My body was exhausted from the grind as I dropped the body of the dead ape.

Due to the immense amount of health of the centipede, I obtained a large amount of CON after consuming its essence and stats—a total of 225 CON!

In spite of all the cuts by the system, I still obtained over 2,000 health points!

This was more than I had previously!

In addition, I was only able to obtain three thousand essences from the centipede, a very small amount that wasn't enough to upgrade anything, so I decided to go on a mass monster hunt, clearing a safe part of the forest.

Running into a strong monster wasn't a problem since strong monsters were always huge because they chose that size when they evolved.

I would recognize a dangerous monster even from a mile away as a result of their size, so I was confident that the area I was hunting in did not have such creatures.
