The whole day at the academy wasn't as enjoyable as Leo wanted, he just dozed off for the whole day.

At night, inside Leo's room. He was currently sitting on his bed.

"Fuuuh, Now then maybe I can do something" After thinking for a bit he didn't get any ideas and just slept.

"Hmm...I'll visit that place first. Maybe I can find something interesting there" Leo muttered, "But I should probably need to disguise myself to fit in."

And with a flash of light, something changed on him. Leo now had wolf ears on top of his head, he also hid his human ears although unnecessary but he did so anyway. And he also transformed himself into a teenager. He did a simple transfiguration based on Ashborn's memories of magic.

"Now then, I'm ready. I could probably fit in there now, hehe" He chuckled, the place he was going to is Menagerie which is home to the Faunus. That's why he had disguised himself using magic to fit in there because if he went there as a human he would probably be not welcomed.

'Hmm...so Yang and I are 12 years old now, well according to Tai and others. So Ghira should already pass on the leadership of the white fang to Sienna Khan. I will know once I'm there I guess.' Why Leo wants to go there is just for a simple reason, he wants to help the Faunus there.

He did a shadow exchange with a shadow soldier he ordered to go to Menagerie earlier that morning.

He appeared in a forest near Kuo Kuana, the largest and only city in Menagerie. It is a haven for Faunus kind, it is also home to the chieftain of Menagerie, Ghira Belladonna.

After getting out of the portal, Leo started walking toward the house of Ghira. He knocked on the door and was greeted by a woman.

"Yes? How may I help you?" Kali, the wife of Ghira asked curiously. Then she saw an otherworldly-looking teen with silver-white hair and blue eyes along with wolf ears the same color as his hair.

Leo put on a smile, "Ah sorry for the trouble but I'm looking for Mr. Ghira Belladona. I'm here because of the request about the growing wildlife around here."

Hearing that Kali quickly invited him inside, "Please come in, I'll call my husband"

He followed inside and sat down. He waited for some time before a large man appeared. The man sat directly opposite him.

"I'm Ghira Belladonna, I heard from my wife that you'll help us with our problem?" Ghira asked skeptically. They also tried many things but they didn't work.

Leo felt Ghira's skepticism but he put on a smile instead," Give me a week and I'll do something about the problem. And as a bonus, I'll also make the deserts habitable. And you don't have to pay me anything" Leo said confidently.

"Alright, I agree. I will trust you since we are of the same race." Ghira said but there was still skepticism in his voice. All that Leo said was quite unbelievable, something like making a desert habitable is normally impossible but not for Leo.

After Leo left Ghira's house, he directly went towards the desert. Just after he got there he already encountered many wild beasts. Most of which are very aggressive.

"So this is why they stay away from here." He muttered while floating in the air using magic. He watched as many wild beasts fought each other aggressively.

Their amount was too much and if a normal person were to venture here accidentally without preparation, they would be dead for sure. Even a trained huntsman will be in danger here due to the sheer number of wild beasts.

Luckily they seem to not venture out of the desert so the residents of Menagerie are safe. Leo thought for a while before he ordered his shadow army.

"Go out and kill these beasts, prioritize killing the aggressive ones. Before that, we need to put up a barrier to prevent them from escaping." Leo smirked evilly, while his army heeded his commands and came out behind him. Half of the desert was painted with the color black through the sheer number of the shadow army.

Leo then made a circular barrier within a radius of 5 kilometers and trapped the wild beasts. And then they started to attack, his numerous army rushed forth and slaughtered the enemies.

As for Leo, he just used fire magic to scorch the beasts up into ashes. After a few minutes, the beasts in the 5-kilometer radius were dead.

But Leo ordered his army to kill the remaining ones around a few kilometers in the area. He cast invisibility magic for them so none can see them and let them go do their work.

Meanwhile, Leo stared at the corpses scattered around. While some parts of the sand were also turned into glass due to the heat of his fire magic.

He sighed, before using his magic to terraform the place. First, he used earth magic to dig a massive hole where the corpses were dropped and buried.

After replacing the sand with the soil he used earth magic to terraform the place more, for example he added long lines for rivers. He also made some hills around.

Then he used nature magic to grow plants and grasses around. After that using water magic, he created rivers and streams. If some were to see him doing this, they would associate him with being a god.

After all, he was creating a new environment. He continued working for hours before he finished working on the area they cleaned up first. By the end of it, he was mentally tired.

That's what happened for a whole week. With his summons clearing up the dangerous wildlife or the wild beasts as he calls them and him terraforming the place up.

After a whole week of work, he already converted about 1/3 of the desert into habitable places using magic. And today he plans on letting Ghira see it.

"Please follow me..." Leo said towards Ghira who followed him. And soon they arrived at a place that was previously a desert.

Ghira's mouth was opened wide when he saw the scenery in front of him. It was a grassland full of lush grasses, and some trees scattered about the area.

Further away, he can also see a forest full of trees. And there are also some rivers flowing with glistening clear water. Leo smiled upon seeing Ghira's face. He had worked very hard during the past week terraforming the desert and making it a habitable place.

And the result of his hard work is what's in front of them. A beautiful place that is full of trees and plains suitable for farmlands.

Ghira turned to Leo and bowed deeply, "I don't know how you did it but I'm grateful to you. Please tell us how can we repay you."

"Hahaha don't worry about paying. I did this because I want to. And besides, it's still not finished. I plan on making a bustling city here."

That's part of Leo's plan, he was planning on building a city for the Faunus. With that, they can truly be considered a country.

He was also doing this as a past-time activity as he was getting bored of attending school. He even wonders if he should just ask Qrow to help him get his hunter's license earlier.

After Leo showed the newly habitable land to Ghira, they went back to Ghira's house. The two talk about some things.

Leo said that he will build a trading company in Menagerie so he can help import foods here, at least until they got to start farming some lands. He also told Ghira to warn Sienna Khan about Adam Taurus.

After that, he checked up on his clone back home and saw that it was still alright. He always does it, once every day he checks on his clone to see if everything is alright. The clone was just a transformed shadow soldier which acts as him when he goes out.

After checking he went back to Menagerie and started constructing a city in the newly created land in the former desert. His army was also still doing work killing aggressive wild beasts.

Leo ordered them to not kill the non-aggressive ones. And with that, he continued to work on Menagerie for a few days more before he decided to leave.

Menagerie~

"Who do you think he really is?" Kali asked her husband. She sat beside him on the couch.

"...I don't know, no...I may have an unbelievable idea. Perhaps, he is..." Ghira didnt continue what he wanted to say but Kali has an idea of what her husband thought since she also came to that conclusion.

"I need to read some ancient documents from that era, and if he is who I think he is..." Ghira got excited, maybe it was time for the faunus to usher into a golden age.

"I hope so as well," Kali muttered

On the corner, the two didnt notice a small figure peeking at them but went away after the talk ended.

Back to Leo~

"...Go! Kill all of those Grimms" Leo ordered to his shadows as he floated in the air.

Grr! Grr!

Currently, he was in a forest full of Grimms, he summoned his shadow army which was mostly made up of Grimms he killed.

'Hmm...I already got many shadow soldiers though they are mostly beowolves. I should hunt bigger Grimms.' He thought while watching his shadow army kill the Grimms.

"ARISE!" Before the Grimms disappeared, he already used his powers and made them his shadow soldiers.

"That's it for today, I should go back." He did a shadow exchange with the shadow disguised as him in his room. Just after arriving, a certain blondie barged in.

"Leo, spar with me!"

Leo smiled wryly at Yang but agreed in the end. He just can't refuse her more so if it's Ruby asking him.

There, in the forest near their house, Leo and Yang were sparring.

"Haa!" Yang tried to punch Leo but he easily dodged. Slowly Yang was getting enraged and subconsciously activated her semblance. Her eyes turned red and flames seemed to surround her.

"Agh! Why can't I hit you!" She shouted while still trying to hit Leo who just dodged.

"Sigh..." He sighed while dodging, for him he saw Yang's movement in slow motion. And Yang is still inexperienced in battles but he was different, he already fought many battles during the years added with Ashborn's eons of battle experience.

"Alright, let's end this now." After dodging another attack from Yang, he then punched her abdomen with just enough force for her to feel enough pain.

"Gah!" Yang was forced to kneel on one knee while clutching her abdomen.

"Hmm?" Leo's eyebrows raised as he noticed something before turning his attention back to Yang. "You should start training your mind so you wouldn't get easily angered. I suggest you do some meditation to calm your mind."

"Ehhh! But I don't like sitting in one position for too long." Yang pouted in complaint.

"Then you can find something to do that can relax your mind, for example, gardening. It's great to relax your mind from stress."

"I' try, thanks Leo."

"Your welcome, anyway let's go home. Ruby is surely trying to find us by now." He said towards Yang who recovered now due to the help of her aura. She already unlocked it with help from Tai.

"Yeah let's go!"

And so the two walked back home. Just after they left, a silhouette of someone behind some trees also left.

Leo glanced at the place he felt the presence disappear.

'A stalker? No, I think I have an idea who that is.' Leo thought but quickly got his mind out of it. He doesn't need to worry as he already put some kind of tracking magic on the person earlier.
