4 Boarding School

This school was a prestigious boarding school for kids like me. Majority of them decided to go here while others were forced here. I parked in the student lot where a woman in her mid-30s was waiting with a trolley. I parked, got out and went up to her. "I'm guessing you're the headmistress, Loretta Sanchez." I tell her. "Yes I am. You must be Celestia Jacobs. Chris and his son was sending you but I see you came yourself" She says. I nod but I stop her. "Let me make something clear. I am not wearing a uniform. If anyone was a problem with me, either they come to me or I will show them what Nova can do." I say. She nods in agreement, sensing that Nova was the rarest wolf. I put my stuff on the trolley and push it inside. I already had my schedule, My dorm, map and everything. But I wasn't expecting who my roommate was going to be when I walked in.

I walked in and already notice the place was a mess and it stunk. I went to my room which was surprisingly clean and fresh with a single bed and dresser. I put my stuff away and arranged my room the way I wanted. I went to my bathroom that was connected to my room and arranged it. It was 3 hours later and I walked out to the living room. "Now who would be this dirty not to actually clean it?" I ask myself. I guess I didn't realize someone was home until they spoke up. "I didn't realize you were here." A voice said. I turned around to a guy in a towel and one in his hand. "I'm Jason but I go by Jay." He says. "I'm Celestia. i guess we're roommates" I laugh. He gives a chuckle and goes back to his room to get dressed. I clean the place up that by the time he comes out, he sees that the place is clean. "How did you clean the place in a short period of time?" He asks, his jaw dropping. "Well, it's a long story that you might not want to hear" I said. He shrugs his shoulders and sits down as if he wanted to hear the whole story. "I have time. Classes don't start till next week anyway" He says, leaning back on the couch.

I was just getting ready to tell him when three guys who look like triplets walked in the room. "Dude, why didn't you tell us you had a chick in here with you?" One asked. "Chill, Brandon. I was just about to hear what her life was like." He says. Brandon and his brothers, who turned out to be Brody and Blake, sat next to him intrigued by what I was going to say. So I took a deep breath and started from the very beginning. When I was finished, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders and I looked over at the boys. The brothers were crying their eyes out while Jay looked pissed at what I went through.

"No girl should go through what you went through" He growls. Nova can sense that whatever wolf Jason has was in protective mode of me. He didn't want to leave me out of his sight. "Hey, um, I'm fine now. Let's just cool down for a while." I said. They all immediately settled down and went back to how they were before. "Me and my brothers will make sure nothing happens to you." Blake says. I just laugh at how cute they were. They all hug me and went to Jason's room. I just stood there dumbfounded at what just happened but I shrugged it off, grabbed my room key, My map and headed out the door. I wanted to explore this place from top to bottom before classes started next week. I got lost at least 3 times before I had a few people help me. I got to the cafeteria where there were different groups of people like at my old school. I just walked around to check the place out before a girl stops me.

"You look lost" She says. "Yea. I got lost like 3 times before they finally showed me where to go. I'm Celestia." I said. She raises an eyebrow before her eyes widen like she just saw something amazing. "You're the famous Celestia Jacobs, the one with the rarest wolf!" She exclaims. "I'm Pauline Hanson." She grabs my hand and shakes it. "come with me, I'll show you around" She says, motions me to come. I shrug and follow her. I like her, as a friend. As she was going on about the history of the school, I was admiring the walls and how everything looked. It looked sooooo retro. So old fashioned. I didn't realize everyone was looking at me and whispering about me until Pauline stopped and I bumped into her. "What's up with you?" I ask. "It's the headmistress you ran into when you got here. She's pissed and you know she is when she's walking really fast with her wolf striding next to her" She said. Uh oh, that's not good news when your wolf is in full attack mode and striding next to you, I thought.

I just stood still because I thought me and Pauline were in trouble until she walked past us to the guy behind us. He looked almost like Jason but taller and paler. She stomped her way over to him and got in his face. I knew it was over for one of them. "I've told you time and time again, Cole Johnson, to not vandalize. Now you will serve detention for a month" She growls. He just blows hair outta his face and struts off to his dorm. "Who was that?" I ask. "Cole Johnson from the west side pack of Dark Moon. He is always in trouble. Rumor has it that he has been here since he was 8 years old" She says. Wow, I thought. But he wasn't my type. Before I knew it, the bell rang for everyone to return to their dorms. I easily find my way back and unlocked the door. When I opened it, I could see the triplets laughing at whatever was on Tv while Jason was balls deep in some girl.

Grrrrreeeaaaaat I thought. Another Devon. I just put some headphones on and go to my room. I didn't realize how hungry me and Nova were until the scent of food from my room hit us. I guess the triplets made us food. That was a first that anyone has made us anything. Nova jumps to her bed and I place her food in front of her while I ate mine. As I was eating, Brian calls my phone and I answer it. "What's up, Brian?" I ask. "How are you holding up?" He asks. I become upset that I had to leave the only one who cared for me. "It's great so far. Classes don't start till next week and I already have friends here who don't treat me like crap" I tell him, voice cracks and my eyes water. I tried my hardest not to cry. "You can call me any time you want. I'm just a phone call away" He says and hangs up. I put my phone on the charger and just falls to the floor, bawling my eyes. Nova comes over and lays her head in my lap, trying to calm my nerves. I guess The Triplets and Jason's wolves noticed and came to me, all placing a head on me.

I wipe my tears and finally calm down. I stand up and shut my door, Crawling in my bed with all the wolves surrounding me. I fell fast asleep and dreamed about my mom again. This time I was 5 years old, at the lake with her, Dad, Chloe and Devon. We were happy, the happiest we can be. That was until Dad was promoted to Beta and he became deep in his work that the family fell apart. Devon was interested in girls and what his wolf would look like when he got it. Chloe stopped coming because she started going out with friends and worried about her appearance. Mom was the only one who would go out to the lake to have fun. I woke the next day to a tear stained pillow and just Nova laying next to me. I rolled over to see it was only 1 in the afternoon. I got up, locked my bedroom door, threw my clothes off, turned on the shower and jumped in. It felt good to get clean.

After about an hour, I got out, dried off, wrapped the towel in my hair, I grabbed a dress and put it on. It was the dress mom got me the day of the attack. I didn't realize how much I've grown since I last worn it. It was so short that part of my butt was sticking out. So I threw on some shorts underneath just in case I bent over and the dress came up. I opened my door to see that Jason and his wolf were sitting on the floor as if they were keeping watch and had fallen asleep. I kick Jason's side and he jumps awake into a kung fu style stance. "Haha. Afternoon sleepy head and pooch" I said. "Haha. I guess me and Max had fallen asleep." He said nervously. I look at him and Nova can sense that I might be falling for him but she shrugged it off. "Should I make breakfast or we go to the cafeteria?" I ask him. "Cafeteria. I have to go grocery shopping later for food." He says, throwing a shirt on.

We head down to the cafeteria where it was packed. Kids scrambling to get food, while a few of the nerds are being bullied into giving up their food. Jason runs over to push them away while I watched when a girl bumps into me. "Hey, watch where you're going!" I yell to the girl. The whole cafeteria goes quiet and stares as the girl and her friends turn to me. "What did you just say?" She asks. "I said, watch where you're going" I tell her with a growl, My hair and eyes turning to a light burgundy red. "Nobody tells Crystal Evans what to do" She says. "Oh yea? And what are you doing to do about it? You and your group of stupidity can't do anything" I said tauntly. People are able to separate themselves from their wolves without transforming into them. Their wolves come out from behind them, snarling at me but I don't back down. "Ha! Think they scare me?" I ask. Nova comes out, making herself bigger and scarier. I can hear the whispers and gasps as everyone realizes who I am.

I can see the look on her face when they back down. Everyone cheers as nobody has stood up to her before. Hours go by and Crystal and her friends keep their distance from me. Feels good to finally fight back at my tormentors.
