30 Who’s Evie?

Author's Note: We needed to back it up lol.... Poor Everest and his wolfie never solved the problem of the girl's name he said in his sleep! This will start at Everest's POV the night after Neal said that girl's name in his sleep until there are bold words again, bringing it back to today! Enjoy~

Everest's POV:

I groaned as the sun went down and sat up slowly, rubbing my head. It felt wrong in here- It's not my room. I frowned and glanced around then remembered last night. Neal... I growled and then glared at the sheets. He didn't bother to tell me he had a girlfriend and was so eager to go ahead and sleep in my bed just because we're mates. I narrowed my eyes and then got up. I'm supposed to go over to his family's house for dinner tonight too.... I sighed and then shook my head. I shouldn't be so upset that he had a previous girlfriend, but he could've at least told me that. I'll need to make sure that he doesn't get his way with me too easily now. I rubbed the back of my neck and started for the door, going back to my room to take a shower before Neal would come looking for me. I paused as I walked in, seeing Neal in my room already. Did he leave? I frowned a bit. He was propped up against my bed post, checking his phone. Yeah, he left. He just got here quickly. I sighed softly and started for my bathroom anyways, playing with a few strands of my hair. "Everest," he muttered and looked towards me. "You left me." I glanced at him and smiled innocently.

"Left?" I asked and walked up to him instead. Do I bring it up... or do I let it go?

"I woke up and you was gone at lunch time..." He trailed off then. I stopped in front of him and frowned.

"Who's Evie?" I asked him and narrowed my eyes, crossing my arms. "Is she your ex?"

"Who?" He asked and frowned. "I don't have an ex named Evie..." He paused as he tried to think it over. I growled at him then.

"Then who the hell is Evie," I asked him and exposed my fangs.

"I don't know, beats me." He laughed then. "Do you know?" I glared him down then started for the bathroom. He probably does know an Evie. I bet he does. He associated someone trying to wake him up with Evie. "What's the matter Everest?"

"You said her name in your sleep," I hissed at him then went into the bathroom and shut the door firmly behind me. Ugh... wolves. I growled and then rubbed my temples. Great.... My mate won't tell me who this Evie is either.

"Maybe I was trying to say your name then," he said through the door. I could hear him standing by it now. I turned around and looked at the door with a frown.

"How the heck do you take Everest and get Evie?" I asked and then sighed. I highly doubt he nicknamed me Evie in his sleep.

"Ev-Everest. Ev-Evie." He said calmly. "Makes sense to me." I frowned as I heard him change how the first E in Evie sounds to match my name. That's not how he said it in his sleep last night, is it? I thought back on it and then frowned. Damn, that is how he said it last night. I frowned and then slowly opened the door, peeking my head out at him as I kept the door mostly shut.

"Is that why you ditched me?" He asked and frowned. "Man, you're so mean being paranoid I would say a girl's name in my sleep. You don't have to worry about that unless it's my mom or sister's name." I frowned and opened the door the rest of the way.

"I'm not mean! I just don't like the idea of you not telling me things, and I didn't know if you slept with a girl named Evie or not," I told him and crossed my arms.

"Why would I do that? You're weird. I tell you what, get ready and you can ask my mom at meal time." I frowned. I feel like she'd probably bite my head off if I asked her if her son slept with someone....

"I-I'm good," I whispered and bit my bottom lip, looking at him. "Sorry... you're right, I am paranoid," I mumbled.

"No kidding, maybe I should make sure not to play with my sister during the day in wolf form... You might bite my head off." I frowned at him.

"But that's your sister," I whispered and then grabbed his hand, pulling him to me. "Look, I'm not used to this yet.... I'm sorry I got upset so quickly and jumped to conclusions. I'll be better about it," I promised him then kissed his cheek.

"I know, I'd be upset too but have a little more faith in me. You know werewolves search their whole very being and lives for their mate. I'm not going to betray you." He kissed my cheek then. "Honestly, I never had a boyfriend or girlfriend. I had respect for my true mate and I still do." I widened my eyes and looked at him. Werewolves are really like that? That's so sweet. I heard a purr rise up in me and I quickly tackled him into a hug, nuzzling my head against him before I knew what I was doing. He laughed and hugged me tightly. I purred and kissed his neck happily.

"Neal~" I purred sweetly, feeling my stone pulse at his words and warmth. Oh my lord, I'm so happy he's my mate. I slipped my arms around his neck and then kissed his cheek again. "I won't doubt you again," I promised. He kissed my cheek then.

"I hope not. Now go ahead and get ready. Werewolves don't want to stay up all night, especially old ones." He pulled away and started back for my bed. "My parents are going to be mad if we're late." I nodded and then smiled happily, shutting the door. I quickly turned on the water to take a shower.

When I was finished getting ready, I walked out to him and over to the bed. "Are you going to be coming back with me?" I asked him softly, looking down at him. He might choose to stay home.

"I've got night patrol duties actually, can you believe it?" He rubbed his head. "I even told him I could only see you at night. I guess it's some sort of way to remind me I've got more than just mate duties." I pouted a little but didn't argue. The alpha couldn't have had him do a morning patrol instead? That's just cruel. I sighed and then reached for his hand.

"Okay," I mumbled sadly.

"I can come in an hour before dawn though. I'm sure I won't be needed then." He gave me an encouraging look. I bit my bottom lip and nodded.

"O-okay," I whispered as I took his hand and then gave it a squeeze. I guess I can't just keep him all to myself either. I have other things to do too, like help Lyle and spend time with everyone else... and he's got werewolf duties. "That'd be nice."

"Well, let's go introduce you to my family~" He pulled me towards the door then. I followed after him quickly, holding onto his hand as I let him lead me. I hope his family likes me.... What if they don't? I felt my pulse speeding up in alarm at the thought. He gave my hand a squeeze. "It'll be fine, you're going to be loved."

"Are you sure?" I asked worriedly and moved closer to him. I'm going into a den of werewolves.... I bit my bottom lip as I watched him. "They might not like that I'm a vampire and a male."

"We already talked about this, they still have my sister to give them grandkids. They don't have to worry about me." I blushed and then nodded.

"Okay," I mumbled and then hid my face against his shoulder. I mean... it's not impossible for me to give him kids. I'd have to become female which involves removing my stone... and then there is the chance of miscarriages and not getting pregnant to start with because it's hard to have vampire halfbreeds. It's not completely impossible for me to give him vampire wolf cubs... but I doubt he cares at his age. He might care more when he's older like he said happens to mated werewolves as they age.   He pulled me outside, dragging me into the maze. After a couple of minutes we came up to a dead end. He walked up to the wall of the dead end, pushing a cobblestone piece. The wall suddenly opened up to a tunnel. He pulled me inside the tunnel then, leading me into a very well lit hall. We walked down it for a few more minutes until we came across a staircase leading up. He took me up it to reveal a door. He opened it and we were suddenly in the pack house I heard about when I was younger. He looked around before sneaking us up a flight of stairs and to a hall. He stopped us at a door and knocked on it. A woman opened the door with a huge smile.

"There you two are, I was afraid you got lost!" She held her hand out to me then. I could smell she was cooking something. The door opening up to a well sized apartment. "I'm Neal's mother. You can call me Abigail. You must be his dear mate Everest. The Rosario brother~ I'm so happy to invite you into my home. We're cooking up enchiladas, I hope you can stomach Mexican food. There is already cheese and dip set out." I smiled at her then and nodded.

"Thank you miss Abigail," I said politely. "Thanks for inviting me over." So this is his mother.... I blushed and gave Neal's hand a squeeze. She seems nice....

"Bring him over here," I heard a man say and chuckled. Neal blushed and dragged me into the apartment, pulling me into a living room where a man was kicked back in a arm chair. The TV was on, football playing. I could tell then that Neal had gotten his looks from his father.

"This is my dad," Neal whispered to me.

"You can call me Mason." He got to his feet then and walked up to me, holding out a hand. "You better be treating my son right." I blushed and stood up a little straighter, taking his hand and shaking it.

"Yes sir," I told him quickly. "I hope I am. I don't want him to be upset with me," I admitted, blushing as I glanced towards Neal. Oh man... this is his father!

"Well I hope you like enchiladas!" He chuckled and pulled me into a hug. "Welcome to the family."

"WHAT! YOU GUYS DIDN'T TELL ME HE WAS HERE!" I heard a girl shriek and run off. "I FORGOT TO PUT MY MAKEUP ON! JOSS YOU ASSHOLE!" I heard a guy chuckle in the kitchen.

"That would be my sister," Neal told me. I bit my bottom lip and nodded. She sounds like a fouler mouthed version of my sister on a bad day....

"She seems nice," I whispered to Neal then sighed softly in relief. His father hasn't bitten my head off....  I heard someone walk in from the kitchen. A guy.

"That's my daughter's mate, Joss. He's going out with Neal tonight on border patrol." Neal's father told me. Joss walked up to me and looked me over skeptically.

"That's what we're watching every night? I thought he'd be a typical Transylvania Dracula styled vampire... Huh.... You're not what I imagined at all, takes a load off of my mind. I still want to know how you're going to mate with Neal here and have kids."

"JOSS!" Neal yelled and blushed. "TAYLOR COME GET YOUR MATE!" I frowned a little.

"No, it's fine," I told Neal softly. "He's just curious...." I looked Joss over and frowned. I'm not sure that I like him though.

"JOSS YOU BETTER KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!" Taylor shouted. "DON'T GO MAKING FUN OF MY GAY BROTHER!"

"Oh never mind, MOM!" Neal yelled and yanked me towards the kitchen. I could hear his dad laughing. I blushed then and looked over my shoulder at them. Did I tell Neal that I could have kids? I frowned and looked at him then decided not to ask right now. He's young... and I don't think I'm ready for kids if I'm having them just yet. I kissed Neal's cheek and held his hand tightly. At least his family is lively? We walked into the kitchen where his mom was checking the food in the oven.

"What's the matter sweetie?" She asked.

"I told you not to invite Taylor and Joss just yet." He muttered to her.

"Oh come on, if he's got to meet your father then he might as well meet the other two."

"Yeah but they've already embarrassed me."

"Want to see pictures of Neal when he was a toddler?" She asked me quickly.

"Mom!" Neal blushed and shook his head. "Not you too!" I laughed a little and then looked at Neal.

"Neal, you could walk all around the castle and find pictures of my family when they were young on the walls," I purred. "I don't mind at all. You shouldn't be that embarrassed. Besides, their question in there didn't really bother me that badly. I doubt they know purebloods can change sexes," I told him and smiled innocently.

"What?" Neal asked.

"Oh good! We can expect grandchildren from you too~" His mom gave me a loving look then. Oh... I shouldn't have said anything. I blushed as I looked at her. I said something in front of his mom....

"Whoa whoa whoa, what?" Neal asked me. I felt my pulse starting to quicken then and I looked at him. Oh man.. I didn't tell him then.

"Y-yeah," I whispered. "I can become a girl... but it's something I need help with if I was to do it. It'd have to be someone I trust enough," I mumbled, rubbing my chest right over my crystal and bit my bottom lip.

"Why don't you two go into Neal's room and let him show you it?" His mom asked. Her voice sounded pleased with me. I blushed a little and walked closer to Neal. She's completely expecting kids from us... and she's so much happier with me now that she thinks she might get kids. I blushed and then gently took Neal's hand, not really sure what to do. He pulled me out of the kitchen and down a hall that had four doors on it. He pulled us into one on the right. The room was a typical teenager's room. A few band posters here and there especially on the ceiling. He had black lights set up everywhere and a computer desk area along with a closet and a huge bed in the middle of the room.

"So- this is my room..." He told me. I nodded and relaxed now that we were alone and then sighed in relief.

"Looks like a normal teenage bedroom," I said and laughed a little. He blushed and nodded.

"Yeah, I guess it is. It's enough for me though." He walked up to his bed and crawled into it. I watched him and then started to explore, purring softly.

"I'm sorry I dropped that on you in the kitchen... I thought you knew," I told him after a few minutes. I glanced over at him and then blushed. "I guess I didn't tell you."

"No I didn't know...." He shook his head. "Now my parents will be expecting children from us after all." I walked over and then gently sat down on the bed.

"We don't have to have them if you don't want them," I told him softly. "It's hard for a pureblood to have halfbreed children even if they are the opposite gender as their non pureblood lover."

"Well we probably shouldn't have any," he mumbled. "I don't want to take the chance and get my hopes up." I bit my bottom lip softly.

"W-well... one day if you do want children... I could do my best to not do anything risky.... It's a little easier to lose them is all," I told him. "The rate of conception is lower too, but it's not impossible."

"Okay," he nodded towards me and leaned in to steal a kiss from me. I purred and let him then kissed his cheek before he could pull away. I gave him a sweet smile and then laughed.

"I think your mom is happy," I whispered to him.

"You think so?" He asked and laughed. "She's a very motherly mom."

"She's sweet," I purred. "I'm glad I met her."

"I told you that you would like my family," he whispered. I laughed and then hugged him, kissing his cheek.

"You were right. Your dad is kinda scary though, but he's not bad," I told him and then curled up to him.

"He'll warm up to you," Neal promised.

"Maybe after your mom tells him what I told you," I whispered. "That and after seeing me around for a bit and recognizing I'm not a threat.... Joss though.... I don't like him," I decided and sighed.

"He'll come around...." Neal shook his head. "He's not exactly easy to get along with either.... but I think it has to do with the fact he's mated to my sister of all things and my parents are more hard on him because that's their little girl." I nodded.

"I guess that makes sense.... It's going to be hard when my sister picks a lover," I mumbled. I purred then and kissed his neck playfully. He laughed and let out a playful growl to me. I laughed and then exposed my fangs towards him, purring as I scrapped them against his neck. My cute little werewolf~ He leaned in towards my neck and kissed it. I purred to him and then kissed his shoulder gently. "Can I?" I asked him softly, leaning in his neck. He nodded slowly.

"Yeah, I suppose you can." I purred and then wrapped my arms around him before I gently bit into his neck and moaned as I got a taste. He tastes sweet~ I started to mark him again after drinking from him for a few seconds. He moaned and melted against me. "Everest~" I purred towards him and then stopped when I had given him a lot then pulled my fangs out and licked his neck clean.

"You're so sweet Neal~" I purred to him and kissed his lips when I had cleaned my lips off by licking them. I didn't want to scare him by kissing him with bloody lips. He wouldn't like it. He gripped my shirt and gasped. I purred to him and then laid us down, curling up to him happily as I nuzzled my head against his chest. "Mine~" He looked body over longingly then leaned into my neck and bit down into me. I yelped and tried to relax, squirming a little. He bit me.... I blushed as I forced myself to hold still, holding onto his shirt tightly. He licked at my skin while biting me and suddenly I started to feel hot and sweaty. The room spun a little as pleasure coursed through me. I gasped and panted as I hid into his chest as he bit me, squeezing my eyes shut to try to keep from being dizzy as I moaned. "Neal~" I moaned softly, tightening my grip on his shirt. He pulled back from my neck and kissed my cheek lightly. I blushed and opened my eyes slowly, looking at him as I tried to catch my breath. "W-what did you... do?" I asked him as I felt my stone pulsing along with my heart rather quickly.

"I marked you as my mate," he whispered. I blushed at that and gripped his shirt a little more. He marked me.... I looked towards his lips longingly and then leaned in, kissing him passionately as I chose to focus on him in this spinning, dizzy world. He gave me a loving look then. I looked at him and purred softly, loosening up on his shirt then gently touched the bite wound, yelping as it stung at my touch. He grabbed my hand and growled lightly. I blushed and looked at him.

"What?" I asked softly, shrinking down against him.

"Don't touch it." He kissed my lips lightly then. I nodded and kissed him back before I laid my head on his chest.

"Okay," I told him. "I won't touch it.... Is it going to scar me?" I asked. "Or is it a scent thing like the vampire's mark?"

"It's going to remain there even after I die," he told me. I blushed and nodded.

"So... it's a scar thing?" I asked him. I'm going to have a scar on my neck....

"Only wolves can smell it." He rubbed my head then. "You wont tell much difference." I nodded and relaxed, purring to him. It's a scent thing then. Vampires just can't smell it. I purred sweetly and then curled up to his warmth.

"Okay," I purred softly. "I love you," I whispered happily. He's my sweet mate~! He even marked me~

"I love you too~" He purred in my ear.

"Dinner's ready!" I heard his mother yell for us. I tensed up and glanced at the door then at Neal before I sat up and smiled.

"We better go in there before they get suspicious," I told him then got to my feet. He nodded in agreement and went to follow me.

Back to the future?

Silas's POV:

I led Sylar inside the castle as we returned from the theatre. "So, did you have fun?" I asked him. He nodded as he let a yawn slip and headed upstairs without me. I watched him go and frowned a little. "Goodnight?" I called after him.

"Day," he told me.

"Sorry, the humans got me off," I purred. "Good day brother," I told him. He disappeared at the top of the stairs then. I frowned and watched him disappear. Did I do something? I sighed and then walked up the stairs, deciding not to go to his room. He probably wants to be alone if he's acting like that. I went to my bedroom then laid down after stripping to my boxers. I curled up in the bed and then sighed softly as I curled up to the comfort of my own blanket.

I woke up as I heard a knock at my door at about sunset. "Master Silas, a man named Charles has shown up. We have him waiting downstairs in the night room for you." I groaned and then sat up tiredly, rubbing at my eyes.

"Yeah," I hummed out then got to my feet. Great... I'm already busy. I sighed and went to my closet, getting a simple t-shirt and jeans then changed into it and went to the door. I glanced around and then went straight to the night room, texting the maids to bring me a bottle of blood there. I found him waiting inside. He was sitting down on the edge of the couch, staring at a cup of tea the maids brought him. I smirked as I saw him and walked up. "Don't like the tea?" I teased lightly. "Hello Charles," I purred. He looked towards me and smiled.

"No, not at all... I do like tea. Hello Silas." He stood up then as I approached him. A maid walked in quickly then, bringing me a bottle of blood. I smiled to her and took it, starting to drink it as she left.

"So~ Let's see.... I'm already getting the wizard's help with the eggs.... I think I will ask someone else to help me with the eggs since how you complained so much. I'm going to have you just deal with the blood, and my sister will handle the victim aid. You're to report to me every week either by letter, phone call, email, or personal visit," I told him calmly. "I want to know how it is going and I will visit once a month to see if there is something that needs to be fixed. We'll establish a fund by the end of the next two months and start the project officially on the third. Until then, I want you preparing to market the blood. You will gather a team of approved vampires and set up profiles for the vampires in need. Like I said before, I want to make sure that you're selling to vampires that actually need these deals."

"Yeah," he nodded and sat down. "I'll see what I can do." I smiled at him and then sat down in an arm chair.

"I'll need your phone number too so I can contact you easily," I purred. "I'll make sure that you make a little profit off of this job too, so it won't just be charity work for you."

"Now you're talking," he smirked towards me. I laughed a little at him.

"Yes, but you can't change the pricing on the blood without my permission," I told him. "I'll make sure that you are paid though. We'll also operate on volunteers too to keep the cost down, but you will be in my personal employ."

"As long as you're giving me something for my small trouble." I nodded.

"Don't worry. I will. I know how you work," I told him then rubbed my head. "We'll get a contract written up and sign it in a few weeks, finalizing all this officially. Now let's talk about your pay and the pricing of the blood so I can get an idea of what kind of funds and supplies I need to get. I might let you turn it into a bar too so you can make money off humans and use the funds for extra move around space for you and let you build it up for renovations and a certain percentage will go to the purchasing of blood too," I told him. "It doesn't sound like a bad idea. If you have a downstairs, feed the vampires down there and use the upstairs for a bar. I'll let you draw up the designs and then get it approved by me."

"Yeah yeah, I got the perfect place," he muttered and held up his hands. "Just give me my money and blood. You don't have to sweat over the dragon eggs either. I'm going to give them back to the wizards they came from."

"No, I'm confiscating them," I told him firmly and frowned. The wizards sold them. They're not going to get them back to sell them through other channels. "I'll pay you back later, but bring them by tomorrow morning. I will be checking for them tomorrow night. I'll give the servants instructions on helping you and where to put them."

"Oh yeah? You give me a headache," he grumbled and started to sip on the tea. "I'll bring them by when I wake up. I'll send the truck over actually." He sat back against the couch then. I nodded.

"Good.... I will give you a good payment for the eggs when I get them," I told him and sighed. "Stay for dinner if you'd like though. This is all I needed to talk to you about with tonight. We'll discuss more when we sign the contract sometime after the ball...."

"Dinner with vampires? That sounds like I'll be the main course," He teased lightly. I laughed at him.

"No, we do know how to eat like your kind," I purred to him. This should be interesting working with him.... I'll need to think about Dmitri and Eva in my spare time today....

Lyle's POV:

I watched as the maids cleaned out my study for me, holding Milo in my arms. He looked up towards me and then at the maids before he curled up to me and turned around in my arms to face me, hiding his face into my neck. "Does this mean you're going to be able to spend more time with me and your family?" He asked softly.

"Yeah," I whispered to him happily. "This means I'll be able to raise you properly my little fledgling." He purred and then looked up at me with a loving look in his eyes.

"I'd like that," he told me sweetly, holding onto me. I pulled him out of my study then and towards the night room. He followed me and glanced around the castle curiously before he leaned his head against me and then giggled suddenly. He left me and ran ahead and I heard Everest yelp further down the hall around a corner he had disappeared around. I walked up to the corner and frowned. Milo had tackled Everest into a hug, playfully growling a little at him as Everest stood there wide eyed.

"I think I've been captured," he said and laughed nervously. I laughed as I watched them.

"I think so too," I purred. Milo gave another growl and then playfully exposed his fangs, making Everest tense up then laugh.

"Aww, aren't you cute," he told Milo then rubbed his head. Milo laughed and then stopped, hugging Everest with a sweet smile.

"Come on Milo, we were going to the night room." I grabbed his wrist and pulled him to me. Milo yelped as I did that and then pouted.

"But I don't really get to see Everest much," he told me and then looked at Everest.

"Well, I was on my way to go outside and see how Neal is doing anyways," Everest told him and smiled. "I think he has a night patrol...."

"Poor Neal," I purred. "He just wanted to be with you tonight."

"Exactly, so I'm going outside to spy on him," Everest said and smirked, starting to walk in the direction of the garden doors. "I'll see you two later~" He winked at us and left us. I frowned. Stalker. I lead Milo into the night room then. He paused as he saw Silas sitting in an arm chair talking to a strange man with a cup of tea. Silas glanced our way then purred.

"Oh, look, it's Lyle," he said. "Do you want the room? We can leave if you want it to yourself."

"You two can stay here if you don't mind us," I purred. The stranger looked towards us then finished his tea.

"Charles, this is Lyle and his fledgling Milo," he said to the stranger then smirked. Milo looked at the human in interest and then cautiously smelled the air and frowned when he caught the scent of vampire on the human.

"Charles," I purred with amusement by his scent. He looked me over and then back to Silas.

"I guess I could stay for dinner."

"I'll inform the maids to fix you something to eat then," Silas said and pulled out his phone to call them, getting up and leaving the room to do so. I watched him leave us then sat down on the couch with Charles.

"So you must be who he's taken interest in," I purred. "You smell like a vampire but you're human." Milo looked Charles over with confusion but went over to the movies on the shelf to pick one out, looking at them curiously.

"I disguised my scent so I can protect myself better," Charles told me. I nodded and smiled. He's smart for a human.

"You can do that?" Milo asked and looked over in amazement.

"Yes," Charles said sweetly. "It's easy if you hang around vampires, you can rub their scent onto you enough to where no one can tell what species you are until they bite you." Milo giggled then.

"I guess that makes sense," he purred and then walked over, sitting down beside me after putting a movie in and starting it up.

"Milo is a fledgling," I explained to Charles.

"So he's still learning? His name is familiar..."

"Milo Tomas Young, the famous author." I mused. Milo purred then.

"I've been writing a rough draft for myself lately.... It probably won't ever be published though," he said and laughed, rubbing the back of his neck. Charles looked us over and smiled softly. Milo looked at him and gave him a friendly smile. "I like your name. It's pretty cool. I think one of my series had a Charles in it."

"Thank you," Charles said softly. "Your name is unique." Milo blushed and then laughed.

"I guess it is," he whispered and then smiled. "Thanks~" He relaxed and curled up on the couch, watching the movie. I looked towards the doors, wondering where Silas went. He should be back now. He came back after a few more minutes and sighed.

"Well~ Turns out Dmitri needed some attention downstairs. He's been pitching a fit... something about his dragon egg back at the Nero mansion," Silas announced to us as he walked back to his seat. "They said they'll bring your dinner in here after an hour and that they will set up a guest bedroom for you incase you wish to stay."

"What about the dragon egg?" Charles asked.

"He had one and he's saying he wants it back and that it needs him," Silas said and shrugged. "I sent a butler to go fetch it and take it to him to make him be quiet for now. Besides, I don't want a dragon to hatch over there. That'd be bad."

"So Dmitri is here?" Charles asked and clenched his jaw.

"More like imprisoned," Silas purred, noticing Charles expression. "He was taken alive. I'm deciding what to do with him and his sister."

"You're better off burning him," Charles grumbled.

"Sounds like you really don't like the guy," he teased him.

"I don't," Charles muttered.

"I bet he ratted you out too," he purred and then glanced Charles over before he looked at the movie and raised an eyebrow as he watched it for a few minutes.

"Do you want to see me tomorrow night?" Charles asked. Sylar walked into the night room then and ran up to Silas as he spotted him then crawled into his lap. Silas looked at Sylar curiously then looked at Charles.

"Actually... yes," he told Charles. "For a few hours to talk about your payment for the eggs."

"So I have to see you tomorrow, fantastic..." Charles rubbed his neck and looked towards the TV.

"Well either that or I'll email you," Silas hummed out. "You know what, I'll email you. I think I have a better use for my time tomorrow like planning the ball. Sylar, you want to help me with that?" He purred, rubbing Sylar's back. "We can plan it together~"

"I don't like balls," Sylar mumbled. Silas frowned then.

"Then I'll ask Esther instead," he said and stopped rubbing his back, looking disappointed. I laughed and watched them. I pulled out my phone and message Esther to come to the night room. Silas watched Sylar for a few moments and then looked away, bored as he started to watch the TV. I waited for our sister to come. She came in after a few minutes with a huge smile.

"Lyle, did you need me?" She asked, giving me a sweet look as she walked up.

"Silas did," I purred with amusement. She raised an eyebrow and looked towards Silas expectantly as Silas widened his eyes.

"I was going to tell her tomorrow," he complained then sighed. "I guess we could start planning now," he said and then picked Sylar up, getting up and putting him down in his place as he walked up to her. "We need to plan the next ball," he told her and smiled. She widened her eyes then tackled him into a hug.

"And you picked me to help you! Of course I'll help you," she purred happily and started to drag him out of the room. I laughed as they left quickly. Charles frowned as he watched Silas leave yet again. Milo sighed and then smiled.

"So glad it's not you," he purred under his breath.

"I'm retired," I purred happily. He nodded and then hugged me.

"Uh huh... and I get time with you," he said sweetly then crawled into my lap as he watched the movie with a sweet smile. Sylar looked towards the doorway then and frowned before curling up in the spot Silas had been in.
