124 Nico's Neko

Nico's POV:

I frowned as my mother started to do my tie, tightening it on me. "Mom," I whined then lightly smacked her hands before I untightened it and let it hang around my neck loosely then unbuttoned my white shirt some. "If it's my party, I want to dress the way I want to dress," I told her then took off the suit my mother had put on me then rolled my sleeves up to my elbows and purred. This feels so much better and probably looks better~! "A'slin! How do I look?" I asked, looking over towards my brother. He had managed to convince mom to bring Killian along for the night so that way they could attend the ball as friends together and my brother wouldn't just be alone in a room with a ton of guys. Killian glanced over at me and laughed then looked towards A'slin with a longing look as he finished tying the tie around his own neck.

"Eh," A'slin mumbled. "You look like a catch, bro. Just don't give them that goofy smile or you'll fail at catching a guy," he teased. I frowned at him then walked over to him, grabbing his tie and tugged on it, making it loosen.

"I will too catch a guy. At least I'm not going to catch cooties at my wedding," I teased him and smirked.

"Omg! Stop pointing it out! I'm so turning her male. I'm not putting up with a girl in my bed," he grumbled. I laughed then felt awkward as Killian started to walk off, going into the bathroom and picked up his hairbrush as he stared at the mirror blankly and started to brush his hair back from his face. Oh... yeah... they wanted to be engaged.... Eek, maybe I shouldn't joke about it around Killian. A'slin had watched him leave his side and pouted. He started after Killian then and wrapped his arms around him, resting his head down against his back. I watched as Killian paused then a small smile crept onto his face at the affection. He turned to look at A'slin and gave him a sweet look before he started to brush A'slin's hair and laughed. That's so cute~! I saw mom watching them with a concerned look, crossing his arms. A'slin kicked the door shut quickly when he caught us watching. I laughed and then teleported into the bathroom, locking the door.

"Don't kick me out," I purred at them then sat on the counter with a happy smile. "Besides, I need to brush my teeth~"

"Yeah... You don't want your breath to smell and warn away your boyfriend of the future," Alslin teased before stepping away from Killian and leaned against the counter. I laughed and then grabbed my toothbrush and toothpaste, starting to brush my teeth. Killian purred and then went back to brushing his own hair, looking in the mirror.

"If Nico can even catch a boy," Killian teased.

"Yeah~ Nico... You're hard for even me to understand miss man periods," Alslin teased. Nico tsked.

"That's not funny! I will one day be a real boy!" He hissed, spitting out his toothpaste. "I'm a male- not a female! We don't use the P-word!"

"Why don't you ask mom and dad to turn you male?" A'slin asked. Nico frowned at A'slin then.

"I don't want my crystal being ripped out of me! That's terrifying... and mom and dad aren't themselves right now. They might bring me back as a demon," he told his brother then shook his head.

"Ask me then," he suggested. Nico blushed then.

"W-well... If you're gentle about it," he whispered and rubbed his chest. "I'll let you do it later perhaps.... I don't know. I'd have to figure out how to pee standing up."

"It's easy. Just grab, aim, and fire." A'slin purred to me in amusement. "Look, are you ready? I want to get this over with so I can enjoy the rest of the night with just Killian." I looked him over and frowned before I hopped down from the counter and snatched Killian's hand.

"Maybe I want to hang with Killian," I teased him then started to pull Killian towards the door. He yelped and widened his eyes then went to pull his hand back, but I kept a tight grip to mess with A'slin. A'slin ran after us then and grabbed Killian's other hand. I laughed and opened the door, pulling them both out.

"Alright you three," mom purred at us then snatched Killian from us both. "He's an engaged man. You're getting married mister... and you're searching," she told us. Killian frowned and looked at A'slin with a lonely look as mom held his hand.

"Mom! We're not doing anything wrong. Quit being motherly." A'slin glared her down. Mom laughed then let Killian go.

"Oh, alright. I did let you bring him here so you wouldn't be stuck watching Nico meet tons of boys," he purred then lightly nudged Killian over to A'slin. "Make sure you two don't get snatched up by any of Nico's suitors." I frowned and then shook my head, dismissing it before I went over to the door and then walked out.

"Let's get going," I told them then started for the ballroom.

"Whoa, wait up kiddo. I'm introducing you before you walk in," mom called out and caught up quickly. Great, that's going to be awkward. A'slin sighed from behind me, pulling Killian as he followed after us.

"A'slin..." I whispered, glancing behind me at him. "Help," I mouthed. Killian laughed a little at me and shook his head.

"You're on your own." He grabbed A'slin's hand then and gave it a squeeze.

"Yeah~ You're lucky you're not going alone into the pool of sharks."

"Are they really like sharks?" I asked quickly. WHAT IF THEY TRY TO BITE ME?! Wait... what if they give me strange looks? I shivered. Do I look okay?

"We'll meet you in there," A'slin told me as he yanked Killian to go in without us. I frowned as my mom made me stand by the door and purred at me, picking at my shirt and started to mess with my hair.

"Mom," I muttered.

"What? I want to make sure you look perfect when you walk in. I want you to blow them all away~ It's your night tonight. They're all here to earn your affections," he told me and then leaned in, giving me a kiss on the cheek. "Count to twenty then walk in." He pulled away and went inside quickly, ditching me out here. Oh man... what if they hate me? I bit my bottom lip and looked at the door, starting to count as I fidgeted nervously then got to twenty and moved my shoulders back, tilting my head up to try to look more confident. Eek, I'm going to be eaten alive! I opened the doors and walked in, finding my mom looking towards me, waiting. I glanced around the room, finding it full of guys- not a single girl. They really did set this up for just me. A'slin had pulled Killian to the back wall to stand there together. My father was here as well with my mom now. There was a DJ booth with a butler standing at it. He started up some popular pop music for us. There was a snack bar near my brother. There was quite a number of suitors for me, eyeing me over. Oh... nope. This is... not going to go well. I held back a nervous smile then stepped forward, starting towards the snack bar to get something to munch on. This should be my heaven! Why am I so nervous? Maybe it's because they're all looking at me. I heard a few mumbles as they talked to each other under the music's noise. Yay.... I picked up a glass of blood then started to sip on it before I took a deep breath and turned to them. Well, if I'm supposed to pick someone out of this crowd, I better start flirting huh? I took another sip of my blood before I purred and looked them over, starting to look for the cuter ones.

I heard the doors open to the ball room and heard someone creeping inside. I frowned and looked towards the door in disappointment. That's not cool... I was supposed to be the last one through those doors.... I downed my blood then and sat the glass down before I licked my lips clean. I watched as a guy yanked his hoodie on his head around and walked towards the back of the room. He had on a pair of leather pants and stilettos. A hoodie was wrapped around his top half body, a couple sizes too big. I frowned and looked him over then ran my fingers through my hair before I started to walk towards a crowd of boys to socialize. Why is that guy wearing leather pants and stilettos? I thought this was a formal party. Mom dressed me up formal.... He sat down in a chair against the wall and crossed his legs quickly, pulling out a Nintendo to play with.

"Hey~" I heard a guy say next to me and pulled me closer to him, starting to dance with me. "My name is Louke. I'm the prince of Australia," I could hear the accent in his voice. I looked towards him and purred. Australia huh? Thats not that far off from here.

"Hello," I purred to him and laughed. "I guess I don't need an introduction~" Mom introduced me before I even walked in.

"Do it anyways," he purred. "I want to know more about you." He pulled me closer. "Like what type of cake you like." I laughed and nodded.

"Alright, Louke," I purred out to him and gave a little smirk. "I'm Nico, the second born of my family, and I like carrot cake," I told him and let him lead me. "Did your parents force you to come, or did you want to come on your own?" I asked and gave him a playful look. He probably was forced~! Poor guy.

"I'm more of a white cake person.... My parents said I should because it's important or something. So I decided why not? Since I would get to be in a room full of boys." I laughed.

"Well, I guess that's one way to look at it," I purred to him. "Looks like you got me before anyone else though."

"I'm smart, ay?" He leaned in and gave my cheek a kiss. I blushed and looked him over.

"Yes you are," I whispered to him. I saw my mother watching us with a pleased look, holding dad's hand and laughing a little.

"We should spend more time..... together. Don't you think?" He asked and smirked. I looked at him and laughed.

"Maybe, I don't know much about you Louke," I told him and smiled. "All I know is where you're from and your favorite cake... but I wouldn't mind seeing you again- even if it's just as friends later. You're pretty fun."

"Great! We should exchange numbers." He smirked at me.

"Alright," I purred then leaned in and kissed his cheek to mess with him. He pulled out his phone and gave it to me to enter my number into it. I looked it over before I put my number in his phone then slipped it into his back pocket with a purr. "There you go cutie," I told him and smirked. "You have my number to call me."

"Great! We'll text each other. Great to have you as a friend... Nico." He brushed my hair behind my ear then. I laughed and then grabbed his hand with a playful purr.

"Of course," I told him then kissed his hand before I let it go then gave him a kind smile before I started to look around again to find my next person to check out. I glanced back towards the guy playing on his Nintendo then walked over slowly, getting kind of curious. Why would he wear that stuff here... and then ignore the room? He glanced up a little over his Nintendo before sharply shrinking down in his seat and pulled his feet up into the chair with him. I frowned a bit then. Is he shy? I looked him over then sat down beside him. "Whatcha playing?" I asked curiously, looking towards the Nintendo. I found him playing Nintendo dogs, he was throwing a toy at his German shepherd.

"Nin-Nintendo....Dogs," he said softly. "Ummm.... His name.... is Max."

"Max? That's a cute name," I mumbled to him then looked the game over. Isn't that for younger kids? His parents definitely forced him to come.... I ran my fingers through my hair then looked around the room before I settled down beside him. I'll stay here for a little while then go rejoin the others and continue looking.

"Yeah... He's a German Shepherd." He threw a soccer ball at him then. "His favorite toy is a soccer ball." I laughed a little then watched the German Shepherd running after it.

"That's pretty cool. He must be the top dog in your game," I purred to him.

"He knows really cool tricks too! Watch this..." He had Max come back as he put the ball up. He rubbed his belly then before leaning a little closer. "Speak," he called out. Max barked back. He rewarded him with a treat quickly. "Roll over," he ordered. Max barked before rolling over, being rewarded with a treat. I laughed and watched him with an amused smile.

"You must've spent a lot of time with Max," I hummed out. I wonder if he likes dogs... or if he just likes the game.

"Uh-huh. He's my first doggie on this game. I've worked really hard with him and I never put him away in a hotel." He gave the soccer ball back to Max, throwing it for him.

"Mmm," I hummed out then looked around the room again, my eyes wandering. I saw my mother whispering to dad, a concerned look on his face as he glanced me over.

"Do you have a Nintendo?" He asked curiously. I caught my dad glancing at me. I frowned and then looked back at the boy.

"Yeah, but I don't play with it much. I haven't in years," I told him.

"My.... mom doesn't let me play with the cool laptops and phones... she only lets me play with nintendos..." He trailed off. I frowned and looked him over.

"Why not?" That's so weird....

"She says... that I don't need them to find happiness and I'm lucky to have a Nintendo because she was debating about not giving me it either. This is my only one. If I break it.... I can't have a new one." That's weird. I glanced his Nintendo over then looked towards him.

"That sucks... but why aren't you enjoying the party?" I asked him softly.

"I- am," he said quickly. "I'm playing with Max and listening to cool music."

"Well, I meant why don't you go and socialize with the others?" I asked and tilted my head. "You could play with Max afterwards...."

"A-afterwards?" He asked softly. "I would... but... I don't know.... I've never been in a crowd like this and my mom told me all I had to do was show up here." I frowned but nodded.

"Alright... I guess if you want to play with Max, you can," I told him then gave him a smile. "If you change your mind though, I'll be out there." He looked towards me and quickly grabbed my arm.

"Don't go just yet...." He trailed off. "Why do you smell like a girl?" He asked curiously. He looked up into my eyes, his eyes held the color of a tiger eye tumbled stone. It was gorgeous. I caught a few silver strands of hair fall down in his face. I blushed and looked at him with wide eyes. Whoa... He's beautiful....

"W-well, um..." I trialed off, at a loss for words then stared into his pretty eyes. HOW IS HE THAT HOT!? "B-because I'm transgender," I whispered, the words managing to leave my lips as I stared at him.

"Transgender?" He asked and tilted his head. "Does that mean you're both sexes?" I blushed then.

"I-it means that I'm biologically a girl," I whispered. "But I feel more like a guy so I tell everyone I'm male and I act like it. It helps that I'm flat chested too." He looked me over then and giggled.

"I'm Malakai Sutton," he whispered. "What's your name?"

"Nico," I told him and laughed. He's strange... but he's so cute. "That's what everyone calls me though, but I'll let you in on a little secret. My birth name is Melanie."

"I wanna call you Mel," he giggled out and looked back at his Nintendo before saving the game and closed his Nintendo. He slipped it into his hoodie pocket then. "I guess I could join the party if you're going to be there." I smiled hugely then.

"Well... I guess you can call me Mel, but I prefer Nico," I told him then grabbed his hand, pulling him up to his feet. He yelped as he got up quickly and stuck his hands up under his hoodie for a second, adjusting something under there before pulling his hands back out. I frowned and looked him over curiously.

"Why are you wearing the hoodie?" I asked him and looked him in the eyes. "Are you trying to hide something?"

"N-No.... umm... no.... maybe....." He looked at the floor. "Nu-uh... I like it because it brings me comfort." I frowned and then pulled him close.

"It's okay. I'm sorry I asked. I didn't mean to make you nervous," I told him then smiled at him, brushing his hair back into his hoodie then paused as I felt something furry under his hoodie. Is that... cat ears? I felt him tensing up as he yanked his hoodie sharply downwards and let out a cute sneeze. Oh... my... lord... HE'S SO FREAKIN' ADORABLE! I laughed and then brought my hand back from his hoodie, purring at him and held him close. "You're cute," I purred at him and giggled.

"Cute?" He asked. "You think so?" He looked up at me, his voice shaky. I nodded to him and smiled hugely.

"Yeah! Promise me you'll hang out with me tonight," I purred to him. I want to show mom and dad! They'll love him!

"Ummm.... okay. I promise...." He bit his bottom lip then. "Do you think we could hang out at the snack bar? I'm a little hungry." I nodded and then started to pull him towards it with a happy smile and looked towards my mom and dad, knowing they were watching me. I gave them an excited look and laughed. When we got to the snack bar, he went up to the chocolate fountain and put a strawberry up under it before eating it entirely. I caught my dad pulling my mom towards us. I watched them for a few seconds then reached for a strawberry too to enjoy the fountain with him. I nibbled on it and watched him with a small purr. I wonder if he's actually okay with hanging out with me like this.... He seems really shy.

"Who's your friend?" I heard mom asking me from behind.

"Malakai Sutton," I told him and glanced over my shoulder at my parents. "He's really cute~"

"Sutton? He's the prince of England, one of them anyways. Sutton is the Queen of England's last name. She's not married," I heard my dad telling my mom. "She has quite a few children though, I heard."

"Thirteen," Malakai said softly. He turned slowly around to face them and looked up at them both. Mom looked him over curiously then tensed a bit before he looked at my dad.

"He's... not a complete pureblood," he whispered quietly to my dad. I frowned then and hugged Malakai quickly. I don't care! I want to be friends with him.

"I know, I didn't ask specifically for purebloods. I said all the princes available that were gay in each royal household to come here," I heard my dad whisper. "You really going to discuss mating out of species with me?" He teased. Mom laughed then.

"No, I guess not.... After all," mom whispered, his eyes straying over towards Killian and A'slin. I frowned and looked the two of them over then looked at Malakai.

"You'll be my friend, right?" I asked him quickly. What exactly is he? I know he's got kitty ears....

"I don't have many friends.." Malakai trailed off. "But I would love to have you as my friend." I caught his scent then, the smell of pureblood vampire mixed with something demonic.... demon of course. Whoa.... I looked him in the eyes then laughed. That's cool and kinda scary at the same time.

"Mkay," I purred then kissed his forehead. "Dad, can he spend the day with me?" I asked quickly, looking over at my parents with a pleading look. I wanna see under the hood....

"Of course. I'll ask his mother right now." Dad pulled out his phone and went through the list of names in his contact list before pulling up her number and called it.

"I didn't pack for a day," Malakai told me. I purred at him.

"You can borrow some of my clothes," I told him happily then rubbed his head through the hoodie. "It'll be fine."

"Okay. Thank you," he whispered.

"Hi! I just wanted to let you know, our kids are hitting it off well! So well, Nico was wanting to know if Malakai could stay a day.... Yes, Malakai.... I don't mind... Alright, I'll let them know. Have a nice night!" He hung up and looked at us. "Your mother said you could stay for the day. The maid that came with you and your siblings brought a bag of your things here anyways for the trip home and extra just incase it was needed. Your siblings are going home with the servant but you'll be staying with your things. Your servant is being informed now of the situation." I widened my eyes then glanced around the room. He has more siblings here? I didn't notice any others like him. I looked Malakai over then purred. Oh well, I have a cute kitty right here~ I giggled and held him close then grabbed a strawberry and got it coated in chocolate before I fed it to him. He gave a huge smile and a little purr as he ate it. He swallowed before reaching out for another strawberry. I laughed and beat him to it, feeding him another chocolate covered strawberry. This is so cute~ We're going to be the best of friends. He purred and I could tell his ears were twitching under his hoodie. He licked his lips and got chocolate off of them. I laughed and then kissed his cheek then got him another strawberry and offered it to him.

"That's so sweet," my mom mumbled to dad. "Maybe we should go ahead and seal the deal on those two.... I'm sure the queen would be pleased." He ate the strawberry quickly and looked around the snack table curiously before grabbing a marshmallow.

"What's this cloud thing?" He asked me curiously.

"Awww....." Rei purred and nodded. "I think this is official... I want him as my son in law." I blushed as I heard my parents then grabbed a marshmallow too.

"It's a marshmallow," I purred to him then put it in my mouth to show him as I chewed it up then swallowed it. He slowly ate it and lit up before grabbing one and put it under the chocolate fountain and ate it.

"I'll talk to her right now... You can get this party to a close." My father walked off then. Mom nodded then walked off to the middle and started to tell everyone that the party was coming to a close and thanks for coming out and yadda, yadda, yadda. I frowned and looked around as the guys started to leave and held onto Malakai. So... does this mean I'm marrying Malakai? Does he know? I blushed and looked at him then smiled. He's cute~! I can't wait to get to know him more. I laughed and kissed the top of his head with a purr. He looked around and watched people starting to leave, giving a curious look before he turned back to the snack bar and grabbed a grape, putting it in his mouth and ate it. I laughed. He must be really hungry.

"Would you like it if I got a servant to make you some dinner? You could eat an actual meal," I suggested and glanced his hoodie over curiously.

"Yeah, I'm hungry. Could I have a bowl of shrimp pasta?" He asked quickly. "I loveeee shrimp." I giggled and then nodded, pulling him over to a servant that was cleaning up.

"Can we get a bowl of shrimp pasta for my friend?" I asked sweetly. He looked us over and nodded.

"Right away," he told us and smiled before he left us. I looked towards Malakai and blushed then.

"I think my mom and dad want us to be engaged," I whispered to him, seeing my mom looking positively overjoyed as he went towards dad.

"Engaged means married right?" Malakai asked me. He looked up into my eyes and blushed. I nodded.

"Yeah, this was a party for me to find someone to get married to," I whispered to him and blushed. "I think mom and dad want you to marry me." He widened his eyes then.

"Wait a minute.... You're the host!" He pointed at me as he realized it. He blushed and gave a smile. "Okay, as long as you're my friend." I laughed.

"Of course we're going to be friends," I told him and hugged him then smiled. "Since how mom and dad are going to talk to your mom... want to dance with me?" I asked him softly. I only got one dance in tonight.... He nodded quickly.

"Sure! I know how to dance." He pulled me towards the dance floor quickly, getting in the middle before placing one hand on my hip and the other with my hand, dancing with me in a circle. I purred as I danced with him, letting him lead me. He's so cute! I love his eyes.... He lead me in the dance, spinning me out once and back to him. I gasped and then giggled, melting a little in excitement. He dances so well too! A lot better than the Australian guy from earlier. I smiled then kissed his forehead quickly. We're going to be the best of friends! I caught his ears flicking again under his hoodie. He let out another sneeze, making sure to aim it away from us. I laughed then and stopped dancing with him.

"Can I see them? I promise I won't make fun of them," I asked sweetly, wanting to see what his kitty ears looked like. Is he a complete Neko vampire? That'd be so cute! He looked around nervously and shook his head.

"Not here," he mumbled. "There's too many witnesses." I nodded and smiled sweetly.

"Okay," I purred to him. "I don't want to make you nervous." He reached up to his ears and scratched them, tugging on them a bit before he tugged the hoodie downwards and gave another cute sneeze.

"Demons," he said quickly as he sneezed. "They're after me." I giggled then.

"Aren't you part demon though? My parents said you were," I whispered to him. He smells a little like it too. I smiled at him sweetly and rubbed his cheek.

"Umm.... yeah... but my mommy told me every time I sneeze there is a demon lurking by." He giggled. "It's one of her little sayings she came up with." He looked up at me sweetly. "My mom is a vampire and she said my dad is a demon but I never met him..." He trailed off. "Most of my siblings don't have the same fathers... including me. My mom doesn't.... really.... have long relationships." He cringed at the thought of saying it. I heard Alslin walking up with Killian.

"Hey Nico.... This party sure did end fast... Does that mean you found the one? Is this him?" A'slin asked and looked Malakai over. Before he smiled. "You're pretty cool. I saw you with your nintendo earlier and you're a fine dancer with my little brother."

"T-thanks?" Malakai asked as he looked towards A'slin.

"My name is A'slin and this is Killian."

"I'm.... Malakai," he mumbled sweetly and stuffed his hands into his hoodie's pocket quickly. He looked at me with a begging look. "Could I have a warm glass of milk... while I wait for my shrimp pasta?" I heard my parents coming back over to us then.

"You know, his outfit reminds me of the way Calix dresses...." I heard my dad telling my mom. "Do all demons wear silletos and leather? Maybe we need to get us some- maybe just you.... I rather enjoy my kimonos." Almost all of the guests had left then, being shown the way out by the servants. Mom laughed and shook his head then looked Malakai over.

"We will have to start having him over very often," he murmured thoughtfully to my dad. I blushed and looked at them then at him.

"Yeah, you can have a glass of warm milk," I told him sweetly then went off to go ask a servant.

"So A'slin, what do you think of your future brother in law? Think he's perfect for your brother?" Mom purred in amusement as I came back after telling a servant.

"Mom," I whined, feeling embarrassed. He laughed at me and ruffled my hair.

"What? I can't ask your older brother if he likes who his younger brother is marrying? Besides, who could say no to such a cute boy." I blushed then and looked towards Malakai. Mom.... "He really does remind me of Calix in those pants and boots. I wonder if they know each other."

"I find him charming. He's a great dancer and he likes nintendos as well as shrimp and strawberries.... If Nico likes him and he likes Nico then I don't see why not. He seems really shy though and I hope we can get him to open up to us... since we will be his family soon."

"I-I don't know a Calix. Who is Calix?" Malakai asked curiously.

"A friend of ours. He's a demon, pure demon. He's a contract demon I'm sure of. He makes contracts with souls and later on when the contract is fulfilled... He does what he wants usually with the soul. I imagine he eats them when he's ready. Sometimes he rips up the contract. He's a lot nicer than you'd imagine for a pure demon." Rei explained to Malakai. "I'm sure you will meet him eventually.... actually how about now? Darling, give him a call. We'll introduce him to Malakai. He'll get a kick out of meeting a dress-a-like."

"Mom," A'slin whispered. "What if he scares Malakai? I mean... Malakai hasn't even took off his hoodie since he stepped into the room, poor guy." He reached over and rubbed Malakai on the head but paused as his hand rubbed over one of Malakai's ears. I watched as Malakai quickly pulled his hoodie down against his face and gave a cute sneeze once again. "M-Mom." A'slin took his hand away. "Dad, Nico," he pointed to the top of Malakai's head. "He's got ears- like- c.a.t. ears."

"Really?" My father asked curiously. "Malakai let us see." Malakai shook his head quickly. "It's okay. Silas has a cat tail, here see?" Rei reached under my father's shirt and pulled out the tail. Malakai's head looked up as he lifted the hood a little to look. He let his hood go and blushed. He looked our curious faces over before he pulled out his Nintendo and put it in his leather pant's pocket. He reached over his back and pulled off his hoodie for us then. His ears stood up sharply as the hood came off them. He rolled the hood up into a ball and held it against his chest. He was a full Neko demon vampire. Expect he didn't have all silver hair like I dreamt.

His cat ears were two colors. Black as midnight and silver. He had little tiny silver fur like hairs on one ear while the other had black fur. But both ears had a pink inside. There was a few hairs sticking up in front of his cat ears just like a cat does. His silver hair most was his bangs while the rest of his hair was like his black ear. His hair was cut pixie styled and shaped around the ears. His hair dresser must have a hard time working around his ears. He had his tail wrapped around his body almost until it came out of the hood and fell down to linger behind him. It was as silver and black as his hair and very fury like a cat. The tail had black fur with silver tips until it reached the end where it was silver completely. With the hood off his eyes really shinned like the tiger eye tumbling stone. Every time they moved it's color flickered. His pants were designed to where a hole was made in the back for his tail. Back to his silver ear, he had a few hoop gold ear rings piercing it. Three to be exact. His eyes were more cat like to me now as I saw him like this. It's like when a girl wears that cat makeup... but his seemed natural.

Malakai had on a white button up dress shirt that had a red ribbon tied into a bow at the collar around his neck. Little bells hung off of it. He even had a pocket on his shirt that held a few DS games inside, I could tell by the shape. His shirt hung loosely instead of being tucked.

"Oh.... my..... cat." I heard A'slin mumbling. Just like me, the others were awing. His scent caught me then, a more stronger scent of demon and vampire. Yet there was new lingering scents.... like a cat's scent of earth tones. I could even catch his bath smells of pomegranate.

"I think.... He smells.... a little like Calix," Rei whispered to my mom. "Don't you think dear?"

"Here's your warm milk," I heard a sweet maid's voice say. She slipped past us and held it out to Malakai. He took it and gave her a thankful look before sipping on it. She kind of just stood there awing him too until she snapped out of it and forced herself to walk away. I laughed and watched him drinking his milk with a huge smile. He's so adorable!

"He... does," Mom whispered and looked him over. "Do you think.... No, he's with Emi- Well, at the time... he would have been without Emile for Malakai to be this age," he whispered then looked towards dad. What the heck are they talking about? I frowned and hugged Malakai instinctively, pulling him back into my chest and watched my parents and A'slin. Malakai sipped on his milk and let out a soft purr.

"You better call Calix," Rei mumbled as he watched us. Mom nodded then pulled out his phone, dialing a number as he tapped his foot.

"Oh, there you are~ I need you to come here please. There's someone here I want you to meet," mom purred into the phone. "You wouldn't make me and everyone else wait, would you?"

"No, I guess not," Calix purred, appearing out of the shadows behind my mom then smirked at him, hanging up on his phone. My dad stepped aside pulling my mom with him.

"Calix, you've got some explaining to do." My dad smirked as he looked straight at Malakai. Calix followed his train of sight then looked at Malakai with a slight frown, looking him over.

"So what? It's another demon," he hummed out and shrugged. "I don't know why you would call me out here for this- Wait...." Calix narrowed his eyes slightly as he took a breath then looked Malakai over again before his eyes widened. "Shit."

"Isn't he adorable?" Rei asked. Mom laughed then and looked amused.

"Where's his mother?" Calix hissed slightly, not looking happy to be tricked into coming here.

"Not here. We've asked her to come by tomorrow. We're hoping to marry him to Nico, our son." Rei purred. Calix wrinkled his nose up and looked my parents over.

"So... we're future in laws?" In laws? What's that mean?

"I don't know.... Do you claim him?" Rei asked. "Because that's going to be a huge issue in how I answer your question."

"What're they talking about?" Malakai asked me softly. Calix looked Malakai over then frowned.

"I don't know.... He is my son, but I have Emile," he whispered and glanced at Malakai's tail and his ears then. "I forgot how his ears looked. I only saw him once right after he was born... from the shadows."

"So you did know you had a son?" Rei asked curiously. "He doesn't know anything about his father except he's a demon." Calix frowned.

"I had contracts to take care of.... Besides, it's not like I have twenty kids running around. He's the only one I've had, and that was from meeting the vampire queen of England at a ball... and being entranced by her."

"She is a succubus," Rei grumbled. "She knows how to get what she wants, that's for sure." Calix nodded.

"Oh yes she does...." He looked Malakai over then and frowned. "I forgot to mention to Emile that I had a kid floating around in the world somewhere. He might get pissed."

"He'll be understanding, don't worry. Silas understand." My dad kissed the top of my mom's head.

"Is he my dad?" Malakai asked me softly. I frowned and nodded.

"I think so," I whispered to Malakai and held him against me. "It's sounds like he is...." Poor Malakai... his dad is Calix. I'd hate for my father to be Calix. He held onto my shirt then and finished his glass of milk quickly. Calix looked Malakai over again before he sighed and started to approach. I frowned and quickly kissed the top of Malakai's head, glaring at Calix. He better not try to take him from me! His ears are too cute! Malakai's eyes widened and he tensed up, handing me the glass and got behind me. Calix paused and looked my future fiancé over then laughed.

"What? Are you afraid of me, little kitty?" He teased.

"He's really shy," A'slin said quickly. "We're lucky we got him out of his hoodie." I felt Malakai hiding his face against my back. I laughed happily and purred to him. He's so cute~!

"Well, he grew up without a demon to raise him," Calix muttered. "I'll have to tell Emile about him." He looked us over then disappeared before he returned, holding Emile bridal style in his arms. He was purring and looking at Emile lovingly as he held him close. "Emile, I want you to meet someone. I hope you'll like him."

"What? I was busy Calix. I've still got an airplane to take down today." He pinched Calix's cheek then. "Put me down you little demon." Calix growled slightly at the pinch then kissed Emile's hand before he kissed Emile's lips and sat him down, turning him to face us.

"This is more important than a plane full of people to kill. Trust me," he purred in Emile's ear. "I'd like you to meet a little kitty that was made before I met you."

"What?" Emile asked in confusion as he looked around before staring me down and tilted his head. "That's Nico."

"Behind him," Calix purred. I frowned and turned around to face Malakai and hugged him to hide him. He's not a museum.... They can't just keep looking at him like that!

"Who's behind him, Calix?" Emile asked.

"I told you," Calix whispered. "A kitty...."

"Nico, let Emile see," my mom purred at us. "He's Calix's lover." I frowned and gave a slight whine but did as I was told, turning us around so Emile could see him.

"He's the only child I've had," Calix whispered to Emile.

"D- w-" Emile tilted his head and looked very confused. "You had- have a kid?" Emile asked. Malakai buried his face against my chest quickly and his ears lowered quickly. I kissed the top of his head comfortingly.

"Yes, but I haven't seen him since he was born," Calix whispered. "The vampire queen of England managed to catch my attention and got a kid from me, and that's him. She's had many lovers though and she has plenty of children. It's not like I was the first or the last in her bed. I thought I would show you him and let you meet him since how I just met him too."

"W-well...." Emile trailed off and sighed. "You're not a virgin that's for sure," he mumbled and looked towards Calix. "You're just a little dirty demon aren't you? How many other people have you slept with?" He grabbed Calix's collar. "You're so in trouble," he purred and leaned in, giving him a kiss. "You should have been there for him, look at the poor guy." He slapped Calix's chest. "He can't even face you."

"I was busy with contracts... and then I got with you," Calix told him and frowned. "Besides, I haven't slept with anyone else since you. That matters most about my love life." He looked towards Malakai then and frowned. "I'll get to know him a little better though... since how I'm not so busy anymore... and his mother is not here right now."

"Okay. Well... You haven't slept with anyone since me.... and you're wanting to know him.... so I guess... You're off the hook for now." Emile sighed. "For now." He pointed a finger at Calix. Calix purred then kissed him quickly.

"You should get to know him too~" Calix whispered to Emile and wrapped him up in his arms.

"I guess.... I am his step father huh?" Emile asked and purred. "I'll get to know him."

"Besides, the ears are kind of cute. He's not a sexy demon like his daddy, but he's cute," Calix told him and laughed. "Now we just have to detach him from Nico. Apparently Rei and Silas want the two to marry."

"Awww," Emile purred. "That's cute... We're going to be in laws with Silas and Rei." I looked the two of them over then started to rub one of Malakai's ears. They're not taking him from me! Calix will defile his sweet innocence! Malakai let out another small sneeze and squeezed his eyes shut tightly. He fiddled with the hoodie in his hand before looking over his shoulder at Calix and Emile. I put my arms around his hips then, keeping him close.

"Yeah... he's definitely one of the more childish demons," Calix hummed out. "He may wear clothes like his daddy, but he isn't like his daddy." Malakai twitched his ear then.

"Childish?" Malakai asked. "I'm not childish..."

"Well, you're not sexy like me either," Calix purred at Malakai. "You're more cute than sexy."

"Why would I want to be sexy?" Malakai asked. "That's another name for slutty."

"Is not," Calix hissed then. "It just means very desirable." I frowned.

"Don't listen to him. You're awesome," I told Malakai then purred to him. "Besides, I'd much rather marry you than someone like Calix~ Wait, you do want to marry me right?" I asked quickly. What if he doesn't want to? Well, I guess that'd be okay. We'd be friends still. "We'd still be friends if you said no..."

"I already said I didn't mind," Malakai reminded me. "As long as we can be friends." He rubbed his head against my chest then. Oh... my... lord. He's mine. I giggled in delight then kissed the top of his head again. I can't believe I'm going to marry this cute little ball of fluff! Mom laughed at the two of us and watched. Malakai purred softly before leaving me quickly as the butler started to walk up with his shrimp pasta. He went straight up to the butler and started to follow him to a table that was being set up. I giggled as I watched him and smiled. He's like a kitty... following food like that. I purred then ran up to my dad, tackling him into a hug.

"He's so cute~!" I laughed and buried my face into my dad's chest. Malakai sat down at the table quickly, eagerly waiting for the butler to sit down his pasta. When he did and received his fork he quickly started to eat but backed up when his tongue got burnt. I giggled and purred, nuzzling my head against my dad. "Thanks dad," I whispered. "For saying I could keep him."

"Of course~ Make sure to thank his mother tomorrow," Rei reminded me. I nodded quickly then gave him a kiss before I ran off after Malakai and sat with him, purring as I watched him eat. I can't believe he's going to be my husband~ I'll have to get to know him very well and treat him right. He pulled his DS out and sat it down on the table so he wouldn't be sitting on it any longer. He looked towards me and smiled as he placed his hoodie by it. I smiled and then playfully stole a shrimp and ate it.

"Do you like it?" I asked him sweetly after swallowing the shrimp. He frowned as he watched me before eating his first bite finally and brought the bowl closer to him. I purred to him and watched him eating before I got up and went after a glass of blood as the maids were cleaning them up. I came back with it and started to drink it as I sat with him.

"So... he's marrying a kitty?" Killian finally asked, staring at us.

"Uh-huh." A'slin whispered.

"Be nice," Rei warned. "He's not just a kitty." Malakai purred as he scarfed down his shrimp pasta.

"He's the cutest boy ever," Emile whispered to Calix.

"He's definitely cuter than the other cat demons," Calix mumbled. I giggled and glanced at them before I looked back at my fiancé.

"Wanna go lay in a bed and cuddle after you finish eating? I'm sure you'd like the rest," I suggested and smiled sweetly.

"My.... mom said that I shouldn't sleep with other people until I'm married," Malakai told me softly. "So I can't." I frowned then. What? I can't cuddle with him? I pouted then.

"Really? It would've been like a slumber party," I told him and sighed. That sucks.... I wanted to keep him near me....

"Y-yeah.... I'm sorry Nico but If I got caught with someone in the bed with me... I don't want to think about what my mom would do to me." He blushed and continued eating his shrimp pasta. "But.... we can hang out in your night room on a couch and cuddle." I smiled then and purred.

"Mkay," I purred sweetly then got quiet, watching him eat. I'm getting married to him.... One day we'll be like my mom and dad.... That's kinda hard to imagine, but I can't wait! He's so cute! He started to eat the shrimp, getting around the rest in the bowl. I giggled and then looked towards my dad.

"Dad, when do I get to marry him?" I asked him quickly.

"In two years," my dad told me. "When you turn eighteen and when he's eighteen." Oh... two years? I frowned then. That's a long time from now....

"Dad, how long does two years feel if you're waiting to get married?" I asked and looked at him curiously.

"When you're busy with one wedding going before yours and then a year of planning for yours, it'll go by quickly," he promised me. "Until then, have some fun." I looked towards Killian then at my dad before I nodded.

"Okay dad," I whispered then looked back towards my fiancé. "What kind of movies do you like? What about books? Do you like anime? WAIT. Do you like Twilight?"

"Umm...." Malakai started to blush then. "Well.... I like... ummmm.... I like Johnny Depp. He's a great actor and anything with him in it is fantastic. I don't really... read books. I don't know what anime is- and what's Twilight?" He asked curiously.

"I'll show you," I promised him quickly. I get to teach him myself! Great!

"O-okay," he whispered he glanced over at our family watching us and froze up. "Why're they staring at us?" He asked softly. I glanced at them then at him.

"Well... Japan created anime... and I think you make A'slin nervous," I whispered to him then giggled. "Besides, some artists here draw people with cat ears and tails. We call them Nekos."

"Nekos!" He giggled. "I want to see them." He got excited then. "Can I see them?" I nodded and then pulled out my phone, searching Neko online then showed him my phone as images started to appear.

"See? My people draw them~" He looked my phone over and giggled as he looked at the Nekos I was showing him.

"They're so cute," he whispered. I smiled sweetly at him.

"Mhmm, I think they're cute too~ There are headbands too that people can wear to look like a Neko. The ears are fake though... so I haven't met a real Neko until you," I told him and laughed. He gave my phone back quickly and finished off his bowl of shrimp pasta. I frowned then and looked at my phone then put it up before I looked at him. Is it just that he wanted food... or is it that I made him nervous? I sat back in my seat and finished off my blood in my glass and sat it down. He licked his lips and watched as the butler took the bowl away. He got up slowly and grabbed his things off the table.

"So Malakai is staying with us for a few days- by the way his name is Malakai," Rei told Calix. Calix nodded and then walked up to Malakai with a purr.

"That's a decent name," Calix said and smirked.

"I thought it was one day," A'slin mumbled.

"I'm sure his mother will let him stay a bit longer. She is coming over tomorrow anyways." My dad told him. Malakai watched Calix and tensed up, widening his eyes a bit. Calix walked up and smirked before he reached out and touched Malakai's ears then pulled him to him.

"Hey kiddo," he purred at him. "We're going to have lots of fun. I'll teach you how to be a demon." Malakai sneezed quickly and lowered his ears before letting out a small whine. Calix chuckled then looked at me. "You'll have to do without him for a bit.... He needs to learn about his demon heritage." I widened my eyes then.

"You can't take-"

"Emile~ Let's go," Calix purred, starting to lead Malakai towards Emile. "Let's get to know my son~"

"Nico," Malakai whined and tried to yank away from Calix. Fear was growing on his face. "Help me!" I hissed and went after him quickly.

"GIMME BACK MY FIANCE!" I yelled and ran after them. Calix laughed and grabbed Emile, giving him a kiss then disappeared. I froze and felt my crystal pulse in shock. He's... gone.... My cute kitty fiancé is gone.... I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SHOW HIM TWILIGHT! I fell to my knees then and stared at where they had been. What if he doesn't come back? What if he's different when he comes back?
