1 Chapter 1: Prologue

"Hi Percy"

"Hi Alice"

We were both entering school. It was a beautiful day today. The sun was shining, birds were chirping and the fresh breeze was relaxing. It was a good day today. But for some reason I don't think that it'll continue being a good day at all.

"Hey lets go meet with Rico"

"Sure" I responded.

We headed toward his first period class. It was very loud and lively inside the hallway. When we entered the class, there he was reading a book. He was the only one inside. We greeted him.

"Hello Rico"

"Good morning Rico"

He then looked towards us and responded.

"Oh good morning Percy, Alice"

"Are you ready for the 6th grade science camp field trip that were going tomorow" I asked

"Yep, i'm ready

"Me two"

As they responded, the school bell rang and class started, me and Alice went to our class. It was boring, like usual. I sat at the far left corner of the class where the windows were. I stared at the calm, beautiful sunny sky without paying any attention to the teachers, just relaxing. Unlike me, Alice sat at the front middle of the class and actually took notes and payed attention to the teacher. Once all classes have ended, me and my friends decided to walk home together.

"Don't forget to get ready for camp tomorrow" Alice reminded me.

"A..Okay" I responded

"Ok goodebye" she parted ways with us and went home. It was awkwardly silent while we walked. But once we were about to part ways, he suddenly started talking, like if he was anxious about something.

"...Um"

"..I..have a feeling that...something bad will happen"

"What did you just say?" I responded rather confused about what he said.

"..Oh nothing"

"...Just be careful"

"...."

I was very confused about what he was saying. So I just ignored him. Nothing bad is gonna happen since we were going to a field trip. Instead I replied to him optimistically.

"Aside from that aren't you excited about going to a field trip with your friends"

"Of course I am"

"...I just had a gut feeling thats all." he said quietly. I couldn't clearly hear him but I didin't bother responding.

"Ok bye Rico"

"....See you tomorrow"

"I guess It's just me now" I said to myself. I really hate being alone to be honest. Once I got home I went to my room, took out my HW and tried doing it. 20 minutes had passed and I couldn't answer anything.

"Screw it". I tossed the HW aside and hoped into bed early since I was a little tired, and before I noticed I fell to sleep.

"No!"

"Please don't kill him!"

It was kinda blirry but I saw a kid my age, no he was a little older. He was threatening to kill Rico with a small pocket knife. We were in a forest like area and it was very cloudy as well. No one was around to help. I was screaming my ass off. Tears pouring down both my eyes.

"PLEASE STOP, DON'T HURT RICO!!"I shouted . I didin't know what to do, I tried to move and save him but I just couldn't. I guess you could call me a coward. I couldn't see Rico's face or expression but I did see a tear. I then heard footsteps behind me and I quickly looked backwards. But I wasn't quick enough. I was knocked out with a bat by a girl. I wasn't able to catch a glimpse of her face.

It seems like it was just a dream. I suddenly woke up and got up quickly.

"Was that a dream" I was confused for a moment but then I regained my senses and acted normal again. I looked through the window of my room and saw that it was nighttime already.

"Wow that was fast" Time flew so fast. But I remembered that I had to take a bath, and then brush my teeth. I also had to eat but I wasn't very hungry right now. I got in the shower and started cleaning myself. I then started brushing my teeth. I looked at myself in the mirror and started dancing like a madman. I was just so excited of going to the trip. I was getting a little sleepy so I hoped into bed and started sleeping.

But before I closed my eys, I saw a dark figure standing in my room. It was just my imagination, I thought. So I closed my eyes and tried to sleep. 5 minutes later I woke up and the dark figure was next to me. I was scared out of my mind. I pretended to be asleep but I couldn't resist the urge to scream. So I let out a shriek but he suddenly put a cloth in my face and started feeling dizzy. I kinda saw what he looked like. He was wearing a black suit and a black mask. I then collapsed and passed out.

"ONE CAUGHT 9 REMAINING"

"GOOD NOW LETS CAPTURE THE OTHER ONES"

"GOT IT"

After that life was never the same ever again. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE.
