147 Twin Rogues

Unknown's POV:

Get out. You don't belong here anymore. I let out a soft whimper as I raced through the trees, trying to catch a fast bunny that squeaked at me in fear as it ran into a hole against the base of a tree, kicking dirt up into my face as I dug my heels into the ground to try to stop myself from barreling into the tree. I growled at the hole softly as my stomach growled, hunger gnawing at my insides as I started to paw at the earth to uproot the bunny and get my jaws around it. I leaned my face down into the hole and snapped my jaws quickly, trying to get my teeth into it's fur but I felt a sharp kick to my muzzle, sending me back as I howled in pain and laid my ears back against my head. I heard a howl close by me before the sound of a dying dear. Lyla howled to me then, alerting me she found supper. She's powerful when it comes to getting something fast. I laid my ears back and whimpered slightly before I ran for her, ditching the bunny and then slowed down as I reached her and laid down by her, looking up at her. "I couldn't catch it," I told her and rubbed my nose with my paw. "It got into a hole... and kicked me...." I whined then looked towards the deer she caught. "You're way better at hunting than me."

"Oh quit being dramatic. I'm better than you at everything. Rogue up," she told me and started to dig into the dear, eating at it's neck. She wagged her tail, seeming pleased with being rogued. I gave her a playful growl then got to my feet and licked her behind the ear then wagged my tail, going to take a bite out of it's back as I placed my paw on it. Thank goodness for my twin~ We'd be starving if it wasn't for her. I started to gnaw on the deer hungrily, ripping a chunk out as I swallowed it. She licked her jaws and pulled back before shushing me. She stood up a little and lowered her head, listening for something before she smelled the earth. I paused then perked my ears up, laying down low as I listened, trying to hear what she was alerted on. I hid down low in the tall grass and sniffed around. Maybe it's more deer~!

"Run," she told me quickly. I heard a howl pick up nearby us. "We're in another pack's territory." She grabbed the deer's leg and ripped it off before running off with it. I widened my eyes before I ripped a piece of the deer off and chased after her quickly. NO! THEY'LL TEAR US TO SHREDS! I ran as fast as I could to keep up with her, staying right beside her as we ran for the cover of trees to get away. At least we got part of the deer.... We won't starve as long as we don't get torn apart by that pack. I felt my heart racing at the idea of it, pounding in my ears as howls went off behind us, catching onto our trail. She pushed on quickly, taking us a hard route to be able to track us as we went through a creek and into a small cave. She laid down and chewed on her cut of the deer. I panted and dropped down beside her before I licked my piece of the deer and looked back outside worriedly before I gnawed on the deer hungrily.

"Thanks sis," I whispered to her then finished off my piece of deer, feeling quite full for my small stomach. I wagged my tail slightly before I went towards the entrance of the cave and sat by it, peering outside to make sure we were safe. I didn't want a surprise.

"Don't do that, they might spot you." She told me. "We'll go when they give up." I looked back at her before I wagged my tail then went back to her, laying down beside her before I started to lick her russet colored fur clean, wanting to groom her in place of a pack. She wagged her tail and nuzzled her head into my chest. I barked at her softly then licked her head and near her ears.

"Does this feel better?" I asked her and laughed before I licked her back.

"The old 'hide in a cave' trick, eh?" I heard a male asking us. I widened my eyes and yanked my head back from her before I looked towards the entrance and let out a low growl before I got in front of my sister protectively and flattened my ears against my head.

"Leave us alone!" I growled at him and raised my head up to seem bigger than I really was.

"Two against one," my sister told me as she got up and charged towards the- way bigger wolf than us. I growled and went with her, snapping my jaws at the bigger wolf so she wouldn't be alone and bit down into his leg to weaken him. This isn't good... I hope he's alone.... He let out a small laugh before side stepping to show to more wolves.

"I run in a pack," he told us. "Meet my kids." My sister froze up and backed up into me, making me trip up. I yelped as I fell back onto my butt then froze up as the other male wolf behind the first growled sharply at us then froze, looking at my sister. His growls subsided and he flicked his ears, looking at her before he slipped past his dad and walked up, smelling my sister as his tail slowly started to wag. Lyla growled at him slowly and lowered her ears. He pulled back and looked at her before he laid down in front of her and gave a playful growl, watching her in fascination and excitement as he kept wagging his tail. Wait a minute. I growled at him quickly and went to get in front of her but earned a sharp growl from him as he leapt to his feet and glared me down. She growled at him sharper and tackled him to protect me. He yelped but stood his ground before he stopped growling then looked at her curiously.

"Is he your brother?" He asked then sat down, looking at her as all threats faded from him completely.

"My twin," she told him softly and circled him to keep her grounds. He watched her and perked his ears up then gave a playful growl before he laid down and stretched out.

"What's your name?" He asked her with a sweet tone in his voice.

"Lyla," she whispered. "Why does it matter? I'll eat you." He wagged his tail then.

"No you won't. We're mates~" He told her then gave a playful growl. She froze up and lowered her ears a little more as she sat down quickly and sniffed him. He watched her with an amused look and perked his ears up as he watched her face. They're... MATES?! I let out a low growl and watched him cautiously. Fate can't just expect me to give my sister up to some random wolf! She looked him over quickly.

"Mannnnnn, I was just having fun being a rogue too!" She grumbled. He sat up and licked her head and wagged his tail.

"Too bad~ You're coming home with me," he told her. She looked him over and went back to her chunk of deer and sat down, starting to gnaw on it. He watched her with interest then got to his feet, going to his father and nuzzled his head into his fur. "We're taking her back with us~"

"My twin too," she said quickly and took the deer to me, dropping it and licked my face. I stopped growling then wagged my tail slightly and twitched my ears before I laid down and gave her a playful look before I looked at the deer meet then up at her.

"So... he's your mate?" I asked her softly.

"He smells like it," she whispered to me.

"We'll take them to our alpha," the bigger male said. "We'll tell him you're mates and he'll be thrilled to have two new members to his pack." The smaller male wagged his tail before he walked over to us again and licked her head.

"Come on. Bring your deer if you'd like. We're going to meet the alpha," he told her then looked at me, eyeing me over before he wagged his tail a little and licked my head. I growled slightly and stood up before I got closer to my sister, but he nudged the two of us towards the entrance of the cave before I could stand there for too long.

"Hi, I'm Nora- that's my twin~ He's Chance. This is our father Neal."

"You smell like a vampire," my sister told her.

"Well I am vampire, but my powers is shapeshifting into a wolf. So I can enjoy running with my father and brother. Our mom is a vampire." Nora giggled as she got to my sister's size. "We should be friends." Chance laughed at her then licked his sister's head before he nudged us further out then looked around before he let out a loud howl, making me wince slightly as he did it real close to my ear. Did he have to do that? I whined and lowered myself to the ground before I laid my ears back and looked at my white paws. The rest of my fur was a black except for a small patch near my nose and my paws along with a small rough looking triangle patch on my chest. I was suddenly pounced on as a growl ripped through the sky.

"NO! THEY'RE FINE!" Neal yelled out and tackled the guy off me. "Calm down, Joss." The wolf backed off me and let out a warning growl before circling us. I heard more footsteps approaching.

"What's going on?" I heard a powerful voice ask.

"Alpha! I have a mate!" I heard Chance laughing. "This is Lyla and her twin~" He turned to face the voice as I trembled, watching Joss with wide eyes and stayed low to the ground. I don't like this at all.... We should run. I laid my ears back and gulped before I glanced towards who was apparently the alpha, trying to hide in the grass the best I could without moving. Just gonna... sink into this and become one with the earth.

"Oh," I heard the tension break then. "You found a mate?" The Alpha asked. "That's great! Bring them over here, closer to me." Chance laughed happily then nudged Lyla over to the Alpha, presenting her to him then looked towards me, wagging his tail.

"Come here," he told me. I felt my heart racing before I looked at the Alpha then at Chance before I slowly slunk over, staying low to the ground as I tensed with every step.

"They smell like rogues," the alpha said calmly as he looked us over. "Are you looking for a new pack?" I looked up at the alpha then got close to my sister protectively.

"Why?" I asked him, trying to keep from trembling. He's so huge.... He could kill us in a second.

"Don't answer my question with a question," he growled out before sniffing me a few more times and pounced on me, picking me up in his jaws by my throat and bit down hard, scaring the hell out of me like I was going to die- He suddenly marked me and started to claw at me. I screamed and clawed at him with my back feet, trying to get away from him as I pawed at his face as my heart raced in my chest.

"Lyla!" I cried out and whimpered sharply. I heard her going to jump him but was knocked down. He growled at me to silence me as he carried on with the ritual of marking me. I whimpered and cried out again, kicking at him with my back feet. What's wrong with him?! Why's he doing this to me?! He finished before licking my body and let me go.

"This is your Luna," he announced to the pack. I widened my eyes as I laid on the ground, trembling. What?! I laid my ears back quickly.

"L-Luna?" I asked as their howls started up for their Alpha.

"You're my Luna, smell me." He leaned in and licked my face. I let out a small growl as I shut my eyes to avoid his tongue and then flicked my ears before I sneezed. I opened my eyes and looked up at him before I hesitantly leaned in to smell him, trying to stop trembling from the experience of being attacked by him. He nuzzled his face against mine as I smelled him. He was right... He was my mate. His scent was powerful- but alluring. He smelled like dirt and the forest- along with lamb chops that he probably ate earlier. He pulled away from me before looking me over. "What's your name?" He asked. I looked up at him and sunk my head down to the ground shyly.

"A-Arden," I whispered and felt my tail wag slightly as I couldn't help but get excited from finding my mate... even if he completely attacked me just a second ago.

"My name is Alpha Asher."

"He just became Alpha last month," Joss told me as he walked up. "The old Alpha- his father is retired with his Luna."

"It's a good thing we didn't go too long without you, Luna," I heard a girl say as she ran up to us and nuzzled her head against Joss. I looked at them then laid my ears back before I slowly stood up and looked them over then the Alpha before I ran back to my sister quickly.

"Sis," I mumbled and licked the top of her head. THE LITERAL HECK! Do Alphas normally attack their mates on sight? He didn't even give me a chance to do anything. He was too powerful to escape his jaws too.... I pressed my nose into her fur then. I can't just suddenly be a Luna.... That's a huge responsibility.... I just got kicked out of my last pack about a couple of weeks ago....

"Whatever reason you're rogue, you're both welcomed in this pack," the alpha told us before turning to his pack. "They're apart of our pack now." He raised his head and let out a howl, the others were quick to join him. Lyla licked my head quickly, getting at my wounds. I let out a small whimper as her tongue ran across them, but I felt her suddenly get tugged away from me before Chance went to get her as well. She yelped and took off running from him quickly. He growled and went after her before he managed to pin her down then licked her head to calm her as he wagged his tail.

"Where ya going?" He asked her then licked behind her ear. "I'll mark you during mating season if it bothers you now."

"You better not go attacking me too!" She warned and growled at him.

"I'm not going to do it as roughly as our Alpha did~ I'll mark you sweetly on our first night in the mating season," he told her and licked her head again before he slowly let her up. "You won't be frightened of it then." I whined as I watched him with my sister before I lowered myself to the ground and started to lick at my wounds, trying to ignore the pack watching me as they talked amongst themselves and laughed happily.

"Alright, clear out!" The alpha told them before he scooped me up into his jaws. I yelped and struggled before I let out a sharp whine, kicking my feet lightly.

"H-hey!" I called out and looked for my sister quickly, seeing Chance talking to her as he wagged his tail happily and walked with her behind us, his sister and his father trailing them. My mate carried me through the woods until we came across- a maze. He carried me through it before we went into a secret passage that took us into a pack house. He dropped me and licked behind my ears before looking towards Neal.

"Take the two newbies and get them fitted into the pack- my mate in my room." He instructed before leaving us quickly. Neal watched him before looking at us.

"Okay. Preference?" He asked my sister.

"Can we room together if we have to stay here?" I asked him, not wanting to be separated from my sister even if the alpha just told him I was supposed to be in his room.

"Can she have a room right next to mine?" Chance asked, wagging his tail as he gave his dad a cute look. "Pleaaaase? It'll be easier for me to bring her deer and other little gifts!"

"You two can get a bigger room together," Neal suggested. "A two bedroom. I'm going to see to that. Would you like to share it with Nora? I'll make it three bedroom until you're ready for a family." He looked at me and shook his head. "Your duty is to our Alpha, Luna. So please, don't argue with him." I heaved a sigh then laid my ears back before I brushed up against my twin, getting closer to her before I licked her fur.

"I don't mind sharing with my sister... but when mating season comes around in a couple of days, it's going to be awkward," he told him and wagged his tail. "I'll be marking my mate and spending lots of time with her after all~" He nuzzled his head against Lyla's before he playfully nipped at her ear. She let out a soft growl towards him.

"Okay. You two get your own room without your sister. That's final. Do you want a two bedroom or your room you have now?" He asked. Chance seemed to think about it before he pulled away from Lyla.

"Two bedrooms that way she can be comfortable if she wishes to sleep in a different bed until mating season... and it'll be nice when I finally have cubs to already have a room waiting," Chance said then wagged his tail before he laughed. Cubs?

"Cubs?" I asked him quickly then growled a little. "You can't have cubs with my sister."

"U-ummm.... Cubs?" My sister asked. "This is my first mating season and you're wanting cubs!?" Chance's eyes widened quickly and he looked down at her.

"No, not yet! I mean after a couple of mating seasons," he told her quickly then licked her head. "I don't expect cubs until we're a lot closer to each other~" He laughed then. I growled.

"No cubs. That's my sister," I told him and narrowed my eyes slightly.

"Yeah, and you better not have cubs too," she warned me playfully. I looked at her then.

"I can't have cubs. I'm male," I told her then flicked my ears. "I don't have to worry about that."

"Oh~ We know a fellow who can fix that," Neal said calmly. I widened my eyes and looked towards him.

"What?!" I shrunk back then. "Nuh uh!" Chance laughed at me then.

"You didn't actually think that you wouldn't be giving the Alpha his cubs, did you? He's Alpha. He needs an heir to take his place when he's old. He'll have you turned into a female eventually so you can bear him cubs." I widened my eyes then ran for the exit. NO! WHAT'S WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?! I heard Neal snarl at me before he chased me down and grabbed me up off the floor. I yelped and looked at the floor before I squirmed and gave a small whine before I looked back at him then went limp in his jaws, giving up to avoid getting in trouble. I could hear Chance laughing at me as he wagged his tail. Neal looked towards the other three before leading them into a room where a lady was sitting at a desk. He spit me out and looked towards her.

"My son wants to change over and get a room with his mate. Two bedroom." Neal told her. She looked up at us from her desk then lowered her head a little to look us over.

"Hi Neal, didn't I tell you to not go wondering the halls in your wolf form?" She asked him. Chance turned into his human form before he walked up to her and smiled cheerfully.

"Is there a room I could have like that?" He asked her and laughed happily. I watched him then licked at my chest to try to help my wounds before I looked up at Neal then slowly relaxed before I leaned my head against him then went for my sister to be with her. She rubbed her head against me and licked my fur.

"We do have a room," she said calmly. "But, I normally don't openly give rooms like this out to- mates unless they're hoping for pups the coming season. Are you wanting pups?" Chance tensed then.

"I'm wanting pups after about two or three mating seasons," he told her. "I wanted to go ahead and get a two bedroom that way she could sleep in there to be comfortable before the mating season because we just met. I would like to go ahead and get it too so I can set it up for cubs after our first mating season when she'll start sleeping in my bed."

"Chance," the lady groaned out. "Come back to me next mating season." She waved him off. He whined then.

"Pleaaaaaaaaase? I want to move out of my sister's room anyways," he told her and frowned.

"Chance, these rooms are for families. You two can get single rooms. I might have some close together." He gave her a thoughtful look before he looked back at Lyla.

"Do you want to get one single room or two single rooms? I don't mind if we share a room yet, but it's up to you," he told her sweetly. "Whatever you're more comfortable with until after the first mating season when you will move in with me."

"What? Who said after the first mating season? I might not even mate with you this time." She told him.

"Two rooms it is," the desk lady said calmly. Chance frowned at Lyla then.

"But it's mating season," he told her and frowned. "Even if you don't mate with me, you're going to move in with me after the first mating season.... I don't want you away from me." He looked her over then sighed before he looked back at the desk lady, his face falling. "Two," he mumbled and waited for keys, watching her. She looked at the book on her desk then, looking the rooms over before drawing some things out.

"Bring me your key when you're finished moving in," she suggested-"oh wait, did you say you was with your sister? Nevermind." She got up and walked over to a wall of keys before grabbing two off them and went back to the desk, writing more down. He took the keys from her then gave her a small nod before he turned away and started walking towards the door, looking at the number on the keys.

"Come on Lyla. I'll give you this one," he told her softly, glancing at her. "We'll get you some clothes for you to put on. My mom can take you shopping for an entire wardrobe later. You might have to wear one of my shirts and a pair of my shorts for a night or two." He waited at the door for her and got it, holding it open for her. "Are you sure that you don't want to do anything during our first mating season together?" He asked her and frowned. "I mean... we're mates. Besides, you'll move in as soon as the mating season is over... and I'm marking you during the mating season."

"That's just what you think," she warned him before nuzzling her head against me. "Sleep with me tonight?" She asked me sweetly. I laughed happily then nodded before I licked her head.

"Of course," I told her and then got to my feet, taking her over to the door then looked up at her lame mate. He looked down at us then frowned.

"You should sleep in the Alpha's room," he told me quickly. "You don't want to anger him."

"I'm sleeping with my twin," I told him then licked her shoulder quickly. He raised an eyebrow at me then looked at the lady behind the desk.

"Do you think the Luna needs a key to the Alpha's room?" He asked her curiously.

"The Alpha has both keys," she told us. "He'll give one to him soon enough. Good day, Luna." She gave me a sweet smile. I looked at her then tensed a little before I gave her a small nod, trying to be Luna like.

"Good day," I told her and then laid my ears back before I rushed my sister out of the room. Agh! This is way too much....

"Bye dad!" Chance called out to Neal then. "Wait- do you think we should put him in the Alpha's room or do you think it'll be fine to let him sleep with his sister tonight?"

"We better talk to the alpha about that," Neal said as he followed us out. "You better ask permission," he warned me. "He was expecting your company tonight in bed." Oh man... I would be in his bed, wouldn't I? Yeah, I'm definitely sleeping with my sister tonight. But... I don't want him to attack me again. That was horrible!

"Where... would I find him?" I asked Neal then laid my ears back slightly.

"I wouldn't know. He's doing Alpha things. He'll be back to rest soon." I whined then. You've got to be kidding me. I have to wait around to ask him.... I looked at my sister then before I licked her face.

"I'll meet you in your room later?" I asked her softly.

"No, I'm coming with you," she told me quickly. "I don't want to leave your side." I looked at her then wagged my tail.

"Okay... we'll just go to your room then," I told her then licked her again. "We might not even be able to get into the Alpha's room to wait on him. I'm sure he'll understand me wanting to be with my sister- especially in a strange place we've never been." Chance looked us over before he bit his bottom lip nervously then looked at his father.

"I don't know about that, he'll get angry. He's had a month of being an alpha without a mate," Neal warned me. "You're better off waiting by his room." I laid my ears back then looked at her before I licked her.

"He's got a point.... He practically attacked me when he saw me," I mumbled to her. "We'll wait by the door and sleep in the hall if we have to." I looked up at Neal then and walked over to him. "Do you mind showing us the way?" Chance smirked a little.

"Yeah, follow us," he told us then started to walk us with his father to the Alpha's room, going through the pack house to it before he stopped outside a door. "Here you two go. He'll show up eventually." He looked at her then before he transformed into his wolf form and laid down, the keys between his front paws as he watched us and yawned, laying his head down as he closed his eyes to wait with us like a good mate for my sister. My sister laid down next to me, curling her body up to my warmth. Nora laid down next to Neal, having followed us and agreed to wait it out. I nuzzled my face into my sister's fur before I breathed her scent in then relaxed, closing my eyes to take a small nap. He'd wake us all when he shows up... if he shows up.

I woke up to a small growl. "What're you all doing in front of my bedroom?" I heard my mate asking. "You all look like guard dogs." He let out a small laugh before opening the door. "There you go my little mate. It was unlocked." I opened my eyes slowly and looked up at him before I snuggled up against my sister and perked my ears up.

"Can I sleep with my sister tonight?" I asked him innocently. I saw Chance stirring before he sat up slowly, blinking.

"No," he told me. "You're sleeping here for your first night." He pointed inside. "Go in." He gave me a warning tone. My sister whined and licked my face. I laid my ears back before I licked my sister's head and gave her a small whine before I got to my feet and obeyed him, not wanting to get attacked again. I stepped inside his room obediently then looked back out at my sister with a whine.

"Could she sleep in here?" I asked him then looked up at him.

"No. She has a mate," he said and stepped into the room. "You're all to leave this hall, got it?" He asked them before shutting the door and locked it. I could hear the wolves starting to go away then, Chance telling my sister that she could see me in the morning as he took her away. I whined then looked past him at the door. She's leaving.... I looked up at him before I laid my ears back and curled my tail up against my legs as I sat on the floor. He looked down at me before smirking. "Change," he told me quickly. "Let's get you a bath." A bath? That sounds good actually.... I transformed then before I blushed at him, moving my black hair behind my ears and hid my manhood with my other hand, feeling exposed like this. He looked me over before smirking and walked up to me. He moved my hand away, making it obvious as he looked me over before giving my hand a squeeze. He pulled me out of his room's living room and into a nicely sized bathroom. He ran a hot bath for me before letting me go. He got me some shorts out of the closet along with a shirt and placed it on the counter.

"I think I want a bath too," he said calmly. He stripped out of the earth smelling clothes he had on and poured some soap into the water before pushing me in and got in beside me. I yelped as I fell in then looked at him before I blushed and sunk down into the water to my chin before I looked at him.

"H-hey, did you have to push me in?" I asked him nervously and shifted in the water before I paused and looked at the bubbles the soap was forming before I laughed and played with them. It smells so good in here~ I moaned slightly at the warmth of the water and sunk a little lower, my muscles starting to relax from all those days I spent in the woods in my wolf form. He watched me and smirked.

"Yes, I did. It was funny." He leaned in and gave my lips a small kiss before leaning back against the tub. "So, why were you rogue?" I blushed and looked towards him.

"Why was I a rogue?" I asked him then rubbed my arm. "Well... I was a rogue because..." I looked away from him then and frowned before I sunk down into the water, submerging myself before I came back up then started to look at my wet hair. "I got into a fight with the Alpha's beta, and I lost," I mumbled. "The Alpha found out and so he banished me for fighting his chosen beta. My twin followed me from the pack, and we've been rogues since." I tugged on my hair then lightly as I fidgeted nervously.

"You little rebel," he teased me before pulling me into his lap. He looked me over before smirking. "I want cubs," he told me firmly. I widened my eyes slightly then felt my heart start to race.

"C-cubs?" I asked him then felt my face heating up as I squirmed in his lap a little. "I'm male though," I told him quickly, hoping he wouldn't say what Neal said.

"Yeah, but I'm sure we could change your gender some how. I see males doing it all the time," he told me and smirked. "You're going to give me cubs, this mating season." Oh... my....

"T-this mating season?! We just met," I told him quickly and went to get away from him. I'm not giving him cubs! He pulled me back to him quickly.

"I know we just met, but we are mates." He leaned in and gave my cheek a kiss. I blushed at him then.

"A-Asher," I mumbled then put my hands on his chest. "You don't know me too well...." I don't want a pregnant belly! He's going to be upset if I tell him that though.... He looked me over before sighing and nodded.

"We'll only mate this season," he sighed out. I blushed then looked him in the eyes, watching him. I leaned in and gave him a small, hesitant kiss on the cheek, trying it out.

"You're not upset?" I asked him softly, relaxing a little on him.

"Not really, I see your point," he sighed out. "No kids this season," he agreed. I nodded and then looked him in the eyes before I leaned in and smelled his scent, a small laugh escaping me as I wrapped my arms around him and relaxed.

"Okay," I told him then gave a playful growl to him before I leaned against him. This is nice~ It feels good to be in his arms. I kissed his neck then, letting go of my worries at the moment to enjoy this. He leaned in and sniffed my neck before licking it.

"You smell great," he told me and ran his fingers across my body before leaning in for a kiss. I gasped slightly at his touch and instinctively leaned in, meeting his lips as I moved closer to him, a small shiver going through me. He leaned back and gently gave me a bottle of shampoo. "Here, use this. How long have you been a rogue?"

"About... five weeks?" I thought it over then. I lost count. "We've been in the area for about two days. We didn't know it was your territory," I whispered then looked at the shampoo before I smiled and started to wash my hair. "My sister has been doing most of the hunting though. I kind of suck at it. I lost a bunny today...." I blushed at that then, admitting it to him. "I might've starved by now if it wasn't for her... or I would've moved to eating bushes.... My sister had just caught that deer by the time you guys started howling at us." I rinsed my hair out then before I handed him back the shampoo then looked for conditioner, putting it in my hair. Man I missed baths~! He started to wash his hair, humming softly.

"Well.... I could help you," he suggested. "With hunting." I looked at him then and smiled at him sweetly.

"You would?" I asked him curiously. "I would love that.... Maybe I won't get kicked in the nose by a bunny rabbit again."

"You got kicked in the nose by a bunny? You are almost helpless," he teased me. I blushed then.

"I am not.... I took on an Alpha's beta," I reminded him. And I was almost torn to pieces....

"Oh yeah? How'd that go?" He asked in a teasing tone. I bit my bottom lip then.

"Um... well... I did well at first... but then he overpowered me and won," I mumbled.

"We're going to work on you and build you up," he promised me. I nodded and then leaned in and kissed his cheek.

"Okay," I whispered. "I'll do my best to be a strong Luna for you," I told him then gave a sweet smile before I started to rinse the conditioner out of my hair. "Maybe one day I'll catch you a deer."

"I'd be so proud of you," he hummed out. He started to wash his body then. I moved out of his lap then and went to the other side of the tub, sinking down to my chin in it and laughed as I relaxed. He watched me before getting out and started to dry off. "Come to bed when you're ready," he told me. He walked off into his closet then. I watched him go then and frowned before I sunk down under the water for a few seconds then came back up before I took my time washing myself up. I eventually got out of the water as it got cold and dried off, getting dressed in his clothes he had left out for me. I smelled them before I blushed then brushed my hair out and went out to him, following his scent. He got dressed in his closet and was in his bed before me. I walked over to the bed then looked him over before I slowly crawled into it and then got under the covers on one side of the bed, curling up in it. I glanced at him then bit my bottom lip before I nuzzled my head against a pillow then brought my legs up to my chest.

"Hello," I murmured to him.

"Hey," he whispered and gave me a smile. I smiled back at him then shrunk down into the covers.

"So... um... what all am I supposed to do?" I asked him softly. "As your mate and as Luna...." This pack might be a little different from my last....

"You should ask my mom. I'll let you talk to her tomorrow. She'll explain Luna duties." He gave me a smile. "Anything Luna related, talk to her." I frowned but nodded.

"O-oh... okay," I whispered then rubbed my cheek. "Well... what about as your mate personally?" I asked softly, looking into his eyes.

"As my mate, you're my lover. You're suppose to give me all of you. Never keep secrets or lie to me. I'll in return, do the same." I nodded then smiled a little.

"Okay," I told him and then smelled him before I cautiously moved closer. "Did you have to attack me in the woods though?" I asked him softly and looked up at him from his side as I wrapped my arms around one of his.

"I marked you.. I asserted my dominance. If my whole pack wasn't just watching- I might have waited until you came to realization but... I wanted to be clear, I am a ruler." I blushed then and gave a small nod.

"So it was for your pack," I whispered. "You wouldn't have done it like that if they weren't there?"

"Of course not... But for my pack, I will show them I'm their Alpha." He smiled. "I don't want to show them my soft side... they might take advantage of it." I nodded then relaxed and kissed his cheek quickly.

"Is that also why you growled at me like that when I cried out?" I asked him sweetly.

"Yeah~ You're my precious little mate.... but don't cry. I'm your lover." He ran his fingers through my hair. "I'll take good care of you." I leaned my head against his hand and moaned slightly from the feel of him playing with my hair before I leaned my head onto his chest and moved my arms around his body instead of his arm.

"Can I mark you?" I asked softly, closing my eyes in happiness.

"The pack would be happier, knowing you're accepting your role as Luna. Marking me back, is a great way to show them you're a Luna." I looked up at him then, opening my eyes.

"Should I mark you in front of them like you did me?" I asked curiously, glancing at his throat then at him.

"You don't have to," he told me. "They'll smell it, the next time I'm out." I nodded then gave him a small kiss.

"I'll mark you then," I told him and blushed. I might as well. I don't plan on going anywhere... and he seems nice. I moved my arms back from him then. "I think I will in my wolf form~"

"Want me in mine?" He asked. I thought it over then blushed before I gave a nod.

"Uh huh," I told him then moved away from him before I slipped my shirt off my head.

"Not in my bed, we haven't cleaned our wolf forms." He got out of bed then before shifting into his wolf form for me. I looked at him then bit my bottom lip before I got off the bed and pushed my pants down then quickly shifted as I got his clothes off me then looked up at him as I shook my fur then perked my ears up, giving him a sweet look before I walked up to him and wagged my tail. He laid down and wagged his tail, looking happy to see me in wolf again. I sneezed and looked him over before I nuzzled my head against his then up under his chin before I licked his throat and bit down into it hard. He laid down quickly, staying calm as he let me mark him. I gave a small growl before I felt my mark placing itself on him before I pulled back from his neck and licked my muzzle clean of his blood before I started to scratch at him with my paws like he did me. He groaned and let out a small whimper. I stopped after I felt I did good enough then licked his head gently to comfort him then licked at his neck as I felt my tail wag slightly.

I laid my ears back then nuzzled up under his chin again, getting against his chest as I licked at his wounds. He licked my head as I licked him. His tail wagged a little. I laughed then flicked my ears before I nuzzled my head against his chest then looked up at him before I licked his muzzle. He perked his ears up before transforming back into his human form. He headed for the bed and collapsed on it. I transformed back into my human form then went back to the clothes and slipped them on before I got back in bed with him.

"Are you okay?" I asked him softly, sitting by him as I looked down at him. "Was it too rough?" I looked him in the eyes and moved his hair out of the way. He looked up at me and smiled.

"You wasn't too rough. I'm just an Alpha and I do a bunch of things every day for my pack. I'm glad you're here, Luna. You're going to take a lot off my shoulders." I gave him a sweet smile then and kissed him quickly. He's sweet~ He's hot too..... He reached out for my hand. "You have responsibilities as Luna. You begin training as soon as you talk to my mother."

"Training?" I whined then and sunk down against him. "Nooo... I can't even catch a rabbit!"

"You'll learn," he promised. "You can even ask your sister to be by your side. I'm still looking for Beta.... and I've had my eyes on Chance for awhile now.... I think it might be a great idea to pick him. That means your sister would be your beta." I whined but nodded.

"I would like that... but... do I really have to do training?" I asked him and frowned. I suck at training.... "I'm going to be the worst Luna," I mumbled and hid my face against him.

"I promise, you'll be the best. Just, listen to my mother." He rubbed my head. "So, what do you think? You want your sister as your beta?" I nodded quickly.

"Yes, I want her as my beta," I told him and blushed, looking up at him. "Is your mother going to be upset I'm male?"

"No. She's going to be happy for me," he promised. "For us. I'll let Chance know in the morning." I nodded then gave him a kiss before I laughed.

"Okay~ You know... you aren't that bad when you're not showing off in front of your pack," I told him and kissed his cheek. "You are much more scary in front of them and when telling me to do things.... You're so much more friendly like this though when it's just us and we're talking...."

"That's because I can be me with you," he explained. I nodded then nuzzled my head against his chest.

"Do you like me as a male?" I mumbled softly to him. "Or would you prefer me if I was female that way I could bare you cubs?" It's just curiosity after all....

"I expected a female for a mate, since I am an alpha... but... I love watching men," he admitted.

"So... you're gay?" I asked him and blushed, looking at him. "That's why you perved out on me and looked at me when you had me shift!"

"Hey~ I wanted to make sure mine was bigger," he teased me. I blushed a deep shade of red then.

"Is it?" I asked him and felt my heart start to pound nervously from asking about it.

"Yes," he smirked as he looked me over. I blushed then and hid my face against him. Oh man...

"O-oh.... Well you are Alpha," I whispered to him then snuggled up against his side as I smelled his scent and gave a slight moan from the warmth of him. This is so much better than sleeping in caves. His bed is so much more comfortable too. "You're warm," I mumbled happily then nuzzled my head against his chest with a small smile. "It's nice here... much better than a cave. You smell good too," I whispered then took another whiff of his scent and laughed. "I could get used to this...." I looked up at him then leaned in and licked his cheek before I kissed his lips then moved on top of him to steal his warmth.

"Much better than a cave huh?" He asked and chuckled. "Get some sleep... it'll be a long day tomorrow for you. We have our beta's to announce." I gave a soft whine then.

"Do we have to tomorrow?" I asked him softly and nuzzled my head against his chest. "I just got here... and it's nice in bed... and I don't know anything about being a Luna... and I haven't been in a pack for weeks," I whined and buried my face into his chest, breathing in his strong scent. I love this.... I don't ever want to move.

"This will be great for you. I told you my mom will help and we have betas. Your sister will be training by your side and Chance will be by mine." I whimpered then.

"But what if I just want to lay here with you.... You attacked me earlier...."

"Yeah... but that's not what Luna's do- lay around. That's more of an omega and elder's job. So you better get up with me- unless the doc says you're on bed rest... you'll get up." I frowned and then looked up at him before I nuzzled my head against his chest then.

"Can you be there while I train?" I asked him and wrapped my arms around him. "I'll get up if you're there...." I licked his neck then and curled up on his chest.

"No, I have alpha business to attend to. You're a big boy. You can take care of yourself." I whined then before I hid my face into his chest.

"How are we supposed to get close with each other if we aren't together during the day?" I mumbled then sighed. "Fine... I'll figure out Luna duties with your mom and my sister on my own. I don't need your help." I took my arms back then closed my eyes as I breathed in his scent, staying on his chest.

"We'll know each other at the ceremony," he promised me. "Unless you want to wait until the full moon to tell them their new duties... then I'll spend each day by your side, helping you learn your duty... and we'll only have your initiation into the pack tomorrow." I blushed then and looked up at him.

"I want to be initiated into the pack with my sister," I told him softly. "If we get kicked out of a pack together, we join a pack together. You can go ahead and tell them. I don't mind. They deserve to know that we're picking them... and you're right. I need to be a big boy and learn it by myself with your mother. I'll just see you at night," I mumbled and trailed my hand on his chest and smiled softly. "It's fine.... I'll get to know you better eventually."

"I think I'll wait for the full moon to tell them they're our betas. Until then... you're going to be announced my Luna in front of the whole pack and we're going to officially welcome you and your sister into our pack.... But you'll have to wait until you speak to my mother."

"W-wait... in front of everyone?" I asked and blushed, looking up at him quickly. "I don't have to do anything big in the ceremony, do I? It's just, 'hey, we have a Luna'?"

"Somewhat~" He purred. "We'll all take a run together and hunt in celebration." Oh no...

"U-um... but what about my... problem with catching things?" I whispered in embarrassment. The whole pack will see.

"You don't have to catch much. I bet you'll get offerings during the run... but you'll have to learn. As my mate, I expect you to make me my meals." I nodded then.

"I can do my best," I whispered to him. "It might only be squirrels at first though," I warned him and looked up into his eyes. "Maybe I'm just clumsy at hunting? I can run pretty well...."

"You'll be trained by the best hunters of the pack," he decided. "I don't want squirrels for supper. I'm the Alpha. I eat like a king. You'll learn to cook as well and many other things. Like take care of cubs, the pack, the unfortunates in our pack, make sure the pack is calm, take care of my needs, and keep peace. That's some of the main roles of a Luna. It'll take a lot of weight off my shoulders. I've been having to do Luna duties... but now that you're here.... Things will be better." I blushed then nodded, looking up at him then bit my bottom lip.

"Take care of cubs?" I asked him softly. "Like... am I supposed to help others by helping watch their cubs?" Or is he referring to the cubs he wants from me specifically.

"Your own cubs, silly. You're supposed to give me cubs eventually." He kissed the top of my head.

"Do we have to?" I asked nervously, biting my bottom lip.

"Yes. I want my son to be the next Alpha. So you better start thinking hard on if you want to birth him or if I need to go ask a pack slut for her womb until I get one." I widened my eyes then.

"No!" I said quickly then gripped him. "Nuh uh!" I started to growl then, getting angry at the idea of him going to a pack slut. I felt my nails start to sharpen as my canines grew to wolfish points.

"Then you'll give me a child," he growled out. I growled at him then and looked up at him.

"You're not going to ever go to a pack slut," I snarled at him angrily.

"I will," he warned. "I'll give her a bottle of my seed and ask her to give us a child. Then toss her when I get a child."

"No you won't!" I sat up then and glared down at him. "Don't you dare! If I'm going to be your Luna, then you better not!"

"You better give me a son," he hissed and glared me down. I narrowed my eyes slightly then.

"Will you stay away from them?" I asked him then tensed.

"Of course I will," he told me and gave me a sweet look. "I love you." I relaxed then before I softened my gaze and thought about it. Would it really be that bad to have cubs? They are... kinda cute. I blushed then. They'd be Asher's cubs too~ I do like him.... Plus he's my Alpha and I'm his Luna. I leaned down and gave him a small, shy kiss on his lips before my face turned red and I laid back down on top of him and hid my face into his neck before I nodded.

"We can have cubs," I whispered to him. "When would you want them?" He mentioned in the tub he wanted them this mating season.... Would I really be okay with that? Giving him cubs this early in our relationship? It might be better that way though... so I don't get too used to being a guy around him constantly that I fight him when it's time for me to be a girl so I can give him cubs... and they really are adorable~ "We could have them this mating season," I suggested nervously, feeling my heart start to race as I shied deeper into his neck to hide my face as it heated up.

"This season? So fast? Are you sure you're okay with that?" He asked in shock.

"W-well..." I blushed then worked up my courage to pull away from his neck and look down at him. "I have always thought... cubs were rather cute... and I think they'd be cuter if they were ours... and I trust you enough I think. We're mates...."

"That's wonderful. They'll bring us closer. I promise," he purred and started to laugh. "When do we tell the pack?" I blushed then as I saw his happiness at my final agreement to do it.

"Whenever you want to," I whispered to him. My sister... is going to kill me.

"Great. We'll announce it after we get you pregnant." I bit my bottom lip then nodded.

"I heard from Neal that he knew somebody I think," I whispered to him then blushed. "You're happy about this, aren't you?"

"Of course I am... I want to make us both happy. You'll love me even more when we have children. It's one of your duties... to give me them."

"How many are you wanting?" I asked him softly then leaned my head against his chest, breathing in his scent.

"I don't know yet," he told me and shrugged. "I want a son." I blushed again then nodded before I looked up towards him then went for a kiss, wanting another. He kissed my cheek before rubbing my head. "Settle down and get some rest." I gave a soft whine and laid my head down on his chest.

"O-okay... I'll rest," I whispered to him.

"Don't look so depressed. We're going to wake up together, I promise." He kissed my cheek. I giggled then and nuzzled my head against his chest before I smiled and closed my eyes, clinging to him as I slowly fell asleep.
