" Aww did my baby Leo pee? " Emily asked, she was using the pillows to sit, this time Kai saw another face in front of him. It was a different middle-aged woman, who began to remove the cloth from around him and then proceeded to clean him.

' Maybe she is a maid or maybe a neighbour helping her? ' Kai thought when the new woman wrapped a clean and dry cloth around him.

" Little Leo, he got eyes similar to yours. " She said and placed him near Emily again.

' Are they calling me Leo? ' Kai thought after he heard that word many times.

" Isn't he adorable, Cindy, I have never seen anything this beautiful. " Emily said, raising Kai near her face before rubbing her cheek against his softly.

' So warm. ' These words came into his mind, just by her careful gestures Kai could feel her happiness.

Even if he wanted to end his life, currently there wasn't anything that Kai could do, except for moving his pupils he barely had any control over his body. But he still felt that he should apologize in advance to Emily for taking her son away from her.

" Aaaee waaa " he tried his best to deliver his words of apology, but it was impossible for Emily to understand anything, she separated him and looked at his face wondering why he was making such sounds.

" Maybe he is hungry. " Cindy said, when she saw Emily's confused gaze, after all, she is a middle-aged woman and had already gone through this phase of life.

" Ah... You're right. " Saying this, Emily passed Kai to Cindy and straightening herself a little she lowered her dress, revealing her chest.

Kai wasn't aware of anything, all he could do was stare at the ceiling, the house was made of bricks so he was sure that it wasn't some underdeveloped world.

He tried moving his pupils around to observe the room, there weren't many things in there, a window was present on the opposite side of the bed that was closed, and some boxes were placed in one corner, it wasn't a big room and barely any decoratives were present.

But then again he felt the same sensation of being passed from one person to another.

He had expected to see Emily's face, but Kai was surprised to see Emily's breast right in front of his face; he had completely forgotten about this phase of the birth. In the next moment, Emily gently pushed it inside his mouth and began to massage her breast.

Kai soon felt something warm filling his mouth, he was only able to stay conscious for a few more minutes before he fell asleep again.

Several days passed uneventfully, in the entirety of this time, Kai had stayed close to Emily and Cindy.

And he was able to notice some things in these days, first was:

Just like he felt Emily was sick, she needed Cindy's help to even get off the bed and second was that Kai hadn't yet seen his father yet, the woman named Cindy had been with them for most of the time taking care of him and Emily.

He wasn't able to explore his surroundings any further, but most of his time was spent in sleeping and talking with Emily, even though they both couldn't understand each other, they would still keep talking for hours.

Whenever Kai replied to her, he would get to see her beautiful smile and melodious laughs, it was the winter season, and despite being sick Emily did her best to take care of him.

On the fourth day, when Kai was trying to have a better control over his body, while talking with Emily, the door to the room swung open, Kai was startled whereas Emily seemed as if she already knew that someone was coming.

" Emi, is it true that... " Kai glanced to the side at the source of the noise that had disturbed his conversation with Emily, he saw a man of similar age to his mother standing at the door wearing a blue coloured robe.

" Ron, you're finally back. " Emily's lips curled up into a smile when she looked at the him, Kai wondered if this man was his father.

Ron got closer to the bed hastily, he seemed very excited then with sparkling eyes he looked closely at the baby lying beside his wife, who stared back at him with the same curiosity.

" He has got your features, our Leo looks so handsome. " Ron commented as he carefully picked Kai up into his arms.

Kai was finally able to observe Ron closely, he looked handsome with short brown hair and no beard or moustache, and perfect features.

While Ron registered his son's image deep into his mind through his black eyes, he raised Kai into the air and laughed out loud, showing just how much joy he was feeling.

" Ron, be careful. " Emily said with a shake of her head but because of her condition, she couldn't get out of the bed easily.

" Haha, sorry I just got a little too excited. I still can't believe it, hahaha it's our son. " Ron laughed again, as he paced around the room while holding the baby carefully.

" If it wasn't so cold outside, I was definitely going to bring our baby out and show everyone just how cute he is. "

Then he placed back Kai on the bed beside Emily, as his eyes went towards his wife. Ron couldn't help but show an expression of regret and guilt.
