7 Working Hard

After Light and Teru coming back from Nagasaki, Light went back to working at the headquarters and Teru went back to writing names down. They both can't stop thinking about their biological parents. They don't know how they are going to get to their parents or even find their parents with so little time. Light thinks to himself, "How am I supposed to get to my parents if there is so little time. I wish this stupid Kira case is over! I thought I knew who and what I was, I thought I was complete but I guess not." Light tells the task force he is going to his place to get some rest and to think.

"What am I supposed to do!" Light crys to himself, "I don't know what to do. Wait, I have an idea... I can maybe bunk off another couple of days from the headquarters and hopefully find my parents before I destroy Near once and for all. I know its in a short space of time but if Teru and I work hard enough we might just be able to find our parents."

Light quickly calls Teru, hoping he would pick up straight away.

Teru rushes to his phone and answered straight away. Light told Teru the plan and Teru was totally up for it.

They both meet at Light's place to do some investigating on their parents. "Are you finding anything, Teru?" demanded Light.

"No, Light. Nothing useful. Have you found anything?" said Teru.

"I haven't either." replied Light.

They spend a few hours trying to find key information about their biological parents.

"Ok, so I found some information about our parents." said Teru. "Our mother has a record of having bad illnesses such as leukaemia, which is quite shocking. She apparently works as an accountant but I don't know if she still does with her past illnesses. It does say that she had 2 kids 1986 and 1990."

"That's very interesting, Teru. I found some stuff out about our father. He works in a company that makes big profits and he is a hard-working person thats looks after his family. When our father was younger he won several Maths and Spelling championships and was in the top of his class all the way through school. While our mother was seriously ill he couldn't cope handling with looking after our mother, us, and stress with work so our mother and father decided to put their children in the orphanage."

"Ok. So, I'm pretty sure that they are living in the same place which is in Kumamoto." said Teru.

"Kumamoto!" cried Light. "We were literally there two days ago! Right, we better get going to Kumamoto!"

Light and Teru rushed to the car and drove to Kumamoto. Light called a hotel while in the car.

As soon as they got to the hotel, they started to get directions to their parents house so they can head straight there in the morning.
