33 Proxi Shop - 1

A dozen of horses were leaving a big cloud of dust as they ran on the dirt road , chasing a ground of people who were surrounding a red carriage. "Iya!! Iyahhh!!" The shout could be heard from all the mounted horses as they were chasing the carriage. The dozen group of people behind the carriage all wore a piece of cloth around their lower face. "Ugh!!" One of the flying arrow luckily landed onto the shoulder of the formally dressed person that was beside the carriage. "Mr.Tim!!!" A female yell could be heard from the carriage as the man pulled the arrow from his shoulder.

"Don't worry Young Miss , this is nothing!" The young miss looked at him worriedly as she stood up. "Ah!" The bumpy ride caused the young miss to fall the ground but a maid inside used her body as a cushion by laying flat on the floor."T..Thank you Eva.." The young maid held onto the young miss as they sat on the floor. "Please don't move young miss!" Including the two maids and young miss inside , the carriage was guarded by 4 guards and 1 driver who sat outside at the front. "Please remain seated young miss! We will be at the city gates soon!" The man slowly felt his conscious fading away as he clenched his teeth. ' Damn it , poison!'

The horse slowed down noticeably and the man hopped off his mount. "Go on young miss! I will slow them down!" The young miss panicked and with great effort , she stood up and slip her head through the small window frame. "Noo! Mr Tim! , Stop the carriage , now!" Looking at their comrade , the rest of the formal guards halted their horses and jumped down. "Captain Tim , we won't let you fight alone!" The loyal guards unsheathed their sword as they prepared for the incoming assault from the bandits. "Stop the carriage no-" Before the young miss could finish her shout , the driver stopped the carriage abruptly , causing it the it to drift side ways and caused one wheel to come off the carriage. "What are you-" The driver opened the carriage doors and shouted at the passengers. "Young miss! Please excuse my rudeness but you have to ride the horse to the city gate." The driver also wore a formal uniform as he dragged the young miss out of the carriage and helped her mount the horse. "But.. I can't leave everyone." The guard ignored her cries as he slapped on the horse back leg. Desperately holding onto the reins , the young miss and the 2 maids who rode the horse together , made their way straight to the gate way.

"Nooo! Please stop!" The young miss did not know anything about riding horses as she tap her heels onto the body , making it go even faster than before. Without any other option , the young girl jumped down the horse as she dove onto the ground. "Young miss!" The maid quickly tried to slow the horse down as they watched the young girl falling head first onto the ground. "Z1 , Register their aura into database." With her eyes close , she heard a young man voice and right before she hit the ground , the young girl slowly opened her eyes and found herself floating a centimeter above the ground. Her body rotated and landed gently butt first onto the ground.

The young miss searched for the voice in the sky but she did not see anyone. "Who..?" She then quickly stood up and was about to run toward the guards."Be careful young miss!" The maids screamed and pointed their finger toward the edge of the forest. Emerging with his fully black armor , the young miss took a while until she actually spotted him. "Thank you for saving me...!" Nodus was slightly surprised as he did not even reply to the young woman yet. "Beep.. abnormality in the iris." The visor zoomed into her eyes and Nodus saw a spike of flames rising up. The flame quickly dimmed down as woman gave a quick bow and ran toward the guards. 'Hmm..Odd..' Following behind their young miss , the maids lifted their robe and quickly ran after her.

The group of bandit surrounded the guards , with their overwhelming numbers of 16 , they quickly subdued the guards and held them by the neck with a dagger. With the 5 guards kneeling on the ground , the bandit all hopped down their horses and stared at the direction of the city. "J..just kill me already! Young miss is already inside the city!" The bandit who held Mr Tim was more robust than the rest of his crew. "Hahaha Mr Tim , you think I don't know? That you are actually her blood uncle , you took care of her every since she was a baby and I know how much you meant to her." The leader took off his mask and revealed a disgusting scar that went side ways across his mouth. " Valor!?" The uncle Tim was shocked upon seeing his face. "You traitor!" The guards shouted at him but were quickly silenced with a piece of cloth wrapped around their mouth. "Traitor..? I was going to be the captain of the duke but then , you came along with their lost daughter and ruined my future! You don't know how much I've suffe-" "Mr Tim!!! The young miss wore a white formal dress , stained by the dirt as she ran toward the bandits.

Before she could get any closer , the two maids each held onto her arms and stopped her. "Please stop young miss! It's dangerous!!" The young miss cried out of tears as she stared at her personal guards. "Good! You are here , Miss Ivy , It's times to start the execution , do it boys!" The bandits started laughing and as they slowly exerted more strength onto the daggers , a bright trail of light pierced onto all 4 of the bandit who were lined up behind the guards. Thumpp , the 4 bandits laid on the ground with blood squirting out from their neck. "What!?!" The leader kicked the guard aside and unsheathed his long sword from his back. "Z1 , Make the laser bullet less visible." The young man came out from the side of the forest , holding a long sniper rifle that resembles to a barrett.

Seeing the weird short human who wore a black armor that covered his entire body , the leader felt a sense of danger and ordered the remaining of his crew to attack together. "Take him down! Use the poisons and everything you got!" The bandits released a surge of energy as they pounced on the young man in black. "Scanned complete .. 2 early enlightened , 6 intermediate and 4 peak..." Every one of the bandit were atleast a Enlightened warriors with the leader emitting a even stronger energy out of the 3 other peak warriors. "Hmmp.. Don't alert me unless they are a ultimate rank." The big sniper swiftly melted and shifted into the form of a sword. Boom!! A surge of wind pushed them away as they heard a loud sound. The leader who witnessed the cloud of dirt was shocked to see his crew being sent crashing onto trees. " I was delayed by a group of weaklings." Before he could turn around , Nodus kicked the back of his leg and a broken sharp bone came out from his knee. "Ahhh!!!!!" The leader dropped his sword and felt onto the ground as he trembles while holding his broken leg.

"My speed is now 3 times faster..." Nodus relied solely on his physic and with a sonic boom , he almost went way past the leader. He cut the robes that was binding Mr Tim and the guard quickly freed the remaining of his group. "Thank you senior! How could I ever repay you?" The young man nodded and kicked the leader toward Mr Tim. "Take care of the rest." The sword retracted as he hang it on the side of his belt and walked away toward the city. Right before he was going to fly , the young girl almost bumped into him as she ran behind him. "Please wait!" Nodus turned around and looked at the young girl in a white dress. "I..I would like to thank you.. I don't have anything on me at the moment but please take this!" The girl detached her necklace and held it toward Nodus. The pendant was glistering even in the night with a golden luster. "Young miss! That is from your.." The young miss ignored the maids as she held onto Nodus hand and placed the pendant

"Thank you.. it's made out of pure gold with magic essence so you can auction it for a high price.." The girl ran back and held Mr.Tim as she cried in his arms. "Ugh.. Captain.. Are you alright?" One of the guard picked up his weapon as he walked toward Mr Tim. "I am fine.. Young miss..." Mr Tim knew that he couldn't blame the little girl that he cherished. Seeing that everyone was busy tending their wounds , Nodus slowly disappeared into the woods and flew away toward the sky. "Unknown materials , Pure energy detected." Surprised , Nodus put away his device and absorbed the energy with the watch. "5% of pure energy from this.." The pendant still remained the same shape but the dim luster disappeared. 'I must do more research on this material.'

Going through the barrier , Nodus quickly arrived at the district in the middle of the night and saw a newly modern looking shop that replaced the old cozy one. The shop was entirely white with a big black sign hung above the glass door. The shop was mainly made out of wood with glass windows around it , taking most of the space from the back to the front of the land. Landing beside Bu One who stood in front of the door , Nodus passed the blue chip onto his palm. "Put half of them in the generator and the other half for the factory materials." The robot gave a slight bow and went inside the shop. After a few second , the lights within the shop turned on as the sign board flashed with a bright purple light. The sign had *Proxi* written onto it and the color contrast made it even more eye catching.

'Good , the entire building is powered.' The android came back outside and awaited for further order as it stood in front of Nodus. "Keep the shop open for as long you are inside and start selling the tools tomorrow morning ,if anyone causes trouble , just detain them and give me a notice right away." The robot nodded and went back inside the shop with Nodus. The inside of the shop had a big wooden counter that stretched until the other side of the shop with many glass display. Three of them were displaying the button , hook and flare while the remaining 7 were empty. On the glass there was a small writing that displayed the item name. The lower half of the display was made out of wood and gave a quick description about the tools. Behind the wide counter , there was a metal box that acted as a vault to store the item safely and a automated change machine. Bu One only job was to supervise the store and hand in the tools after the payments.
