Song Ai noticed the unmoving young man who had his eyes closed this whole times and even tried to call out his name without any result.

5 minutes later, Nodus finally woke up from his dream and noticed that Song Ai was giving him an odd look.

"Are you alright?"

The princess approaches him with watery eyes as she stared at Nodus up close.

Nodus nodded at the same times as White Jade sent him the result of the analysis.

'I need the Throne to open the way?... Then I will and destroy them.'

The young man was agitated as his intelligent was being challenged while his mind was being played with.

Although the White Jade couldn't identify the runes itself, it still managed to find a trace of space tissue that was left behind after the teleportation.

'The cycle will happen in the far future... Therefore I will have enough times to gather my army.'

Song Ai was staring at the young man as she quietly held her hands together, afraid that she would upset the person who could open the path to the way home.

She was worried about everyone that stayed behind, especially her father who remained to participate in the war against another realm.

'If we wait for the array it will be too late..'

No matter who or what motive he had, Song Ai had to treat him with the utmost respect and care as she knew that finding someone who could open her way home was like looking for a tiny dust cell in the entire universe.

Afterall, the energy within the array was almost depleted, and it was only twice ever since their galaxy existed.

It would take more than a billion years to gather enough energy to use it again unless they could find rare resources to fill it up manually which could shorten the times to half.

But if they could find so many rare resources every day, then her people wouldn't be lacking in term strength and wouldn't have to run away in the first place.

"The purple moon, who does it belongs to?"

Song Ai was surprised by his random question that caused her to become angry as she replied with a trembling voice.

"Th- They are called the Purple Void...The ene-"

Nodus indicated with his hand for her to stop as he already got his answers.

Although he seemed to be mean most of the times, he was in fact really thoughtful and did not want the princess to be sad.

"They disturbed me when I can call my Throne I will destroy them."

Song Ai felt a sense of warm in her chest as she looked at the young man's back with watery eyes.

'He is a good boy- young man..'

The princess chuckled quietly all by herself while Nodus gave one last glance at the carvings on the runes.

'The essence of void huh..'

His eyes flashed quickly as he was calculating something before telling the princess to open the light portal.

The generals assembled around the portal that appeared at the center of the temple and surrounded the princess when she came before Nodus.

"Princess, is everything alright?"

"Did he do anything to you?"

While the girls were worried about their princess, Hou Li, the only man in the group was on guard against the unknown young man.

"We are fine... Everyone, thank you so much for being with me.."

The princess cried her eyes out in the arms of her generals as she finally felt relieved.

"Did you get all of it?"

Nodus confirmed something with White Jade before stepping into the portal that brought him behind many crying women.

"??.."

Hou Li felt agitated by the crying princess, and as soon he saw the young man stepping out of the port, the general swiftly moved his hand toward the young man's neck.

"You! What did you d-"

Hou Li felt his hand being tightly gripped by some invisible force as it stopped an inch away from the young man and could not move it no matter how much strength he put into his arm.

"Hou Li? Please stop it!"

The princess wrapped her arms around the general as she shouted at him with a tearful expression.

Hou Li felt two soft peaks against him and blushed slightly before he could move arm again.

"I will be leaving."

Nodus ignored the blonde man entirely and walked out of the temple before calling out for his spaceship.

"Ah? Please wait!"

The princess ran after the young man after she puffed her cheeks at Hou Li.

Hou Li felt like he did something wrong after witnessing the exaggerated princess who actually ran after a man while calling out his name.

"Hou Li..."

"What were you thinking?"

"What can our YOUNG princess do with such YOUNG man? HUH!?"

Bai An and Bai Cai were giving him a questioned look while Bai Fen reprimanded loudly as she walked past the bewildered blonde man.

"Please wait.. Nodus"

Nodus turned around to hear what the princess had to say before going to bed.

"Will.. Will you come back?"

Nodus yawned and answered with a tiny drop of tear on the corner of his eyes.

"Hmm... After I wake up?"

Song Ai froze as she watched the young man walking up the steps into the white spaceship.
