Desave Underground: Two

Two,

"Dang-it, Moon dusk! What the hell do you want from me? Money? Ha! Will never!" Christian yelled then laughed insanely. Shaina shook her head, her lips forming small curve. indicating that she's just as happy as the guy- he looks funny from her point of view.

"I have enough money, honestly, I have more to live all by myself, dumbass. I don't need the money you are getting from putting dirt on your hand. I just want you to taste your own medicine. Maybe, get you arrested?." Christian acted that he didn't hear anything and just laugh—again. "My name being next to the word "arrested" does't suit, Moon dusk. I can't even imagine myself putting behind the bars! In case you forgot everything illegal are legal here in Albane! And, drop the drama. You're being hypocrite. Aren't you also putting dirt in your hands? We're the same, moon dusk. We like to play with people, y'know?" Christian replied. Shaina, instead of letting his last words got her, she smiled before getting a piece of newspaper above the shelf near a window. She read the headline.

"Kaelcna's police department are now looking for Christian Patrick Reyes after seeing him wandering around the said province last week." Shaina read it loud, enough for Christian to hear. The guy, once again, was caught off guard.

So that's her plan... to send me in another place in Pasianna to get me arrested. Christian thought.

"I bet, you don't want to be put behind the bars." Shaina asked him, so he nodded immediately. "Give me the moneys, weeds, and the non license guns that came from your illegal transactions, or else.. you'll spend the resy of your life inside Kaelcna's station." Christian, being the scaredy-cat he is, immediately nodded, he's putting all his bet in Shaina's words. Even though there are no assurances that she will live up to her words. "It's in the basement, there's a stair you can use located on the ground floor control room behind that train." Christian gave the instruction. Shaina and the pretty guy exchange looks. And with Shainas' eyebrow signal, the guy immediately responnded- he kicked Christian, making him fall asleep. "Thanks, I'll be gone for awhile. Thank him to your car and wait for me." she instructed before going to the basement.

And there, she found boxes of difference illegal substances and firearms. She took a picture of it before locking the basements' door with her own padlock. As she goes out the warehouse, she saw the guy leaning on his car. "Hand me the keys. I'll drive." the guy hand her the keys without saying anything, before entering the shot gun seat.

Shain would be lying if she tell you that she's not expecting the guy beside him to introduce himself. I mean, who would not? The guy told her that he knew him. Thus, he got her curiosity real hard.

"Shai." finally, the deafening silence was broken by the guy. She hummed in response. "The name's Jasper." at last, he introduced himself. "I see." is the only thing she can reply.

Now... what? He wouldn't tell me why he knew my personal information? Shaina thought.

Still waiting for his next response. "We need to fill up the tank." instead of granting her wishes, her fairy god mother- if there is, answered her prayers with disappointment instead. "Got it. There's a nearby gasoline station within this road." she replied. She could only bang her head with her thought. Why does she kept on asking and hoping that the guy would explain himsellf?

Upon parking her car, Shaina filled up the cars' tank, since it's a self-service station. The guy come next to her.. "About earlier, I was actually just waiting for the right timing. I really do know you from the start-" he was not able to continue when they heard a loud thug inside the car. It was Christian, trying to run away. "This dimwit." before Shaina can even move from her place, Jasper already did. So, she stood there and wait the tank to be fully filled up. "LET ME GO! YOU DIDN'T STOOD BY YOU WORDS, MOON DUSK! YOU FUCKING EVIL!" Christian shouted. Still being held by Jasper. "Oh, I think you got the sentence wrong. I am not the evil here. It's you, darling." she replied while covering the tank. The car's ready to bang. "FUCK YOU!" the guy snorted, "I don't masturbate." it was Shainas' last response before Christian was put into sleep.

"We fucking need to hurry. Fucking merciledis." Shaina uttered before making the engine roar.

In the middle of their trip, Shainas' phone rang. It was her childhood, and only friend, Pauline.

"Hey, what's up?" she welcomed.

[ Where the hell are you, Shaina? It's almost 12 midnight! You freaking do this everynight! I just let you because you won't listen! ] Shaina can only roll her eyes as she heard her friend sigh. [ Where on the fucking Pasianna are you? Your Mom just texted me a while ago. They're coming over! ] judging by how Pauline was acting and sounding, Shaina could tell that her friend was panicking. However, the thought of her parents coming over got her blood boil in annoyance. They will surely talk about the marriage she doesn't even want to commit in the first place! They are persuading her to marry their business partners' son. The hell she care, right? It's her life that they are talking and meddling about. So, it's a big fucking no for her. She'd rather be shot dead than marry someone. Worst thing? Someone she doesn't even know.

"Just tell them that I'm doing important stuff, Pau. You know how things happen when they come at my house. And you know how I despise them. Just make lies an dcover me up." Shaina heard her friend groaned before sighing,

[ Grr. fine, fine! Hay! You should be paying me with all those lies tthat I had to come up with! I wish you a goodluck! Make sure to come home alive! ] and then, her friend dropped the call.

"Sorry about that. And by the way, what were you saying before this dumbass create nuisace?" Shaina asked, bringing the topic earlier. "Ah, right. Maybe I'll tell it next time." Jasper replied, Shainas' shoulder dropped- again. "And please, tell me if you want to swicth places. I know where Kaelcna is." Jasper uttered, "Yeah, no. I can manage. Thank you for the offer, though."

And Shaina knows for sure, that this will not be the last time that she'll go through her missions alone. The night is still young to call it a day... who knows? Maybe tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow, she'll seek someone to accompany her in doing her missions and deeds.
