2 Making Plans

At the local café near Sakura TV studio, Light waits impatiently for Teru to arrive. "When is Teru going to arrive?" Light thought," I've been waiting for over 15 minutes and has not shown! We really need to discuss on how to make the perfect world."

Eventually, after half an hour of waiting, Teru shows up. Light gives a slight wave at him and Teru walks towards him. Teru says in a quiet tone, "You must be Kira, what can I call you instead so no one knows your Kira?" "You can call me Light." said Light.

Light and Teru start talking for a bit and then they start talking about some serious things.

"So, Light, why did you start using the notebook in the first place?" wondered Teru. "Well, to start off with I didn't really think the death note would do much, but when I saw what it could do, I thought that I could make the perfect world by getting rid of the criminals and all the people that don't deserve to be here."

"I see, I agree with you, some people just don't deserve to be here." Teru continued, "Were you cautious at any points of when you were currently writing names in the Death Note?"

Before Light could answer, the waitress came over to take orders. The waitress was actually one of Light's old High school classmates, "Hello gentlemen, may I take your order... Light! Hey, its nice see you again. I don't know if you remember me but I was in your class at High School." said the waitress.

Oh, yeah, I remember you. Its good to see you." Light said happily.

The waitress turns to face Teru, "I do believe that we haven't met before. Are you one of Light's siblings?" asked the waitress.

"No." said Teru, "I'm not related to him. We are just friends."

Light and Teru order drinks and snacks and continued to talk. "So, Teru, we need to start planning about our next moves and what we shall do with the notebook to make this world paradise." demanded Light. "Ok. What are your ideas just now?" Teru questioned.

"So, my plans so far is to keep using Kiyomi to give out messages to the worshippers, you can continue to kill people but be careful, there people from the SPK trying get the Death Note and catch the person doing the killings, and I am going to try and find this person named Near and bring him to justice." Light said with pride. "That sounds like a good plan." Teru said, "But how are you going to bring this Near guy to justice?"

"I'm still thinking of a plan for that." Light said.

"I could maybe help you bring Near to justice. I've got the shinigami's eyes so if you ever see him and catch his face on camera I could see his real name and write name in the notebook." suggested Teru. "Thats a really good idea, Teru!" said Light in amazement, "How about on some days of the week you can come to the headquarters and help about but you need to keep the Death Note hidden because no one knows theat we are killing people."

Teru agreed to that idea. "Teru, could I get your number so I can keep in contact with you?" asked Light.

"Yes you can get my number."

They both got eachothers numbers. They finished there talks and headed out of the café.
