8 To the new place

Denisha came up with the idea that they should go to Kathmandu to find Adhir but Muna was against it.

"I can't bear to lose my daughter too," Muna said in the voice like she was about to cry.

"You won't," Aastha said going near her. "We have to find him and save mama and Denisha's Fupu lives there so we may get some help."

( Fupu = Father's Sister.)

Muna shook her head and Aastha sighed looking at her father for help.

"I will go with them," Pratik said

"No, no, Buwa. She needs you here. I have Denisha with me. Trust me we will manage." she said looking at her father then at her mother.

( Buwa= father )

After pleading for 1000 times, her parents agreed.

"Please take care of yourself and Aama," Aastha said about to leave.

Muna came near her daughter and touched her face.

"We will leave tomorrow for Humla. You go there and bring evidence that will save your mama's life. There is a place called Simikot in Humla. Inside the forest, there is a palace where Queens live. You won't find Queens unless they want to be found. Prayas has left today, it means he must be already there. As I have heard Queens will give him 7 days to change his mind. I may earn a couple more days by pleading them but now it's all in your hand." Muna said. Pratik nodded towards their daughter and then Denisha and Aastha left for Kathmandu.

It took almost 1 hr for them to reach Kathmandu. They landed at midnight, it was half an hour flight. Even though they had pictures of that guy, they were not sure if they will be able to find me or recognize him. The picture was before more than 33 years ago and recognizing the person you never saw was a tough task. They had already informed Denisha's fupu about their landing so she came to pick them up.

They went to Denisha's fupu's home and she asked them to take rest but sleep refused to come to Aastha. Her mind was in riot. She felt really bad for her Mama. He suffered all these years for the crime he never committed. He suffered for nothing. He was punished for what? She wanted to know. Why did that guy trick him into believing that he killed him?

The next day, They went to the area where most of the wolves were living and showed them the picture but no one could help them. They went to look at the immortal academy. It was inside the dense forest. One look at the building and they both were in love with it. They couldn't take the eyes off it. It may be the traditional style building but for them, it was unique and beautiful. They both wished that they could go inside but both knew may be Aastha could step inside but Denisha won't be allowed.

They asked the guard about the cafe that Prayas and Sati used to meet and went towards it. The cafe was also a typical Nepali style. Aastha asked about the owner to the staff and they took a different name. She then showed the picture and told them the name but they said there was not any person named Adhir.

"Maybe he or his family sold the cafe and left the town?" Denisha said and Aastha looked at her in fear.

"I understand how you feel Ash," she said pulling her to hug." We will find him, I promise you,"

Aastha nodded while hugging her back.

Muna and Pratik landed in Humla. It took them almost a few hours to reach Humla. They walked and ran almost an hour inside the forest hoping Queens would let them in. They stood in the middle of the forest for some time and suddenly a big Magic palace showed up. It seemed like it was coming out from inside the ground. The gate of the palace was opened and there stood the guards. They hesitated at first but slowly went inside.

The guard leads them inside the palace. There was a big hall. The inside of the palace seemed like it was made up of Diamond and gold. Queens were seated in their thorn in the middle of the hall. Pratik and Muna both went near them. They both first greeted them Namaste bowing a little.

"There must be a reason you came this far," The white queen said. Her voice was sweet and soft. They both looked at the space between both thrones.

"Speak up child," The Red Queen said with a smile. She had a sweet yet serious type of voice.

"We came here.....to ask you for something," she said.

"You can ask anything, my child." The white queen said and Both queens waited for her to say something.

"I... I....beg you to reject his decision," Muna said nervously.

"Who are you talking about?" The white queen asked again.

"Prayas....he ....he is my brother," while saying that tears rolled down her cheeks and she looked down. Pratik slightly holds her hand.

White queen didn't say anything while the red witch came towards them. Studying both of them.

"Pain," she said "It's clear you are in pain like him. As you know, we accept anyone's decision to end their life. We have given him 7 days to change his mind and how he has 6 days." She said and a sob escaped from Muna's throat and she cried in Pratik's arm.

The white queen stood up and asked one of the guards to call prayas. Shortly after that, he came but he didn't like them coming there.

"Your sister is here begging for your life and you prefer death." the white queen asked and Prayas stood silent.

"We won't ask you the reason why you want to die cause it's not our thing to know," she said and prayas gave a slight nod thanking them that they didn't force him. One thing was sure that both the Queens were understanding and kind to their own kinds.

Muna wanted to scream and tell them the truth but she couldn't cause she didn't know the full truth and telling the queens about it may harm all of their lives. She knew, even though queens seemed nice but if they knew a wolf ruined prayas life, they would show no mercy to Adhir. She wanted to first tell prayas about it but she had to wait for Aastha before telling anyone. She needed to show them proof.

Queens allowed both Pratik and Muna to stay until the day comes. Prayas would spend most of the time in the lap of the Nature waiting for his pain to end while Muna would pray every day hoping her daughter comes with anything that saves her brother's life.

For five days straight Aastha and Denisha tried to search Adhir but there was no clue or person that would tell them where he was or if he was alive. On the sixth day, when they were sitting in the cafe. Aastha felt like she recognizes the guy who was sitting on the far corner away from them from somewhere but she couldn't figure it out. She opened her phone and the picture seemed similar to his face. He was one of the guys from the group picture that was taken in the same cafe.

She got up and went towards him. Her eyes never leaving him as if he would vanish if she takes her eyes off him. That guy knew she was coming towards him but didn't bother to look at her.

"Hey," she said and then he looked up at her and smirked formed on his face knowing she was a vampire.

"Umm, can I sit here?" she asked

"Of... of course," he said in a flirty manner smiling widely. He was slightly confused too why a vampire was there.

"I wanted to talk to you about someone." she said and his expression turned into a confused one. She showed him the picture of Adhir. He recognized the faces in the picture and he looked at her wondering what she wanted to talk about him.

"Wha...y?" He said getting up.

"He is alive, isn't he?" she asked looking up at him. His eyes widened in realization about something and he hurriedly went out ignoring her.

Both followed him out. He looked back at them.

"Please it's important..." Aastha was about to tell him about everything but he ran inside the forest. While running he turned into a wolf. Denisha too turned into a wolf and ran after him. Aastha used her speed and followed them both. They found him in the middle of the forest and blocked his way. He attacked them and they had to attack to save themselves but they were careful not to hurt him. They needed him alive.

After fighting for awhile they got hold of him. Both Denisha and him were now in human form.

"Let me go," he screamed. "What do you want from me? and who are you?"

"We want some answers," Denisha said letting him out of her hold. Aastha slowly stepped back giving him space.

"What answers?" He asked. He was so confused about them being there and wanting to know about Adhir. He was somehow afraid they were there to harm him. He thought they were there to kill him because of what he had told Adhir but the wolf with a Vampire? And after almost 33 years? He was still confused about them following him and wanting to know about Adhir.

"What did you meant by he is alive?" He asked slowly getting up.
