6 Beautiful Lady

With the sound of crumbles, Nodus held on the last energy source, a red football size ruby that had a crystallized shape as he scanned with the black device.

"Scanned complete, similar component as Rudonium from planet Dova ."

Said the robotic voice, Z1.

"Hmm, Then put it on the same mark."

Nodus clicked on the 3D map icon, and the red dot now showed a Ru icon, indicating the Rudonium. Nodded with contentment, he said, " Absorb." The red mineral turned into sand.

"Z1, Transfer 5% into the White Jade and 5% into the nano suit, maintain boots form"

The watch number quickly went down to 15% as a black substance promptly squirmed to his feet and formed a pair of black boots. With more energy in hand, Nodus took out a tiny black chip from the band of his wristwatch and threw it onto the ground.

*Poooof*

A small cloud of smoke appeared as the chip hit the floor, revealing a tall metal locker with a screen on the door. Beep, beep, a sound could be heard as Nodus lifted his wristwatch onto the screen. After a quick flash of light, the door opened, revealing a pair of uniform, clothes, and weapons. Nodus decided to wear his suit as the rests were just t-shirts and regular short pants that reach the knees.

"Feels way better.. And also with something on my feet."

Said Nodus who revealed a tiny smile.

"Affirmative, commander is also slightly taller now."

With a vein on his forehead ready to burst, he stomped angrily toward the tunnel he came from.

'That woman..even her AI is making fun of my height, wait until I get back and destroy your laboratory!'

The actual concern was his short height all along and not the comfort.

At the edge of the mountain, Naire left Ali behind with the girls as he slowly leaps his way down the rocky cliff.

"You three stay behind, come down only after I say the words."

The three girls could only wait together as they stared down the cliff while the sun shone brightly above their heads.

After making sure the little-broken forest possesses no danger, Naire turns around to signal the ladies, but just as he was about to wave his arms, a vast white shadow quickly dashed toward his back.

"Dad!! Behind you!"

As if he was expected it, Naire slowly tilted his head down sideways and held on tightly onto his greatsword grip.

Naire quickly leaned his entire body toward the ground while pulling his greatsword from his straps and made a big swing toward the white shadow.

The shadow quickly passed Naire's original position as he dodged and noticed a considerable blade flying towards it.

Clench. The shadow swatted the blade away with great effort, and the white shadow significantly lost its momentum.

Naire confidently stood his ground while his foot sunk a little into the snowy ground as he held his massive sword with one hand. In front of him, the shadow was a big white leopard, the size of an elephant, with two long fluffy tails and green emerald eyes.

"Mom, will dad be fine?"

The daughter gripped her hands tightly as she asks the blue-haired woman.

"That is a rank 4 magic beast, slightly stronger than an early advance warrior, so your dad will be fine."

Without a hint of worry, the mother held onto the little girl's hand as she carefully watches the surrounding.

"You are merely a rank 4 beast, you are not my opponent."

Naire was warning the beast as he does not want to shed blood in front of the little girls or to attract any other dormant creature.

The words affected the leopard as it extended its sharp claw and was ready to pounce while releasing a visible aura.

'Why...Is it protecting some kind of treasure.. or is it-'

Noticing that Naire is contemplating on something, the white beast quickly pounced forward as the front claws promptly extended sharp frozen spikes from the nails.

Hmmp, putting her life on the line, it must be a mother beast protecting her cubs.

With a hint of respect, Naire aura extended from his body and covered his big blade as he turned it to the side and swung toward the beast. The flat side of the edge created a big gust of wind and propelled the pouncing leopard backward, slamming onto the higher walls of the mountain.

"Gahh!" Blood leaked out from the jaw of the beast as it fell toward the ground.

Pew, after a strange sound, the wall of the mountain collapsed into tiny pebbles, revealing a young boy within the dark hole.

The moving energies were coming from here.

As Nodus looked around and he only saw a middle-aged man standing further in front of him. Wasn't there two energy? Before Nodus could peek at his 3D map, the middle-aged man quickly ran toward him as he yelled.

"Be careful young lady, above you!"

Nodus vein almost burst open from his forehead as he lifted his left arm toward the sun with his palm open.

"I don't know what you are saying, but I feel slightly annoyed."

The falling beast suddenly stopped and flew toward the incoming middle-aged man.

Naire who was caught off guard by the unexpected changes in the situation did not have enough times to move away from the flying leopard.

The beast and Naire crashed together and flew toward the forest, leaving a trail on the snowy ground.

"Mom, that's hi-"

Before Luru could finish her sentence, a big green magic graph appeared underneath the three girls as the blue-haired woman held onto the girl's hands, a breeze of wind blew them off the cliff. Gliding on the gentle wind, the three girls landed beside the unconscious leopard.

"Naireson...Is it comfortable being under a beast.."

The blue haired woman said with an angry voice as she crosses her arms together while tapping the ground with her old looking leather boots.

Naire wiggled his way out from the beast and stood beside his wife as he put the greatsword back into the straps on his back.

"Hahaha, how could I predict a child would send a beast flying toward me without any magic graph."

Lati and Luru stood beside Naire without noticing that Ali was slowly walking toward the young boy.

After analyzing the situation, Nodus was sure that the middle-aged man was the father of that little blue haired girl because of their eyes. Hmm, that big creature must be the one emitting the other energy. As Nodus look at his 3D map, he came into conclusion that the beast was carrying a usable energy source somewhere within its body without paying attention Ali who stood three meters away from him.

"Eum... Hello.. thank you for saving me."

Luru who heard her friend voice quickly turned around and ran forward to pull her back.

"Ah! Ali, what are you doing!"

The little blue girl who feelings were unknown toward the foreign person was slightly afraid that something might happen to Ali. Before Naire could follow up his daughter, he was stopped by his wife.

"It's ok dear, that is the child who saved Luru and Ali."

Naire nodded and stood beside his wife as they watch the 3 little children.

Nodus put his arm down and stared at the brown-haired girl with dimples. Hmmm..She seems to be happy to see me, but I don't understand what she is saying.. Seeing Nodus innocent stare, Ali muster up some courage, ignoring her friend shout and walk toward the young boy as she fiddle around her clothes and held something toward Nodus.

"I..I took this fresh bread for you... it's from the village bakery shop, for you"

Ali slowly extended her hand that was holding onto a soft brown bread as she walks toward Nodus at a snail pace. Hmmm..? It smells good. Nodus stomach suddenly began to yearn for the bread as it made a tiny growling sound.

"Hehehe, you are hungry, so take it."

Without hesitation, Ali hastened her pace and arrived in front of the young man who was slightly red. As she held the bread, Ali plucked a tiny piece and kept the rest in front of Nodus face. With a slight nod, he took the food and ate it at the same times as the little girl.

"Hehe, does it taste good?"

The girl held her hands together behind her back as she smiled. Nodus did not know what she was saying, so he just stared at her while tilting his head sideways.

"Ah, could it be you don't speak eilium?"

As expected, he doesn't know the language. After quickly devouring the bread, the little girl holding his hand and tugged Nodus to follow her. He nodded and followed Ali who was leading him toward Luru and the couple.

Luru who was standing between the couple and Ali was dumbfounded by her friend. She approached a stranger and even handed him a piece of bread!? Don't the villagers teach their child to be more wary of strangers?! Remembering that Ali was actually a year older than her, she quickly felt shy about her mature thoughts.

"Luru! look, it's our savior!"

Ali voiced woke up Luru from her thoughts and curiously stared at Nodus. Is that really a boy... such beautiful face and long eyelashes..

"Luru?"

Noticing that Luru did not answer, Ali, waved in front of her friend's wave.

"Ah, yes, sorry Ali I was thinking of something .. A..and thank you for saving my friend and me."

Luru bends down her legs as she tried to give a curtsy gesture to Nodus, but realizing she wasn't wearing the normal clothes she blushed and quickly gave a slight bow instead.

"Hahaha Luru, you is so funny."

Ali was innocently laughing while Nodus just replied with a nod.

After their little greetings, Ali mentioned the fact that Nodus could not understand or speak their language, Luru took Ali's left hand and quickly ran to the couple.

"Mom.. do you have a language book??"

Naire gave a puzzled expression to his wife.

"I told Luru that it was ok to trust Ali."

Naire quickly understood that Ali knew about his family coming from the kingdom and so, he did not hold back and pulled a book from the air in front of the children.

"Here Luru, daddy always kept this with me to remind of you wherever I go hahaha."

'Hmmm... some kind of spatial storage..? Yet their house is made of common materials, but their portable storage is on a higher tier than ours..interesting...'

Luru quickly snatched the book from her father with her face all red.

"D..D...Dad.. why do you still have this book?! Did you kept it with you for all these years?!"

Naire tried to pacify his flustered daughter while Lati, made her way toward Ali and Nodus.

"It's alright Luru, I will teach him from scratch without it."

Luru took the book and threw it toward the forest and happily made her way to her mother.

"Ah! My precious!"

With a deep dive to the ground, the father slid and quickly caught the book before it felt.

What a slide... He must have trained a lot... Said Nodus as he quietly thought about a sport from his home planet.

"Thank you mom, you're the best!"

As her daughter held her side, Lati gently extended her hand toward Nodus.

Nodus looked into the blue-haired woman and then, closed his eyes as the hand slowly reached his head.

"Ah, I knew it, your hair is so smooth...Don't worry, aunty will teach you everything from writing to reading hmmp!"

Naire smiled as he looks toward the children. That is my wife ... always kind toward children no matter the race.

As the blue haired woman scuffles through his hair, Nodus more concern about the beast.

I wonder how he kept his hair so soft...ah.. feels so good...
