is getting impatient the longer the fight goes on.

"It's either her skill is had a time limit or her skill is taxing on her body," Xela said as he observe his opponent.

He still thought of a plan to kill her. He was tempted to use the weapon but he knows that his bullets are limited.

It had 9 rounds per handgun. Cooldown 5mins per bullet.

"Brother Xander why sister, I mean Brother Xela is just dodging and escaping? Why not she is not attacking directly?" Alexis ask his older brother

On the other side, Alex 2nd cant help found it funny that Alexis is getting confused about what to call Xela.

It was ok before they only witness Xela female form but now they also witness Xela Male form.

It causes Alexis to confuse what to call Xela's sister or brother.

Alex notices the odd expression on his little brother's face.

"Dont think too much. Xela is my wife. Regardless of gender, she is your sister-in-law." Alex said plainly.

"So I just call her sister just like always?" Alexis asks to confirm what his older brother just said.

"Yes, just watch that match is about its end," Alex said with a smile on his face.

On the other side Alex's parents, Mark and Sarah were silent watching the desired games broadcast and also the interaction of the three sons.

Suddenly "The cute and innocent" notices that she cant summon more Tangle Vines and purple spots on her body.

"NO! NO! What the hell you do?!" "The cute and innocent" roared angrily.

"You are too late to notice it," Xela said with a mocking tone in his voice.

In the desperate attempt to survive "The cute and innocent" she tried to fuse her two ability the explosion and the tangle vine.

Sadly it failed to combine the two skills. Instead, her body starts to mutate into a hybrid of a plant and a metallic creature.

"!!!" Xela was shocked to witness the shocking side effects of forcing to combine a skill.

Finally, Xela did not hesitate to use his twin handgun to shoot two bullets on each gun.
