5 Shameless Pride

Michael :

I'm midway though the exercise with the guys as I'm bombarded by the sweet smell of cinnamon and cherry blossoms instantly Mekhi starts scratching begin to get out I fight his urge as I try to focus on the task at hand I need to make sure everyone stays focused so I can't very well be the one to break! 

"Focus she might not appreciate it if we fail such a simple task in front of her and others!"

I tell him as I feel his urge to get out and his fight for control getting stronger. Thankfully he relents a bit, "Don't Worry your fight is coming just hold on a little bit more you'll get to show off for her."

As the final stage is set I allow Makhi to take over He proudly leads the rookies in the attack towards Taylor and Nathaniel's group stopping in the center as the groups collide observing the rookies to confirm who has potential to continued to elite guard training.

Makhi Shamelessly parades within her line of sight practically flirting with her begging for her attention. Ecstatic every time she looks my way and smiles at us or with us. This Mutt is really shameless ever since Elisabeth showed up his self control is really lacking at times especially right now.

Just as the fighting is called to an end he shifts back not carrying that we are in front of her standing bare butt naked. Not that any one would mind it happens from time to time it's second nature basically showing your second skin.

We notice her look towards us and hurriedly look away slightly blushing after her eyes caught sight of our naked body. I grab the basketball shorts I had been using before we wouldn't want to embarrass the poor girl to death. I can't help but to proudly smirk with him as our eyes connected and she instantly blushes and tries to look away again as she's trying to get lost In Emma's uninteresting ramblings she's basically imploring for Emma to take her way from here!

"Did you notice Michael! she appreciates us in each form individually! She kept looking at Me through out the event but why does she still shy away from your human form?"

Not all humans are comfortable enough to parade around naked in front of one another you're just to shameless.

"Does that mean she won't like us then?"

Who knows we've fucked up a lot lately we'll see about that later!

Just as everything is ending Emma introduces me to a couple other members from the pack when all of a sudden from the corner of my eye I see her Anna coming over, more like running over towards Michael burying into his chest clinging on to him like he was her salvation. I excuse my self immediately after that then I start back down to his house. My hands are sweaty my body heating up with rage.

Why is he with her? I feel betrayed wronged I don't know why? I shouldn't Because it's like Mrs Lilia said she's his girlfriend! But he didn't Seem happy with her action just then more like annoyed by her!

Lost in my thoughts and not quite paying attention at the direction I am going.. Rounding a corner I bump into a wall of some sort but just as I'm about to land on my butt I feel someone wrap their arms around me and hold me up. 

Looking up I see it's not a wall...

Not a wall at all as I stare at the most brilliant sky high blue eyes I have ever seen in my life im a bit dumbstruck for a moment I hear him ask me.

"Are you o.k? I'm sorry I was distracted! Well I guess neither one of us was really paying attention just now!"

That brought me back to reality in a flash I respond to him with an I'm ok it was nothing But I would like to be let go of now if you don't mind! He instantly releases me and Introduces him self trying to make things less awkward.

"I'm Logan you must be Emma's friend are you looking for her?"

Actually I was supposed to be heading to Michael's house? I replied questioningly.

"Well Alfa Michael's house is up north you my dear are going the wrong way!" He smiles at me pointing to the opposite direction But offers to walk me over and I accept. Emma might have a point I shouldn't cross the road alone and yet I don't really mind his company right now!

This time heading in the right direction we make small talk seeing that I was a little shaken up back there he offer me a drink! I tell him I don't really drink but he said there's always a Coffee or other drinks so I accept and we take a detour and head to a shop. We didn't stay for to long because tomorrow we would be sending off Emma's parents on their vacation trip. I make it home and Emma is pacing like mad back and forth in the living room as soon as she sees me she rushes over questioning why I didn't bring my phone with me she tried calling but my phone was upstairs on the bed.

"I literally was two seconds from marching over to Michael's office and demand a search party I was so worried I thought something was wrong, you might be lost or hurt some where!" 

Okay Emma breathe even if I was lost!

which I was but that's besides the point!

Who?... wouldn't know how to get me to your brothers house! If I were hurt I'd end up at the pack hospital and Dr. Highland would call Michael and or you right away! Either way you'd find me!

"That still doesn't tell me where you disappeared to!"

Ok mother! like I said I did get a little bit lost but I bumped (Literally) into someone and we talked a bit he seemed nice he invited me a drink so we went to a coffee shop and we talked for some time and now here I am No harm no foul promise.

"Fine it's getting late we should get some sleep"

I'm surprised you didn't alert everyone at once.

"I would of but mom and dad went to bed early, Michael is still working with Nathaniel and Taylor is out on the grounds running patrol so all I had was me. I was tempted to call some of the trackers over I was literally contemplating that the very moment you walked through the door!"

Trackers?

"Yes some of the warriors that specialize in tracking down others like Hunting down rogues missing BFF's stuff like that I was about to call Logan or Carlo to head the search party!"

Logan?

That would have been a really short search and rescue mission for him ...

I smile and think back to those gorgeously blue eyes of his, his million dollar smile and before I get completely lost again she asks me.

"What do you mean?"

Logan's the one who helped me he's the one I literally bumped into and had tea with we might be going out for drinks sometime this week too!

" Oh! but wait a minute you don't drink!"

I know that!.

And on that note we make it upstairs to get ready for bed after some much needed convincing and a quick shower.

I get to stay in my own room and it's off to sleep for an early day tomorrow!
