Demon king. It's an existence that labeled as bad, the roots of evil, humanity enemy. It's the arch-enemy of humankind. All over the stories, the hero who always uphold justice, they're the main characters! The goals of bring justice to evildoer is carried by human, the weakest race and can have limitless potential. Various human becomes hero, some is good and some is bad. But there's one thing that aren't changed since then…

Demonkin always portayed bad. They weak to holy element, they can't pray to gods, human despite them. Gods throw and dispose them. Always being told filthy, dirty, inhuman, barbaric, inferior. The horn that attached to their head symbolize their very existence. They can't seek the protection of gods and angels, always not trusted.

History also potray them as cunning, despicable, full of lust, want to rule over humanity, bring calamity to them. Though, most of it aren't true. As one said, "Evil born from good." They became evil because the society, because the pressure that kept being pussed onto them.

They are forced to carry the sin and burden that aren't them from the start. They have to bear that for the rest of their life, make it real. Thus, they decided to live up as what humanity want, to becomes evildoer. Becomes the creature what they want.

If they want demon becomes evil, then so be it.

That will be the image of them. Cover in filthy mud, bears the burden of being falsely accused. Forced to be something they didn't want and like, all of that just to make sure they are alive and 'fit' to the society. Adapt is something they must be done quickly before the human aware of it.

It's pointless to reveals the secret and told it to them if no one believe it. If one being told lies many times, then it will be the truth itself. They will acknolewdge that as the truth they want to see and witness it, even if that's really different from the real one supposed to be.

"And that's the truth of our history, Your Majesty."

The one who called Alicia just yawned and nonchalant nod her head without being care a bit of it. All of she heard just now is an ancient history that only the highest rank should know and it's their duty to hear the secret and truth behind it.

If there's exist demon king, demon lord, or whatever is it named; then hero should be exist too. Their duty is to slay demon and their kin, uphold the justice for the mankin and other races except the demon. All of this topic is boring for her, because she didn't have any intend to do that and just continue her works as the new demon lord, also the current one who hold that title.

She's not interested about waging a war with human. Since from her perspective it was pointless. Sure in the term of magical ability, demonkin is above human and all, but their weakness is the one who interfere that. Since their race aren't very welcomed by most of races, it will difficult to prepare something big like that.

The current allies they had is just severals. It was mainly beastmen, mermaidfolk, lizardman, forestkin, goblin, orc, and kobold. There are some people from that differents races also living in the demon world or underworld. Also, underworld nowadays isn't someplace that full of flames and anything, it's just like human society.

There's even a land, sea, mountain, etc. About all of the needs already there and people can live in peace without getting bothered the false rumour that lingering around outside of underworld. It's not uncommon that the demonkin always being accused as the bad one and being told bad things that actually aren't there. It can't even be proofen by them but they can't do anything about that.

Their images of evil already being buried over thousands years ago in other races mind, except the ones who already allied and knew the truth. But there's one thing that Alicia, the current demon lord of underworld, like about humanity.

"You know, their entertainment aren't that bad. I know that demon and human are arc-enemy and against each other but I can't help to love their anime, manga, game, etc that produced from the country named Japan."

Yep, the one know as demon lord is actually like that kind of aspect. But it's not like she will switch side to humanity, all of she want is the entertainment part. She even tried to order her subordinate to spread this culture, but it's hard seeing that none of them can accept what human made. That's why she began to make it to be their own.

She's fascinated by the world inside of those so-called anime and so on.

But her aide just sighing heavily. Alicia's aide is just a young man who turned to 20 in this year and lucky enough to be the demon lord aide. He thought it will be easy but in real it's different because he has to kept eyes to the troublesome demon lord who doesn't want to take a revenge to humanity.

Because Alicia think it's too old-fashioned and ancient. She's done about the whole revenge thing to humanity. It's sounds annoying and only bring more trouble, so she insist to bring the entertainment she love to people of underworld with her own style.

In the first five years of her leadership, the underworld success at developing their own entertainment that similar to anime, manga, etc. It was difficult at first but slowly began to develop and being accepted by the people around. It's can be said as huge success and of course, not only the entertainment, even the technology are developing further than human. It's so advanced and can make them jealous only by a single glance.

Human will try themselves to grab and steal it, make it their own. Although Alicia did the same thing with the entertainment part, she done nothing at the technology. All of it the result of her own people, it's their own effort that bore the fruit. It's true at first it was something like plagiarism but now, that was not necessary again.

Alicia just sigh in boredness. She feels bored when becomes demon lord without doing anything. In her heart, she needs something that fill in and brighten her boring world, her dull world and a thing that can make her excited.

She loves anime, manga, game, etc. She also has a dream to visit those fiction world if she can, but alas that's not possible. Even if magic exist, her world right now can't or don't find anything that can make her transported to fictional world.

Every day she reads fictions about world traveling, she fascinated and increase her urge to able visit her beloved fictional world. The current status of this world already reach the modern age, although it's mixed with some fantasy that's different than anything. There's no record of people that can traveling to another world or transported.

But if that's really true and possible to do, then she would like to transported to Danmachi or Is It Wrong to Pickup Girls in a Dungeon? series. Because she always loved that series and fascinated by the world building, they're vast and full of mystery that ready to uncover and discovered by people. Moreover she in love with the main heroine of that story, who's by the name of Ais Wallenstein.

She's really beautiful for her. Her golden long hair, she bet it's silky and soft. The expression she had and how cute is when clueless about something.

Yeah, you got that right. She's lesbian and proud of it. It's not something be embarrassed about for her and nothing will stop her to love girl. Alicia can't find anything in men that makes her fascinated or interested.

A magic that be said can create anything and everything from nothing. It was her ultimate ability. She literally can create anything she want and it was hard to control. It take a lot of practice and time to develop it to the furthest. Years after she received this, she constantly began to develop her magic to certain extent.

All of it for the time like this. She can create a portal or traveling to another world, to the fictional world. Right now she can be considered the strongest being and demon lord in her world, no one dare to throw a challenge or stupid enough to do that. Even the current generation of hero do not dare to do that.

But… great power comes great responsibility.

As she possess something out of the world like that, society, especially human began to fears her. Although she didn't have any ill or hatred towards them, they still scared of her. The power of absolute that can evolve, yet it's still developing.

It can wreck and start a havoc amongst races. She basically can do anything with it. Not only that, Creation is just one of her abilities. She has another potential for other abilities. Alicia awoken it when she ten and following that, years by years, she also awoken another. Another one and another. But her abilities is useless in this peaceful word that full of discrimination and she's not intend to use it to take over this world.

That just plain strategy and ending. As she already have anything.

Money, fame, status, work, subordinate, country, etc. But with this power of hers, she can travel to another world and start over from zero. Maybe not actual zero, but at least she can visit the fictional world she always dreamed of.

Also, if she want, Alicia can just create something that aid her. Like a system, maybe? But that's just story for another time.

Gods? Goddesses? She can easily slay them. But what's the point of it when achieved? Nothing. She doesn't care about all of this and just want to do anything for herself. Ruling country? Becomes demon lord? Fuck that. She can do whatever she want and no one dare to rule her. She is the rule.

But if she's not around and rule the country, who will do it?

Simple. She already find the one who can continue it. The one she appointed already agree and willingly carry her legacy, to prosper her people. The next demon lord isn't Alicia anymore, but another people and it's her big sister who actually better at ruling country than her.

As the younger one, it's the older one responsibility to take care of what the younger do.

So she sent a letter and anything to her sister, Roselia. Inside it was the message about the next demon lord she choose as her replacement and her duty as the new demon lord. The aide of Alicia, Leon, mad about it and veins appeared in his forehead when reading that.

Grabing it tightly, Leon shout with angry.

"Your Majesty!"

After Leon shout that loudly, unfortunately for him, Alicia already left the castle and goes to another place. To prepare everything she needs when traveling to fictional world.

A young man that's about around 20 sigh tiredly while rubbing his temple. The stress he always surpress right now increased. He always spent himself to take himself in bar and order a drink, relief him from the works he always do everyday. It's like his job never gonna end and kept increased.

Buried under mountain of document isn't funny. It's hell, no one can escape from that alive and if it happen, only few of lucky person who can escape that. Those who doesn't lucky has to give up and stayed, watching from afar and get jealous. Enduring the pain and jealously emotion inside them.

Please pity the salaryman who always working behind the desk and have to face the documents that always increased by time. Although it's mainstream and over all the world, the works is still important to the society because it's contribute to world and anyone. It's their way to do that.

His colleague at the same work which is appointed originally as Roselia's aide just pat his back with pity. As she always close to Leon, it's not weird to think that they being rumored to be in love for each other, although it's wrong. So wrong, since both of them aren't in any romantic relationship.

Complaining and crying all night isn't a new thing for Leon. It always happened because he always taking care the most troublesome people he ever meet. It's not like Alicia is uncharismatic, actually the opposite of it. Alicia is very charismatic and care about people around her, but due to the boring stuff she always do as her duty to becomes demon lord in the peaceful era, there's nothing that makes her excited.

—Until she finds anime and so on, she completely changed. She becomes lazy to do the demon lord work and dump all of it to Leon, her aide, and indulge herself with anime. Reading manga and light novel, playing games, watching anime; that's the everyday of Alicia the demon lord after knowing that forbidden knowledge. It can be considered a sin because reduces her into that state.

Nonetheless, now he can free from the burden of being Alicia's aide as the person herself already left her job, work, and about everything to her big sister. Basically dump it to her sister and don't want to take care of it again forever.

Because Alicia going to have fun and began her journey. It's her choice after all.

Inside the castle, one of the bed chamber, there's someone who sitting and drink a tea while looking outside. She's a beautiful woman who has beautiful white long hair that reached her waist and blue eyes, wore black cleavage cutout dress and smiled.

She then stopped drink for a bit and shook her head.

"Good grief, Alicia. Why did you decide this so suddenly… I can't even fathom what exactly happened earlier."

A tired and heavy sigh leak from her mouth.

"But if it for your happiness, maybe this kind of life aren't so bad. Honestly, when you're back, I hope you pay me back because this will count as you're owe me."

She mumbling that. After all she is the big and older sister of Alicia, the one known as kind demon who always helped other and sometimes can be mistaken as angel rather than demon. She's kind-hearted and has motherly also older sister aura that radiated from her.

Even her voice feels soothing and melt the hearts of people around her when heard it. It's feels and sounds so gentle. People always warm when around her and feel safe. Also, she can be considered the second strongest after Alicia.

Unlike Alicia who has Creation of Power of Creation. She is the opposite.

Roselia, the older sister of Alicia, has Destruction or dubbed as Power of Destruction. It can destroy anything and everything. Its power very unparalled and considered dangerous, threat to their enemies. Those who dare to challenge and fight her… would be reduced to nothing. Even their very existence can be erased. To make sure, she even destroy the soul of a being.

Constrast to her kind behavior and appearance, her power is scary and terrifying.

Though there's nothing like out of control accident that happened until now. That thing was never happened and it was relief, also she being adviced to think about it througly and sometimes she can prevent herself from being manipulated to used as tool to wage a war with other races asides from the allies.

She hated it. Like her sister, she share the same view. Starting a war is something that is only fool people doing. If that's happen, then countless death bodies will be exist and it will make them loss. It will also endanger the underworld and its country.

People will be threaten and feel unsafe whenever they go. Their economy will fall, their supply will be in danger. Instead of war, it's better for them to establish an alliance and work together to make the world became better for its people.

There's no need to expand their country or world. Although their races are being seen as evil, it's not uncommon since some people doesn't want to understand what they don't know. They're afraid of something that isn't familiar or unknown. It's kind of understandable, it made one worried and wary of their surrounding.

Holding the letter that her sister write, she just smiled and chuckled when think about it again.

"I will take care of this side and our homeland. Maybe when she's back, it will made her surprised when seeing how advanced this underworld she leave to me. Hope she will bring something interesting. Maybe some souvenir of another world out there."

She put the letter back on the table and look up at the sky.

And thus is the journey of her began. The journey of former demon lord, known as Alicia Sevaria, to have fun and attain happiness in another world. Maybe find some love interest and bring it back home after settle in for hundreds of years.
