PROLOGUE

"Why are you still fighting Gerona?Look around you.Your comrades are dead and you're the only one left.Do you think you'll be able to won against a strong and powerful creature like me?" Kronos said to the young lady in front of him.The young lady is already breathing heavily.Tiredness is evident on her look.

Gerona,the young lady,clenched her fist while looking around with tears in her eyes.Her chest is aching because of what she sees.The eyes of her comrades are already closed,lifeless they are.Even her man.She looked at the monster in front of her with her eyes screaming anger and vengeance for she lost her friends and the man that she love the most.There's no other person behind these but Kronos,she thought.

"You knew that evils will never won against the decent,Kronos.I really pity the one who brought you back to life again for he just wasted his time and strength doing it." She smirked after uttering those words.Kronos smoked because of anger after hearing those words from Gerona.He felt like he was being belittled.

"You pity the one who resurrect me but the truth is,you're more pitiful." He smirked.Gerona's world seemed to stopped as someone showed itself.It's a young man walking closer beside the heartless monster,Kronos.The young man's eyes are showing no emotions.

"Z-Zach!" Her tears start to flow again from her tired and longing eyes.But instead of running to her and hug her,Zach just gave her a smirk.She again looked angrily at Kronos.Her eyes are burning because of extreme anger."You're really a monster.What did you do to him?!"

But Kronos isn't the one who answered her.She heared Zach's cold voice. "They didn't do anything to me,Gerona." He looked at Zach.He's still smirking.The sparkle in his eyes that she sees when they looked at each other is now gone.She feels like she was hit by millions of daggers because of the pain she's feeling right now.

"H-How?Why?" She asked while weeping. "N-No...It can't be you,Zach.That...that's not you.I don't believe you.The Zachary I've met isn't like that.He's caring and loving.That's why I'm sure that you're not him!" She yelled at the man in front of her.Her tears are still flowing successively and she feels like she can't breath anymore.

"Stop your dramas Gerona." She stopped because of the words coming from Zach's mouth.It really hurts her a lot.

"N-No..." She shook her head for how many times."You're n-not him...you're not..."

"Cut it out!" Zach looked at her angrily. "Those sweet words I said,actions I did and feelings I showed were all just an act.I didn't mean any of those.I just did that on purpose.I just wanna gain your trust so that it'll be easier for me to continue our plan.You,for being a fool,you believed in me." He smirked."I'm sorry sweetheart,but what we had was just nothing but a wretched romance...and this is your tragic fate." After he uttered those words,Gerona immediately screamed and her body twisted because of pain.

Gerona looked at herself while crying.She was stabbed by a lots of sharp crystal blades on the different parts of her body.She knew this was possible to happen.She knew his ability very well.It's confirmed,she thought.It's really Zach,the man she use to love.

A bitter smiled showed up on her face."It's really you,Z-Zach.I-Im happy that you're alive.P-Please take care of yourself...for me.May you live happily i-in this world t-that y-you chose." She rose her hand to reach his face but tha young man is a meter distant from her.

Her blood is already coming out from her mouth.She's already losing a lot of blood and she's also extremely tired because of fighting for almost five hours or six.Kronos and Zach laughed evily as they witness Gerona being powerless and losing a lot of her strength.But little did Zach know,Gerona noticed that something's wrong.

By using her remaining strength,she tried to talk to her father.Though there's just a little possibility that she would success,she still did her best...for the man she love and for the whole magic world.A little smile appeared on her face when her father heared her voice and her cries.

But the monster seemed to notice her praying silently. "Zachariah,cut her head already.Don't worry for I will give you the half part of the magic world." Kronos said to the young man beside him.Zach's face brightened because of what the monster told him.He walked closer to Gerona and pointed his sword on Gerona's neck.Her tears started flowing again.

"I...I never thought that you an really kill me,Zach,my love.I n-never thought that the man I trust the most,will betray me.I...I never thought that the man I love the most is also the one who'll hurt me the most." She smiled heavily.Her voice is shaking but she still wanted to say the words she wanna say to Zach.She don't want to waste her remaining seconds.She noticed him clenching his fists."I never imagined you as a villain,Zach.You betrayed me and the w-whole magic world.Because of y-your act,I was blinded a-and c-caught.But i-it's okay." She smiled .She noticed that Zach's emotions changed for a second but it turned blank again immediately.

"Atleast,I felt your love somehow." She continued.Zach's fist clenched before opening his mouth to speak.

"You loved me,but I never felt the same Gerona.You're nothing to me a stupid trash.I never loved you nor wanted you.I did everything on purpose.You've let your guards down,sweetheart.This is the painful truth that you must learn before you say goodbye." He paused for a while and looked straightly to Gerona's teary eyes.

"Love will just ruin you.Love will just pull you down.Love will just kill you emotionally and physically.Now,goodbye Gerona.May you rest in peace." After uttering those words,he immediately gain force to smash Gerona but before doing so,he accidently dropped his sword because of the blinding light that came out of nowhere.

"Love c-can also save you Zach.Y-you want me to be dead?Fine.B-but I want you to survive a-and l-live." Gerona said.Zach tried to search for Gerona but the light is really blinding. "Lémoís Nalíthenò!"

After chanting the spell,the light immediately disappeared but it was replaced by thick smokes.When the smokes finally disappeared,a scary place welcomed Zach.The atmosphere became scary and the sorroundings became spooky.Kronos is already chained.He looked at his hands and feet if he's also chained but he's not.

The lifeless body of Gerona is already in front of him.The reddish light from the moon is the only light source he have which helped him see the surroundings.He can also hear the howling voice of the monsters."I hope you survive,Zach." his body shivered after hearing the whisper.He looked at Gerona's body again.

"There's no perfect curse,Gerona.Every curse has its own antidote,remember that."
