Madam Su almost fell over from the shock if Zhao Yun didn't catch her when he asks, "Mother, are you alright?"

She didn't answer as Hua stood up and walked over with Qing as Yun put her down when he checks if she was alright when he says, "She is unconscious."

"Who wouldn't after dropping this bomb on her. You are Zhao Yun, the man that chases women away, not the man to bring them home," says Hua as he turned to Diao Chan and says, "Sorry about our mother. She is quite different when it comes to my brother."

"My name is Qing, nice to meet you," says Qing as she was still nine and didn't understand why her mother overreacted when Yun said what he said.

"Nice to meet you, Qing. My name is Diao Chan," says Diao Chan as she gives Qing a hug that was returned by Qing.

Yun and Hua, on the other hand, were looking after their mother as she was laying down when Hua says as a joke, "You could have killed her with that bomb."

"Really? Was it that shocking that I might bring a woman home one day," says Yun understanding that Hua was joking with him.

"Not really, after rejecting every woman in Zhending it was only a matter of time for you to bring someone back with you," says Hua as it was normal that Yun would end up doing what he said.

Their mother was beginning to regain her consciousness when she sees her sons and remembered what happened when she grabbed Zhao Yun by his chest armor.

"Is it true?" asks Madam Su as Yun sighs.

"We slept on the same bed but didn't have you-know-what," says Yun since Qing was still too pure to know what sex was.

"You almost gave me a heart attack!" shouts Madam Su as Hua and Yun smiled.

"Told you," says Hua as he began to laugh when Yun hits his back of the head.

"Are you sure about her?" asks Madam Su as Yun looked at Diao Chan who was playing with Qing and Snowflake.

"Yes," says Yun as he smiled making his mother sigh.

"It seems it's decided then. I never could change your decision once you took one even as a baby you went for your father's sword instead of picking something else," says Madam Su as she gave up and stood up with the help of Yun and Hua.

She walked towards Diao Chan as she says, "Welcome to the Zhao Family. As Yun's wife, many responsibilities will fall upon you once I and your soon father-in-law aren't around. You can call me 'Mother' from today on and I can see that Qing already opened her heart to you."

"This is Hua, Yun's younger brother. The only one missing is Xian, my husband. And you are?" says Madam Su as she saw Qing play with Diao Chan giving her a positive opinion since Qing normally doesn't play with strangers.

"I'm Diao Chan," says Diao Chan as she tried to bow to Madam Su when Madam Su stopped her.

"We never bow to someone even if we are about to die when we are in these halls, remember that since you entered a Warrior's Household. We only bow to the Emperor and people we respect," says Madam Su giving Diao Chan her first lesson.

"You will need to learn how to swing a weapon as Qing does," says Madam Su as Diao Chan was confused about everything when Madam Su dragged her away with Qing following them.

Yun couldn't do much as he watched his soon-to-be wife been dragged away by his mother when Hua asks, "How is the war going?"

"If you are worried you don't need to be we already killed the Head of the Rebellion and his right-hand man. I was in the capital to present their heads to prove the innocence of the commander Lu Zhi that was pacifying the Wei and Julu Commanderies," says Yun explaining why he wasn't on the front.

"Well if you didn't go to the capital you wouldn't have met Diao Chan. It seems Heaven wanted you there," says Hua as Yun smiles hearing that.

"Maybe you are right or maybe you are wrong. We won't know until Heaven tells us," says Yun as he puts his hand on Hua's shoulder and says, "I got promoted to a 500-men commander and I want you in it."

"Are you sure about this?" asks Hua as Yun took the document out with the Imperial Seal on it.

"Yes, I will be forming the Deathseekers. You already got trained by me in Qi and I have been training ten others that I trust with my life that will be learning it when I return and they haven't slacked off," says Yun as Hua was surprised.

"Can you trust them?" asks Hua worried about his older brother when Yun smiled while nodding.

"They out of 50 men followed me into a suicide mission of infiltrating the enemy main base. If they don't trust me they wouldn't have followed me into the center of the enemy but stayed out of it like the other 40 men that didn't follow me," says Yun as he trusted those nine men with his life as they trusted him when they entered the city.

"If you trust them I will take your word," says Hua as he trusted his brother with his life since young.

"Good, because the war might continue for a while longer and you will not enter it for now having to rely on only 499 men because you are here defending the home front from people trying to engage their sons to Qing," says Yun as he removed his hand from Hua's shoulder.

"I will look at how Diao Chan is holding up with Mother. Can let her deal with Mother alone even with Qing by her side," says Yun as Snowflake climbed his leg up.

"Did they left you behind," says Yun as he picked Snowflake up and Hua looked at Snowflake confused.

"Why do you have a white cat with black stripes?" asks Hua as Snowflake was angry with been called a cat.

"Snowflake here isn't a cat but a tiger," says Yun as Hua took a step back.

"You can't be serious," says Hua as Yun nods when Hua sighs and says, "Thunder is already a troublemaker. Now with a tiger, no one would dare to come near our house."

"That's why he is Diao Chan's pet. She needs a powerful protector for when I'm not around and Snowflake here is quite loyal, aren't you little guy," says Yun as Snowflake gave a cute roar from himself.

"I might have to catch another one for Qing since I intended to gift Snowflake to Qing but then Diao Chan entered my life," says Yun explaining why he would catch another tiger if he gets the chance.

"How about a bunny?" asks Hua as he didn't want the household full of tigers.

"Come on a bunny wouldn't survive in this household except it is somehow special," says Yun telling the truth.

The bunny would most likely end up in a stew instead of being raised by his baby sister. Hua couldn't say anything against it knowing it was true. Yun then left with Snowflake as they searched for the women.

They found the women as Madam Su was showing Diao Chan around the house as it was getting dark making it impossible for Yun to leave when Madam Su says, "You should stay tonight and leave tomorrow in the morning."

"You might be right, Mom," says Yun as he put Snowflake down.

Madam Su smiled as she walked away to inform the chef to cook for five instead of three while Qing was looking at Snowflake who walked over towards Diao Chan who picked him up.

"I'm sorry that I forgot you, Snowflake. I was too nervous because of Mother," says Diao Chan as Qing tried to take Snowflake's attention.

"Do you want a tiger as well?" asks Yun as Qing nods when Yun pets her head.

"I will get you one for your next birthday," says Yun as he would need to enter the wilderness to get one.

"I want a big and strong one," says Qing as she imitated a tiger making Snowflake roar cutely again.

"You will have to settle on a little one first. It will grow big and strong over time and will be loyal to you as well," says Yun as he entered his room finding already a bigger bed in it with Shadow resting on the window frame.

"It seems we will sleep beside each other as we did in the inn," says Diao Chan as Yun nods.

"She really worked fast," says Yun complementing his mother as she would be the only one to do that.

Diao Chan seemed happy as Yun put his hand gently against her cheek before kissing her when Qing says, "Ugh, I should leave."

She runs away while carrying Snowflake as the other two smiled at how Qing reacted and Yun says, "I will be missing those kisses."

"Not only you," says Diao Chan as she kissed Yun again this time with more tongue.

Yun suddenly hugged her pulling her as close as possible making her feel what she awakened between his legs. Diao Chan felt something big and hard with her right leg that was between her and Yun's leg.

"Do you have a sword in your pants?" asks Diao Chan curious since she didn't know it was his dick.

"That is a sword but it can only be used on females," says Yun as Diao Chan wanted to see it and moved her hand towards Yun's pants when he stopped her with a smile.

"See who became a naughty girl. You can't see it until we are wed. My mother is quite traditional when it comes to this that's why she was examining you earlier," says Yun as they stopped when they hear Qing calling them to eat.

"You know that it is quite unfair that you have seen me already naked but I only saw your naked upper body until now," says Diao Chan joking about it when Yun smiles at her.

"Maybe I show it to you tonight but we can't do anything until we are wed," says Yun as Diao Chan nods making her earn a kiss on her forehead from Yun.

"Let us go and join them for dinner," says Yun as they went together to join the others.
