Special Halloween Part I

Halloween, October 31st

Halloween was a day when people would dress up as ghosts and hunt for sweets or candies. I had these experiences with my family when I was a child. I could remember that dad dressed as a mummy, and I was a vampire. We went door to door and asked people, “Trick or treat”. I would get sweets and candies as souvenirs for my mom, who would be baking us pies at home.

I could not remember every single detail, but I thought about it every time Halloween came around. It was one of the memories I would dream of every time I closed my eyes. It would be nice if we could go back to a time when there was not much to worry about like that again.
