122 The New Supervisor

Nodus was in a hurry because he had to set everything up perfectly before leaving for the kingdom and explained about the job in details.

"I need a supervisor, so basically you will have to manage the goods and take care of the shop."

The post was pretty easy since the only requirement was to have a brain and later on, he had to find someone to manage the one in the city as well since he needed Bu One for a more significant project.

"All of the details are written on here."

Nodus grabbed onto a hologram paper and placed in front of the young girl who was still in the state of shock before leaving the laboratory with Helena.

"Teacher...I can do it if-"

"She will take it, and I have something more important for you to do."

"Is it related to that battery?"

The young man nodded and gazed toward the sky.

'I will also need someone to manage my fortress.'

After a while, Kana left the laboratory and asked the young man if they could have a conversation.

"I will go see little Lulu then."

Helena went back to the villa and saw the three little girls together in the living room.

'It seems like everyone is having a serious discussion...'

The two little girls had a serious yet gloomy expression on their face as Lulu told them about the kingdom.

"Then... Please teach me everything that I need to know, I am willing to do anything."

Kana bowed down to Nodus as she held tightly on the piece of paper in her hands.

"Mhmm, give me a list of the things you need from the city."

After receiving the detailed list on a crumbled piece of paper, Nodus sent a short message to Bu One, telling it to buy all of the stuff on the brown paper and load them into the carriage by nightfall.

"My men will take care of the purchase so we will head over to the village now."

"Huh? But...-"

Nodus turned around and went toward the car without waiting for the young girl.

Kana signed the paper and picked up her sister before sprinting after the young man.

As Nodus made his way to the car, the girls in the living noticed him and ran outside.

"Big brother! I would like to come too!"

The trip went from 3 to 7 people now as they all gathered in the vehicle.

"Where are we going sister?"

Kana patted her sister on the head and told her that they would be showing them around the village.

"So be good and help sister okay?"

"Mhmm."

During the ride in the city, Ali and Mimi couldn't help but notice the little bird jumping around Arna's shoulders and soon became friends after Kana left her seat to let the girls play together at the back.

"I am sorry about that..."

Lulu apologized on behalf of her friends to Kana who sat across her in the middle row.

Shortly after leaving through the gates, the car sped up along the road and left a trail of dust in the sky as the engine roared quietly.

The 8 hours ride became a 2 minute short trip.

"We should be here."

Based on the description of the village location, Nodus slowed down after he passed the first little path that branched off from the main road.

"Amazing..."

Kana only saw a flash of blur around her before noticing that they were actually already in front of the little path to her village.

"This is it, we just have to go straight to the village now."

Nodus began to drive up to the village slowly and scanned the surrounding with his wrist device along the way.

'Hmm... I can set up an electro barrier around here and build a big store here.'

The village was almost round with few houses oddly outside of the edge by themselves.

'Approximately...R/2Miles.'

After a short calculation, the watch displayed the radius units per miles of the village.

The village was big enough to be called a small town, but Nodus figured out why it was still called a village after he saw the houses made out of thatches.

"Those are the newest houses... They are all around the edge of the village until they decided to settle down here."

Those thatch houses were made mainly for a visitor who was looking for a permanent resident, and after a talk with the chief, they would gather some money and have a wooden house built in the village.
