'Crash'

"God dammit Woman I told you to get me another Beer" Yelled Alex's father as he slammed his empty beer bottle to the floor.

His mother quickly brought him another beer " dont worry I got one for you" she spoke with tears in her eyes. His father became enraged once he felt the beer " you brought me a warm beer you cheap slut " he roared as he through the beer at his wife barely missing her head and shattering on the wall. His wife fell to her knees crying as she did not know what to do anymore. The Father became even angrier seeing his wife not listen to his commands and walked towards her clasping his fist.

Whack

His Mother was struck in the right side of her head knocking her to the floor, she lay there limp not wanting to move anymore. he kicked her several times but got annoyed as she did not respond to him, but then he thought of what would stimulate her to listen. " Alex you Little shit where are you" he yelled while he kicked open Alex's bedroom door. " Noooo" cried his mother " leave him alone he hasn't done anything" she yelled tears flowing like a raging river. Alex hid in his closet the moment his parents began to yell as it was a common occurrence so he had begun to feel used to it. the yelling the hitting and hitting he began to no longer feel much, he began to distance himself from everything but the one thing he couldt shake was the fear his father brought whenever he became drunk. The fear of waiting knowing your next stuck to Alex like glue and he waited in the darkness of his closet terrified of what's to come.

'Bam' the door flew open and in walked Alex's father shirtless and full of anger. " Where you hiding you little shit " he spoke in a cruel manner as he walked into the room to find Alex. he kicked the furniture over and pulled apart the bed when he heard a cry come from the corner of the room, the Closet to be precise.

The Closet door riped open revealing the terrified young boy who began to pee himself in terror. "there you are" he picked up Alex by the throat and raised him into the as his piss flowed down his leg and fell onto his fathers foot. His father Yelled " you disgusting shit" as he through Alex across the room, he walked up to Alex and kicked him in the chest several times "Stop his mother screamed like a Banshee.

Crash

The front door flew off and several Police officers rushed into the small apartment arriving at Alex's room in less than 20 seconds. " Freeze " the police yelled while aiming their guns directly at the man expecting him to comply but he did the opposite. He rushed the cop closet to him in an attempt to steal his weapon but before he made it 2 feet.

Bang. Bang. Bang.Bang.Bang.Bang.Bang.

He was filled with holes throughout his entire body as he fell face first into the ground dead as As dead can be. The police immediately rushed to Alex and his crying mother and checked their injuries. His mother was relatively fine except for a concussion and several large bruises and cuts but Alex wasn't so lucky. Alex suffered internal bleeding in several organs and a couple broken ribs and a severe concussion as well as several shattered teeth. Alex was immediately hospitalized and put in emergency care for 3 whole months.

His mother only spent 2 weeks In the hospitals care and two months after the incident she hung herself in her bedroom. A Month later Alex was discharged and he was devastated as he no longer had anyone at all. he was put into foster care at the age of 9 and spent 9 whole years going from home to home until he was finally an adult. He got a job at a local Costco and managed to make enough money for a small apartment next to his work as he didt own a car so he needed to live close to work.

Fast forward two years to 2047 and Alex is now 20 years old and just watched the coolest ad he's ever seen.

Alex rolled around the floor like a baby bubbling with excitement he checked his balance but it was only 689.34$ and he needed 1000 for the game and capsule.:(

The next day Alex walked into his now empty apartment carrying his new capsule with the help of the delivery guy who installed it right in his empty living room.
