Background 1

"Boss, your next schedule is by 5 pm.

You have a meal with Miss Elsa at Grandeviar Hotel." Her secretary was a young man with golden glasses and was dressed in a gentle manly manner.

Evelyn gave a raised eyebrow at that schedule.

"I would take a look at how the hotel is doing, get everything ready for me" Evelyn walked out leaving her secretary behind.

She did not look back so she did not see the deep love that swirled in his eyes.

Knock!

"Mr. Ren, a man called Mr. Alen is here to see Boss"

The deep love in his eyes disappeared and a look of disgust flashed past his eyes.

"Boss just went out"

"Then...." The person gave a worried look to Ren.

"Don't worry about it. I will handle it." Ren waved the person away.

Taking a deep breath, he dusted the invisible dirt on him and re arranged his already arranged cloth to look  proper.

He immediately stepped out once he was done.

Evelyn who had just left the office was about to go out when she met an acquaintance.

"What are you doing here?" She gave a polite smile to the man who stood in front of her.

He had a bouquet of rose in his hand and was dressed quite well. You could tell that he was a man of class since he was dressed so fashionably and the things on his body cost quite a lot.

"What do I owe this visit?"

"I came to pick you up" Alen gave a charming smile as he handed her the bouquet of rose he brought with him which made some girls swoon over him.

Evelyn smiled but the smile was very cold.

"Am sure Mr. Alen is more aware of whom you are to pick up.

I hope Mr. Alen doesn't try this again."

Evelyn slapped the bouquet on the man's chest as she walked out graciously.

Alen who had been warned, was stunned before he squeezed the bouquet.

The people who were working at the reception, especially some girls felt it was a pity but the ruthless expression that surfaced scared them that they were stunned.

Alen regained his calm and stared at the people who had been watching a show causing them to immediately lower their head and scatter.

"You can take it." He gave the flower to one of the receptionist.

He did not care if the receptionist threw it or took the flower but he could not leave with what he had brought.

Ren who had been watching the show snickered seeing that Evelyn did not bother with him.

He cleared his mind and left to carry out the job Evelyn had left for him.

Alen arrived at the garage where Evelyn usually parks her car.

He looked around but did not see  her car, he could not help but click his tongue against his teeth in anger and frustration.

To avoid anybody from seeing him whether physically or by a mistaken picture he walked to his car while trying to calm himself.

Upon entering the car, he slammed the door shut which was very loud, luckily no one was there.

He was fuming. He had been chasing after Evelyn to fulfil his mission.

If not why would he chase her, after all he was gay, and she was not his cup of tea, if not for how beautiful she was, he wouldn't even bother to give this a try.

He would just give up on the mission since he might not even get much reward.

Knock!

Alen turned to look at who knocked on his window and he almost had a scare.

At first he thought it was Elsa, Evelyn sister but the person in Elsa body was not Elsa.

"Boss, how come you came to the task world." He asked fearfully.

Even his system had gone to hide.

" Don't ask questions you shouldn't know" she looked coldly at Alen while assessing him.

"What is your mission?"

He began telling her what his task was.

"Don't bother about it, the higher ups will not penalize you now go"

Her voice held unquestionably authority.

Alen did not dare delay. His system also regained it's normal function and quickly released the leaser making the real owner of Alen body come back which is the original Alen.

Elsa hit Alen body and stuffed him into the car before entering the car as well.

She placed Alen well and drove off to the hotel.

....

Ren who had come out saw everything that transpired and was shocked.

Some scattered memories came back.

He saw someone that looked more handsome than him but had the basic features holding a lady's hand whom he could not see, but he could tell that they were happy.

He saw the same man In a cosmos setting with a lady, this time they were standing in front of a boundary with two other people behind him.

They were also a couple.

He also saw the man who he had regarded as himself with the lady in floating cities and castles as they flew.

He saw another scene where he saw the lady body turn to particles and scatter and their surrounding was filled with chaotic and evil energy.

He was not sure of what it was but it immediately appeared in his mind.

When he saw Elsa, another memory appeared.

He could see the face of this lady though quite blurry but not completely.

He saw her stare at him lovingly as she confessed while he rejected her.

He also saw her get to together with another man who had a similar face to him but was not as handsome as him.

He saw them plot against them and how they betrayed him and the other lady whom whenever he saw her face, his heart skipped a beat.

At this moment his chest felt  painful.

He clenched his fist as a tear rolled down his eyes.

He saw himself disappearing into oblivion.

He felt another bout of pain in his chest and he knew that he could only find his answer in the Grandeviar Hotel.
