2 Meeting the Teachers

Arthur wakes up as he finds himself in an unfamiliar environment. He looked around and see the armor and remembers that he died yesterday.

"It took me an hour to get out of that armor. How long will it take me to get into it," says Arthur to himself as he stands up and walks towards the armor when someone knocks on the door.

"Who is there?" asks Arthur as suddenly Alfred enters the room.

"I'm here to help you get into your armor," says Alfred as he walks towards Arthur.

Alfred takes the armor from the stand and helps Arthur memories how to put it on when he says, "Food will be served in half an hour. After that, you will meet your teachers."

"Teachers? I thought I only would have one teacher," says Arthur as Alfred smiles at him.

"You are too important to Shura to die by just entering The Three Kingdom era. You are the only person that could lead him to that shadow that killed you after," says Alfred as he guides Arthur to the Dinner Room.

Arthur enters to find Shura sitting on a long table as he was looking at something. Alfred leaves and Arthur sits down on a chair when Shura asks, "Did you sleep well?"

"It was fine, I guess," says Arthur as he wasn't really feeling exhausted nor sleepy when he was in bed yesterday.

"Right, you are still a dead person. Try to eat the food that will be served you will need it for later on," says Shura remembering that the deads don't need sleep nor food even if it helps them in the long run.

"Alright," says Arthur as Alfred returns with the breakfast serving it to Arthur and Shura.

He reveals it and Shura had some nice food on his plate while Arthur had military rations. Arthur looked confused when Alfred says, "This also is training. You won't have good food in that era and even less when you are in a war. This is the most luxurious thing you might even eat in times of peace."

"You must be kidding me," says Arthur as Shura began to laugh seeing this.

"What he said is the truth. Back then there was good food but you needed to find it or better said. You need to be someone that is quite wealthy," says Shura confirming what Alfred said as Arthur only sighs as he opens the Military Rations and begins to make his food.

They begin to eat and Shura finished first as he asks, "Did Alfred already inform you about who will be entering the palace in the next few minutes?"

"Some teachers. But wouldn't it be better to be trained by one teacher?" asks Arthur as Shura waves his finger signaling Arthur that he was wrong.

"No, I need you to survive as long as possible until that shadow appears again. Until then, I will be watching you to make sure nothing happens to you," says Shura as Arthur was confused.

"What do you mean with that shadow appearing again?" asks Arthur as Shura looked at him seriously.

"It seems that shadow appeared the first time around you when I was around almost on purpose to provoke me," says Shura as he was quite mad about being humiliated like that.

After finishing eating Shura stood up and says, "Follow me."

They walk towards the Main Hall as Shura sits down on a throne that was black on one side and white on the other. Arthur was standing beside him when Alfred enters the room with 10 people. All looked different and some didn't even seem human at all when they all kneeled in front of Shura.

"You heard why you are here?" asks Shura as they all nod their heads.

"We are here on your order to train someone," says a woman that resembled a Greek woman in armor.

"That's right. Arthur let me present to you your teachers. They are gods, immortals, demons, and the Devil himself," says Shura as one of them suddenly spit on the ground after hearing that.

"You know very well that I didn't want to become the Devil, brother," says the man with blond hair and blue eyes.

Arthur was surprised seeing Lucifer as he was portrayed to have red skin and having horns when Lucifer says, "Don't believe in the stories the bible tells about me. Most of them are false."

"Now how about we calm down a bit," says a man that seemed to be a Norse God to Arthur as he had long unkempt hair and beard.

"No one talked to you Baldr," says Lucifer when a Chinese man sighs seeing them fight when Shura suddenly hits with his hand against the throne taking all the attention.

"You all got here because of something remember that," says Shura as he looked at them seriously.

Everyone was quiet again and Shura says, "You will train him separately. Every one of you gets 2 years to train him. Do you all understand?"

One of the Gods had wide eyes from seeing Arthur as Shura looks at the God and says into his head, 'Tyr, you won't tell him who he was.'

'But-,' says Tyr back when Shura gives him a stare reminding him why he was here in the first place.

'He will remember sooner or later,' says Shura as he stands up and says, "Athena you will train him first as the Goddess of Wisdom."

"Alright," says Athena as she looked at Arthur and says, "We will begin right away. Follow me."

Athena walks behind Alfred while Arthur follows her. They arrive at a Library if could say that since it was at least 1000 times bigger than the largest Library Arthur has ever seen.

"Here I will teach you about everything you will need to know while we are outside I will train your body so the others will have an easier time training you," says Athena as she walks through the Library and books begin to fly towards her.

She catches them and puts them down while saying, "This will be this week's material. Those are all the most important battles ever recorded. I want you to learn about them."

"Really that many in a week?" asks Arthur as Athena puts her hand on his shoulder.

"You have a heavy burden to shelter. Shura never meddles with humans. You are the first one that is even allowed in his realm or better-said prison," says Athena as Arthur suddenly something happening in his head.

"What did you do?" asks Arthur as he felt a little bit of pain.

"Just a gift from your teacher. You shouldn't have any problem from now on with learning," says Athena as she puts her hand away from Arthur and continues, "After we are done you will be able to remember everything we went through easily and now let's begin.

Athena began to train Arthur in anything he needed to learn as well as training him as the Greeks would in the older days. Arthur's body was slowly changing from the fat body that Shura gave him to quite a stocky build that was still agile enough to move faster than normal people with his build.

A year passes as Athena was with Arthur on the field training when she says, "It's time to talk about the most important thing."

"And that is?" asks Arthur not knowing what Athena wanted to say.

"Life Force or how you call it Qi," says Athena as Arthur looked at her confused.

"Qi is in every being and only the most talented beings can cultivate it in different ways. Why do you think a Cheetah is the fastest living being on earth. It not because it was born that way but because it instinctively uses Qi," says Athena as she began to explain Qi to Arthur.

"Even we gods use it. But we split it into two forms Demonic Qi and Heavenly Qi," says Athena as she gives a little show to Arthur by wrapping her spear in blue energy before it shot out against the ground making cracks appear around her.

"This happens when you use Qi. You empower your weapon but you can also empower your body and mind," says Athena as she then sits down and tells Arthur to do the same.

"Now that you have trained hard you opened a crack to the door where your Qi is. I will help you open it before we continue," says Athena as she put her hand on Arthur's back.

Arthur closes his eyes as Athena says, "Try to find the light inside you and break it free."

Arthur does as said when finds the door inside him. But the door wasn't only radiating Light out of it as he opens it the Qi breaks out.

It begins to flow through his body while body. Athena was happy at first that Arthur succeeded but the next second he began to have an epileptic attack. Arthur was not stopping having seizures.

Shura and Alfred appear and Athena asks, "What is going on with him? This shouldn't happen."

"He unlocked both Qis normally a being would have only one Qi and not both," says Alfred as Shura smiles.

"He is no normal being. It's normal that he has both Qis. He was reincarnated three times after all," says Shura as he puts his hand on Arthur's chest and looks at Alfred and says, "I will need your help here, old friend."

Alfred does the same as both begin to circulate Arthur's Qis in his bodies until they melted together.

Arthur, on the other hand, found himself in a White Space where a man with black hair and golden eyes was saying, "Remember. Remember who you are."

Suddenly he was pushed out of the White Space as he returned to his body. He opened his eyes and Shura says, "Welcome back from the dead. Well, that what awaits a dead person when he dies again."

"I was dead, again," says Arthur as all three nod their heads.

"Yes, but you should be fine for now," says Shura as he stands up again with Alfred and continues, "You should return to your training for now."

Shura and Alfred then leave Arthur and Athena to Arthur's training. Once inside the Palace Alfred asks, "How is that possible?"

"That he has both Qis. It's quite simple," says Shura as he walked in front of Alfred when he turns around and says, "It's because in his previous lives he used only one Qi but in this life, he was born with the opposite Qi."

"So he was just unfortunate or fortunate that he awakened both," says Alfred as Shura smiles.

"It could be but time will tell us, old friend," says Shura as he walked back to his office while saying, "But what interests me more is what elements he awakened."
