125 Factory Tubes

The young man continued to walk around the forest on the edge of the village until dawn.

The two girls who voluntarily accompanied him did not complain at all after walking for more than five hours.

"A street light would make it even more visible..."

Nodus rubbed his chin as he stared at the small pathway that led to the main road toward the city.

Not only the path was narrow, but it was also surrounded by trees on both side which made it almost invisible during the night times.

Not wanting to miss out on a potential customer, Nodus went to talk to Kana about it, and she immediately agreed with him.

"I am sure it would attract more visitor!"

The young girl pictured a road filled with torches while Nodus was thinking about the light pole in his original home planet.

"They should be here now."

After finishing inspecting the narrow path, Nodus and the girls arrived by the main road and felt a strong gust of wind that came from the sky.

"What is that?!"

Helena noticed something falling down from the sky as she held onto the young man's arm.

*Pufff*

Just like a weightless leaf, an armored person landed right in front of them without making any sound.

The armor glowed slightly in purple like a breathing pulse and with a push of a button on the back of the ear, beautiful woman with two short horn revealed her face from the helmet.

"Commander Nodus, Evelyn reporting for the mission."

The demi-human saluted Nodus before handing him a capsule that she kept on her belt.

"Good, I heard that you train by yourself every day?"

Evelyn saw the young commander squinting his eyes and turned around before she could even reply to him.

'Is commander mad at me...?'

"Follow me."

Nodus waved his hand, and the strong wind suddenly disappeared as the invisible ship flew back to the village.

After making his way back toward the west side of the village, Nodus pulled the capsule cover that revealed twenty small chip in a socket that was on the core of the capsule.

He pulled on the first chip and threw it onto the ground that revealed a long storage box that was almost ten times bigger than the ones that were sold in the store.

"Carry these and follow me...You two should return-."

"Teacher! Please let me stay!"

Helena lifted her hand as if she was in a classroom and shouted before Nodus could finish his words.

"Fine...Kana, could you pick up the children?"

"Of course boss, leave it to me!"

Kana chuckled and nodded before running off toward the center of the village.

The young man sighed and shook his head before lifting a long square tube.

After a couple of steps toward the forest, he took the tube and folded it open, making it twice as big as the original size and planted it deeply into the dirt ground.

"Take 31 steps and plant it like this."

Nodus pointed at the square pole and Evelyn understood that they had to face each other.

"Yes, commander."

After planting the second square tube, she repeated the process with the third one and seeing that Nodus did not say anything, she then placed the last one, forming a perfect square with the four 9 meters tube.

Nodus threw another chip and took out a big cylinder object with a lid on the top.

With a quick peek, Evelyn saw that the storage was empty, so she followed right beside the young man.

He then placed it beside one of the tall tubes and connected it with a black fiber wire that was hidden inside of the cylinder.

The screen turned on the front of the cylinder and revealed a big green button.

"Do you want to press it?"

The young man looked at the curious Evelyn who was right behind him.
