Small Match With Keqing

I regret not sleeping. I need coffee, and luckily I bought some. My body feels sluggish, so I cut myself mutiple times while making breakfast. While I was making coffee to keep me awake, Mona woke up. When she headed to the kitchen, she noticed the bandages on my hand and quickly came over to me.

"What happened?!" she asked in a panic.

"Don't worry. I just cut myself a few times while preparing breakfast."

"What do you mean don't worry? You don't make mistakes like this!"

Oh, she does have a point. She even notices that huh? I feel glad that she watches me that closely.

"Sorry, I just didn't get to sleep today."

"Why?"

"I played with my Domain."

"Eh?"

Oh right, I still haven't told Mona about my Domain yet. I explained everything to Mona and she was shocked about it. Mona knows that I'm from another world. I don't know when I told her, maybe during one of our chats during breakfast or dinner. Or maybe the girls just told her. Her shock soon disappeared as if whatever I do is the norm for her now.

We ate breakfast, but there was a difference this time around. Mona was feeding me. I didn't really mind it. In fact, I actually liked it. Who wouldn't? Being fed by your lover like this.

Anyways, after we finished breakfast, Mona took a bath with me. I told her that I was okay, but she still insisted.

"You should get used to this now. Because Barbara and Noelle are much worse."

I involuntarily gulped to that. I exactly knew what she meant. Those two are the most caring out of the four of them. I sucked it up and just let Mona do what she wanted. I even let her braid my hair and I've gotta say, it feels nice when  my hair is played with. I even started to feel sleepy so I pinched myself on my cheek. 

We left the dorm and walked our way to school. It feels nice to do this from time to time. And, we also have a lot of time to be lovey dovey while we walk. I don't even care what people think of us. While walking, we came across Albedo and Sucrose.

"Oh, if it isn't Albedo and his girlfriend Sucrose." I said in a teasing tone.

"Looky here, if it isn't Aether and his lover Mona." Albedo fired back in a teasing tone as well.

I smirked at his statement. I haven't told him that I'm going out with Mona yet. 

"You're correct."

"I… You're actually going out with her?" said Albedo in disbelief. 

Albedo quickly composed himself and said that they'll walk along with us. I was curious as to why Sucrose was with Albedo and he said something unexpected.

"She lives with me."

"..."

Not dating my ass! How the hell are they still not dating at this point if that's the case?! How could nothing happen between them if that's the case. I could clearly see that Sucrose does indeed have feelings for Albedo. Maybe Albedo here is just as dense as a rock. Or maybe I could just read people way too easily. You know what? Let's just leave this to Albedo's own devices. Let's just see how long it'll take until he figures it out. Actually, how long has Sucrose been harboring feelings for Albedo?

We went to school with such thoughts in my mind. Of course, I was also paying mind to Mona. Although, I think I need to get used to this more. On top of my headache and dizziness from not sleeping, doing this hurts my head. I didn't let it show since Mona might tell me to go home and just rest. 

As soon as we got to class, the girls quickly noticed my hand and they all quickly surrounded me. Mona explained what happened and just like Mona said, Barbara and Noelle were really worried. They dragged me to the clinic without even letting me refuse.

After getting dragged to the clinic, they immediately tucked me in and healed me. After that, the bell rang and they said goodbye. Although, Barbara gave me a kiss in the cheek while Noelle just stood there and looked with flushed cheeks.

I just sat there, still comprehending the events. It happened oh so quickly. Maybe it was just my headache and dizziness getting to me. I looked out the window and just sighed. I'm getting comfortable living in this world. When I find Lumine, maybe we can live in this world happily.

As I was looking out the window, I heard the door open and saw someone I didn't expect to be here. 

"Prez?"

It was Keqing. She looked at me in shock and then spoke.

"O-oh? I didn't expect you to be here."

"Same here."

I smiled at her as she moved towards me and took a seat near the bed. She just sat there and heaved a long tired since. She must be really tired. We just sat there in complete silence until I finally decided to break it.

"So, what brings you here?"

"I overworked myself more than I ever did yesterday. And now it's all coming to me at once."

Oh, I think I already know what she meant. Seemingly knowing what I was thinking, she quickly spoke up to make me feel better.

"Don't worry about it, okay? I do this kind of stuff a lot. It's just I had to do this one in such a short amount of time."

"Still though…"

I still felt sorry for it. She sighed and just changed the subject. I guess it was getting pretty annoying.

"What about you? Why are you here?"

"I didn't sleep since I was messing around with my Domain."

"Domain?"

"It's better if I just show you."

I snapped my fingers and we were immediately at my Domain. She was still in her sitting position so I had to catch her before she fell down. She stood up soon after and looked around in amazement. I explained to her everything that led up to me getting this Domain. That was when I noticed something. There were slimes here. Purple and light-blue slimes. It was Cryo slimes and Electro slimes.

"Wait here a bit."

I left Keqing and went near the slimes. As soon as I went near them, they all hopped towards me. I summoned my sword and as soon as I did that, they were all sucked in. 

"...You have got to be kidding me…"

I got two new elements just like that…

Well shit. Now I need to think of ways to use these two new elements of mine. That's when I got an idea. I looked at Keqing expectantly. I was going to ask her to train with me.

It seems she got my message as she summoned out her sword. It was a beautiful Jade sword.

"Let's get going then."

I nodded and we readied our stances. After a few moments of complete silence, the first one to attack was me. I warped behind her and was about to perform a slash. However, she disappeared into purple electricity and appeared a few meters away from me. Her sword was now imbued with Electro.

Putting what I learned into play, I imbued mine with Cryo to be able to do the Super conduct elemental reaction. I dashed to her and slashed at her. When she blocked it, mist of ice scattered everywhere and blinded both of us.

I quickly hopped backwards and used a vortex to take the mist away. When all of the mist was gone, Keqing was nowhere to be seen. That was when I felt a tingle from behind me. 

I instinctively created a shield and blocked the incoming strike. However, that was a bad decision. The shield broke like paper and the sword was already coming towards me.

I quickly replaced the Cryo imbue with Pyro and blocked her blow. As soon as our sword collided, we were both flung back. She's strong, I need to think of a way to defeat her.

I pondered for a bit as we both were taking a bit of a break to catch our breaths. When I came up with an idea, I quickly changed from Pyro to Hydro and ran a vortex across the blade to get a Hydro swirl. I then threw said vortex to Keqing. I made it blow up just in front of her to get her soaked. 

I then dashed at her as I changed from Hydro to Cryo and slashed at her. As soon as she raised her blade, the winner was already decided.

Our blades met and Cryo mist scattered. Since she was soaked, her clothes forze, locking her in place.

"I-I give u-up." she said as she shivered from the cold.

I quickly made a Pyro vortex and warmed her up. I felt sorry for her. After a few minutes, her clothes were no longer frozen.

"Brr…"

She was still cold though. Since this was my fault, I opened my arms wide and hugged her. This should be enough, right?

Her face reddened as she heated up from embarrassment. Come on, you'll make me feel embarrassed too.

After a few minutes of that, we decided to head back to school. When we got back, we were scolded by Ganyu and the girls saying that they were worried that we suddenly disappeared. I had to explain everything to them. And when I got to the hugging part, everyone, excluding Ganyu, looked at me with narrowed eyes. I guess Keqing is mad and the girls are jealous of the alone time. Especially Mona, since she's my girlfriend.

Thus, I had to spend the whole day making it up to them.
