16 Fiery Ambush
Luicfer Walker beside Kav towards The forbidden woods along with their army. The soldiers were split into their respective groups with their superior officers. There were 5 main groups led by their own centurions. Aplha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta and Echo. each group was separated into 10 mini groups led by Knights. so you would have Aplha 1 or alpha 2. Aplha was a mage unit led by Centurion Mag. He was selected due to his leadership and his magical prowess. The Bravo leader was an archer who led an archer division, his name a Hako. Charlie Was led by Tanaka who was a Swords man and he led the Main infantry unit. the other two groups groups Delta and echo were Also infantry units led by Vasic and lagel.
As the army neared the forest they noticed the entire forest was quiet, not even a grasshopper could be heard.
Rav looked at Vasic and He ordered him to Send in a small force to recon.
" Delta 1 and 2 enter the Forrest. "
Vasic commanded his men who began to move. Around 700 Soldiers entered the fortest and as.soon as the last one stepped in.
* BOOOM *
Fire balls rained from the sky and hit the 700 men killing nearly 300 of them.
" Fall back "
Vasic yelled.
" Magical Shields "
Mag order his men and they created a shield wall around the entire army.
" Prepare to fire "
Mag ordered groups 1-5 to prepare a volley and they began to cast attack magic while units 6-10 were keeping the shields up.
The soldiers from Vasics group were running out of the Forrest as fast as they could and behind them was an army of several thousand Skeleton Warriors who slaughtered the slow ones or the one who were injured.
" Infantry units Phalanx Formation "
Rav yelled out to his men.
The infantry began to get into formation while allowing the retreating soldiers to fall behind.
" FIRE "
Mag shouted and a barrage of several hundred fireballs launched from behind the infantry and landed dead center on the encroaching skeletons. The blast killed several hundred skeletons but they continued to charge forward as they had no emotions such as fear so they didnt care about death as they were already dead.
" Prepare another Barrage "
The skeletons Began to grow close and Rav shouted.
" All forces Rank Transform "
Every demon heard his call and began to laugh as their bodies began to grow and swell with power, the solders grew only a foot taller but the Knights and alphas grew several feet taller and even bulkier.
The skeletons Clashed with the forward line suicide rushing the solderis stabbing wildly into the formation hoping to Hit a soldier.
The front line began lose many men and another barrage was launched by the enemy. The Attack landed right on top of the shield which shook under the might of the attack.
" FIRE "
The mages launched another attack at the skeletons landing in the center of the enemy forces killing nearly a thousand skeletons as they were all grouped up at the Front of the line.
" Alpha 5 switch And reinforce the Shield "
Mag ordered one of his attack groups to help reinforce the shield as the previous attack was more powerfull than anticipated.
Luicfer stood watching besides rav as the enemy horde continued to assault. They were suffering heavy casualties but to the skeletons suicide attacks.

Lucifer walked forward and yelled.

His voice shook the battlefield and the sky grew dark until A crackle in the sky was heard and several hundred bolts of lighting began to slam down on the skeleton army every few seconds.
The notifications were endless, he killed so many skeletons that the system couldt keep up anymore.
The Front line Stabilized thanks to the decrease in incoming skeletons.
" Hahah you truly are powerfull "
Rav laughed as he walked forward.
" So you use Lighting well this gives me an idea "

A massive tornado of pure water swept through the skeletons sucking them up and dissolving them in seconds.
The spell was quick but killed nearly a thousand Skeltons but their was no end in sight as the skeltons continued to pour out.

Luicfer was thinking but then he saw that when the water tornado left it turned back into regular water and flooded the Forrest. the water was ankle deep and it stayed there. it didn't move or dry up it just sat there.

One.of the Lighting bolts Crashed down into the water and caused a chain reaction, the Lighitng electrified the water causing several skeletons to die each strike, what was once one skeleton per bolt now became 5 or 10 depending on how bunched up they were.
" Rav You're a genius "
Luicfer was delighted becuase his level began to rise Very fast. Each skeleton was comparably Weaker than then Most other skeltons in other caves at the same level but they gave the same exp. Lucifer gained beautiful 1,500 exp per skeleton and he was killing hundreds a second.

The Skeletons stopped coming out of the Forrest either becuase they ran out or they decided to defend instead.

Rav ordered his mages to anhilate the entire Forrest so the enemy couldn't use the Forrest to hide and create more ambushes.
One by one the mages launched fireballs destroying the Forrest and all the trees in their path. In just 15 minutes they burned a hole through the forest and the Enemy Castle was in sight.
" Prepare to Siege "
The infantry began to Gather Large ladders but before they got close The Skeleton mages showed themselves on the castle walls and began to kill several Hundred soldiers with their ambush.
" Return fire "
The demon mages Combined their magic together creating a Tier 6 Spell.
" HellFire Blast "
Their magic formed into a small Black Ball of flame that launched towards the castle, the skeletons showed no interest in the ball as it was so small they thought it was just another fire ball.
The hellfire made contact landing in the center of the castle spreading outwards Devouring Every Skelton in sight.
" Why didn't we use that earlier "
Luicfer saw how powerfull it was so he was confused why they just used it.

Rav pointed at the Mages and Lucifer Realized why, The mages were all laying down clearly exhausted and out of mana.
" That was a tier six Spell which consumes all in its path but requires a heavy price. those mages.wont be able to cast any spells for the next week.
