129 Kitty Kidnappers

Calix's POV:

I busted into Malakai's room as the sun went down and purred. "Up and at them kiddo's," I purred to them. "I've ordered you both some food from room service." Malakai whined and squirmed out of Nico's grip, going for the edge of the bed. I looked at him and smirked.

"Are you ready? Today we're going to go see the Leaning Tower of Pisa," I told him and walked up, rubbing his head.

"That's in Italy," he whispered before heading straight for the bathroom.

"Uh huh, I know," I purred at him, watching him. "We're going to be in Italy later tonight and we'll stay there for a night and eat Italian." I looked towards Nico who was still asleep and smirked, walking up and gently shaking him. He groaned and flipped over in bed, putting his face into the pillow and yanked the covers over him.

"I'm asleep," he mumbled to me. "Go away." Emile stepped into the room then and looked around curiously before looking at me.

"Calix, come take a hot bath with me.... it's the city of love." I looked at Emile then and purred quickly before I walked up and kissed him.

"Alright, the kids are somewhat up and food is coming for them. I don't see why not," I told him and smiled at him lovingly. He winked at me before walking back out the door. I followed him and purred, shutting the door behind me and walked into our hotel room, closing and locking the door. "Have you drawn the bath yet, or are you about to?" I asked and smirked.

"I already have," he purred and took off his shirt. He started for the bathroom. I looked him over then followed him slowly, shutting the door to the bathroom behind me and looked towards the huge bathtub with a laugh. He slipped off his pants and stepped into the tub, lowering his body down in it. I purred at him and walked up to the tub, leaning in and kissing his head then pulled my shirt off and paused at my pants before I smirked at him and moved a little slower with stripping. He watched me and smirked. "The water is getting cold," he warned and leaned up for a kiss. I teased him and kissed his cheek instead as I pushed my pants down and took my shoes and socks off along with my boxers and got into the tub. He smirked and crawled over to me, getting in my lap and started to kiss my cheek. I laughed and wrapped my arms around his neck then kissed it. He purred and kissed my neck, reaching for the soap behind me. I watched him with a small smirk then stole it from him, using the shampoo on his hair and started to rub it in for him. He purred and leaned his body against mine, his fingers started to run down my body before heading for my manhood. I gasped and then purred at him, tugging lightly on his hair to mess with him then cupped some of the water in my hand and dumped it on his head to start to rinse his hair out. He smirked and started to sink his head down in the water.

Nico's POV:

I heard Malakai come out of the bathroom then as someone knocked on the door. He paused and looked towards the door curiously. I looked his way tiredly and then frowned, burying my face into the pillow.

"Malie, make them go away," I mumbled and hugged the pillow.

"Room service," I heard a girl say at the door.

"I can't... I'm not allowed to open the door... well... I shouldn't open it unless it's my dad." I frowned.

"But it's room service," I whined and got to my feet, stumbling over. I walked up to the door and unlocked it then, pulling it open. There was a lady in a pink outfit, with a food cart she was ready to push in. She gave me a huge smile then as she forced her way in, as she slipped past me, a guy rounded the corner of the doorway with a gun and held it up in my face as two more came in. One of them had a duffle bag big enough for a body. I widened my eyes and looked towards Malakai worriedly then went for him protectively. "Malie," I said quickly, my crystal pulsing in fear. Who the hell are they?!

"Ah- ah, ah.... we weren't expecting you..." I heard the guy say in amusement. I felt pain strike me then in my chest before the sound of a gun went off.

"Nico!" Malakai said quickly and widened his eyes. Fear was written all over his face.

"Be a good kitty, and get in our bag..." The man said and started for Malakai. I groaned and fell to my knees and started to cry out in pain.

"My... mom is going to kill you all," I whimpered out, looking at my chest in fear and gripped it then looked up at Malakai in fear. "RUN! MALIE! RUN!" Malakai started to cry as he ran for the bathroom but tripped as one of them shot him in the ankle. He hid the ground with a hard thud and let out a cry of pain.

"Whose your mom?" The guy asked me as I heard the guy with the duffle bag starting for Malakai. I exposed my fangs at him then and hissed.

"Silas Rosario! He's going to rip your heart out of your chest!" I snarled at him as my crystal pulsed in fear. "DON'T TOUCH HIM!"

"Oh? Silas? Let's take the brat too-"

"What? Are you serious? He's shot in the chest. Leave him." Malakai hissed at the duffle bag guy as he sat down next to him and unzipped the bag. "We're only here for the kitty, remember?" Malakai yelped out in pain as the duffle bag guy yanked him by the shot ankle to pull him closer and started to force him into the bag.

"Huh, you're only here for the kitty?" I heard Calix purr from the shadows. I relaxed instantly and clung to my chest, looking for Calix and spotted him standing behind the man who had suggested they take me. Why's he soaking wet and only in underwear? I sniffled and watched him. "You're not getting the kitty," Calix hissed suddenly and ripped through the man's chest with his hand, yanking his heart out then threw it at the man with the duffle bag, his eyes starting to glow red. The duffle bag guy's eyes widened before he was quick to zip Malakai into the bag and got up with him. The second person with the kidnappers shot at Calix then as the duffel bag guy took off for the door. Calix disappeared suddenly and I heard the duffel bag guy scream out in the hall before it went silent and the smell of blood was everywhere. I whimpered and fell down into the floor, looking towards my chest. At least Malakai's safe.... Who the hell are these guys? I started to tug on my shirt, slowly pulling it up but screamed as it pulled on my wound, my eyes becoming blurry with tears. I heard a few more gunshots out in the hall like there was others standing around out there to keep watch. The person in here went out there quickly. I looked towards the door and whimpered as I heard the sounds of fighting and people screaming. It didn't take long for it all to go silent, and I heard Calix walking back into the room. He slammed the door shut and locked it then looked towards the girl with the cart, his eyes narrowing.

"Who are you?" He hissed at her, setting the duffle bag down. The lady with the cart was wide eyed, paralyzed with fear.

"I just work here, I swear!" She said quickly. "I won't tell anyone what I saw!"

"Who were they then?" He asked, walking up to her then grabbed her, pulling her to him. "I can see into your soul. If you know anything and try to withhold it from me...." He growled at her and I saw his nails sharpen as he glared at her threateningly. She shrieked and closed her eyes tightly.

"I don't know who they are! I told you, I just work here. They came out of nowhere and held a gun up at me.... I brought you room service." He watched her then let her go.

"You're not to say a word about this to anyone," he told her firmly. "Don't go telling everyone the existence of the supernatural... of demons in shadows... of men with guns coming to kidnap little children... or else you will find me at your door... and I'll throw you to the vampires."

"I- I SWEAR! I won't speak a word of this to anyone!" She said quickly and started out the room as quick as she could, saying a few French words under her breath like she was talking to herself. He watched her go then looked at me and glanced my chest over before he walked up to the duffle bag and carried it over to the bed, unzipping it to check on Malakai. I watched worriedly, trying to ignore the pain in my chest as he pulled Malakai out of it gently and looked over his ankle. He started to dig the bullet out and held down Malakai's leg. Malakai screamed out in pain and trembled but let his father dig it out. Emile rushed into the room and looked around, letting out a sigh of relief. He was in a robe but was soaking wet as well. He walked up to me and started to examine my chest.

"Are you okay?" He asked me. I whimpered and shook my head no.

"It really hurts," I told him quickly. "Is Malakai going to be okay?"

"Yeah, he'll be fine. Let me see if the bullet went through," he suggested and moved me to sit up so he could check as he tore my shirt off. "Okay.... I'm going to have to dig it out. Want this to bite down on?" He asked and handed me the shirt. Malakai let out another painful scream. I looked at the shirt then at Malakai with a small whimper and bit down into the shirt quickly, wanting the bullet out. Calix pulled out Malakai's bullet and tossed it to the side then grabbed the bed sheet and started to wrap it around Malakai's ankle, pressing it against it to stop the bleeding. Malakai let out a whimper and hid his face against the bed, starting to cry.

"Okay, deep breaths, you'll be healed soon." Emile gave me a promising look before he started for my wound and dug around in it for the bullet. I shrieked and bit down into the shirt quickly, going to rip away from him in pain but Calix was by us in seconds, holding me down. Emile's hand came out quickly with the bullet and he tossed it to the side, giving me a kind smile. "Take it easy," he told me. "Calix, where are those blood bottles you got for them?" he asked.

"In the cooler," he said and got up, going over to it and started to pull them out. He walked up and handed Emile two of them then went over to Malakai, cracking one up. "Alright cutie, I've got a bottle with your name on it. I need you to drink this," he purred at him, turning him over and making him sit up. "This will help you heal." Malakai sniffled and wrapped his arms around Calix's neck, burying his face against his chest and whimpered. Emile opened a bottle and held it out to me.

"Here, get this down. I should call your parents," he said calmly. "Want to talk to them?" I nodded quickly a tear slipping down my cheek as I started to drink the bottle quickly. Calix started to bottle feed Malakai the blood, forcing him to drink it as he sat down on the bed with him and held him in his arms, rocking them. Emile smiled sweetly.

"My phone is in the other room," he whispered calmly. Malakai let out a small moan at the taste of his blood. "What happened here?"

"W-well... room service knocked on the door... and then I opened it because Malie said he wasn't supposed to and they barged in and shot me then shot Malie in the ankle... and then they tried to put him in a duffle bag. They said that they were here for him... and they seemed to know who my mom was," I whispered to him, trying to be helpful. "Who were they?"

"Probably part of the resistance," Emile said calmly. "They're the worst part of vampires. Remember your mother is trying to stop them?" He asked me. "That's why they know Silas. That still doesn't explain how they knew Malakai was here or why they wanted him.... I guess because he's a neko? But how'd they know?" I shook my head and dropped the bottle as I finished it off then hugged him quickly.

"Are they all dead?" I asked him and hid my face against him.

"Yeah," Emile said quickly. "It's a bloody hallway." I heard Malakai finish his bottle and knock it out of Calix's hands. He rested his head against his father's wet chest.

"There we go," he whispered, rubbing Malakai's head comfortingly. "Feel better?"

"No... my ankle still hurts," Malakai whispered. "I didn't want to open the door," he whimpered out.

"I know.... It's going to be okay. I'm going to take us all somewhere safe," he promised. "I'm going to call your mother. She deserves to know what happened...." He sighed and looked Malakai over. "I can't believe you got shot on your first nights with me...."

"This is why my mom has so many rules for me," Malakai said softly. "Because people like them want to kidnap me and take me away," he mumbled. "Do you still think my mom is bad?" Calix paused and looked at him.

"Did she tell you that?" He hummed out.

"Yeah," Malakai whispered. "She told me that when I was little someone tried to steal me from my crib..." He trailed off. Calix tensed and looked him over before he quickly kissed the top of his head.

"Well no one is going to steal you again," he promised quickly then rubbed Malakai's back. "Your mother... gets another chance for my respect, but no more than a chance." Malakai purred and rubbed his head against Calix's chest.

"Thank you for rescuing me," he said softly. Calix's eyes widened as he watched Malakai, and I saw him melt a little in happiness before he started to kiss his head.

"Of course I would. I'm your father," Calix told him sweetly. "I'll always protect you." Malakai purred and pulled back, looking towards me.

"Are you okay?" He asked softly. I looked towards him longingly and gave a small nod.

"I'm better," I told him and rubbed my chest. I looked towards Emile and tightened my hug on him. "Can we go back to Japan? It's safe there," I told him and whimpered. My mom and dad are there too....

"Ask Calix that," Emile said calmly.

"I... guess," Calix murmured. "I need to tell Rei about this, and it might do the two of you good to sleep in a familiar place after what happened." He shifted on the bed and sighed, looking towards Emile. "We can come back later- just the two of us."

"Okay," Emile said and smiled. "You still have to call his mother."

"Yeeaaaaaaah," Calix said and shivered. "That's going to be awful." He pulled out his phone then, dialing her number. "Hey there, just wanted to let you know that everyone is okay. We had an incident, and I handled it. Malakai is still here with me, safe and sound," he purred as she answered. "We're headed to Japan if you'd like to see him for a bit before I take him to show him the Leaning Tower of Pisa." Malakai reached out for the phone and stole it quickly.

"Hi mommy," he purred into the phone. "Yeah... I'm fine... France... There was a few guys trying to kidnap me... my ankle.... yeah but I'm okay now thanks to my dad... okay-" he looked towards Calix. "Mom says she's thankful for you helping me." He purred into the phone then. "I love you too mom." He giggled. "We're going back to Japan so Nico can see his parents.... yeah but we're not doing anything... okay..." He lowered his ears. Calix frowned then.

"What is it?" He asked him and rubbed Malakai's back. "She's not talking about taking you again, is she?" He asked and growled.

"She's reminding me about sleeping arrangements," he mumbled to his dad before he purred into the phone. "Ok. Bye Mom." He hung up then. "She's going to see me when we go back to Japan." He nodded then and rubbed Malakai's cheek.

"I don't see the harm in you sleeping with Nico. I won't punish you for sleeping in bed with him, and I won't tell your mother you are either," he told him and smirked. "After all, you're coming with me and Nico again after we stay in Japan for a few nights for Nico to see his parents." He stood up with Malakai then and disappeared with him before he reappeared, getting the bags and then walked over to us, grabbing us. We were suddenly standing in my bedroom with Malakai on my bed. "There we go. I'm going to go speak to your father," he told me and walked past me to the door. I frowned and ran after him quickly.

"I want to see my dad," I told him and looked at him.

"Alright," he purred then looked at Malakai. "Coming you two?" He purred to Emile and Malakai. Malakai got out of the bed and pressed a little weight onto his foot before walking awkwardly towards us before it evened out. Emile grabbed Calix's hand and purred. Calix gave it a squeeze and led us to the elevator, pressing a button when we got inside. I watched as the floors dinged and then got out quickly as it opened.

"DAD!" I screamed loudly. "DADDY!"

"You two aren't dressed," Malakai mumbled then as he watched his dad and Emile.

"In the kitchen!" I heard my dad yell. I ran after the sound then, running into the kitchen and tackled him into a hug.

"Daddy, I was shot!" I cried out and buried my face into him.

"What happened? Why were you shot?" My dad asked as he pulled out his phone and called my mom.

"Some people tried to kidnap Malakai," I whispered and looked up at him quickly. "Calix killed them all though... and they knew mom's name. One of them thought about taking me after they learned who my mom was."

"Silas, our baby boy Nico got shot, we're in the kitchen talking about it." My dad said as he looked down at me and looked me over.

"SHOT?!" I heard my mother ask in surprise and rage. "I'll hurry home after we get Milo," he hissed. I whimpered and looked up at my dad.

"Emile took the bullet out of my chest," I told him as Calix and Emile and Malakai finally walked in. "It doesn't hurt anymore...."

"Ok," my dad said calmly and kissed the top of my head. "Our son is ok. He's just traumatized from the experience."

"Okay," my mom said more calmly. "I'll be home soon.... Give the boys some ice cream to eat. It'll be soothing for them." I hugged my dad and hid my face back into his chest, purring softly. "I've got to go. We're almost at Inari's shrine," he purred sweetly. "Tell Nico I love him." He hung up as I kissed my dad's cheek. My dad put his phone up and looked at me.

"You want some ice cream?" He asked and looked towards Malakai. "Do you like ice cream as well?"

"Umm... yeah.... but I like brownies and chocolate ice cream together," Malakai said softly. He looked towards his dad then with a hopeful look. Calix purred then and shrugged.

"I don't see why not." He snapped his fingers and made two bowls of brownies and chocolate ice cream appear, handing one to Malakai with a spoon then looked at me. I looked towards it then at him before I shyly walked up then took it from him.

"D-dad, is it okay to eat this?" I asked my dad quickly, looking over at him.

"I don't see why not, it is just what it appears... right?" Rei asked Calix. Malakai started to eat his ice cream and brownie quickly.

"Yes, it's just ice cream and brownies," he hummed out. "The only difference is that Malakai has a little blood in his because he doesn't drink it like your son does... not often at least."

"Go ahead," my father told me. "So I'm guessing his mother raising him up to have blood in his food?" My dad asked Calix. He nodded.

"Yeah, Malakai told me about it," he said and purred. "It's a creative way to get him to drink it." I started to eat my brownies and ice cream and laughed happily.

"Thanks Calix," I purred to him then walked up to Malakai, kissing his cheek with a purr before I took another bite of my ice cream. He purred towards me before eating another bite of his. He looked towards his father and gave him a sweet look.

"Thank you," he purred.

"You boys are welcome," he purred to us and then looked us over before he looked towards Rei. "I'm going to stay here for a few nights with Malakai before we go off to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa," he informed him. "I don't want Nico to be thrown back into shock by taking him out of his home after being shot."

"Okay, good idea. Malakai's room is still set up for him... and you can sleep on the guest floor with Emile if you want." My dad gave us a smile before taking his hot tea off the stove and poured it into a cup before sitting it back down. He nodded at my dad then.

"Alright, thank you Rei," he purred then looked down at us. "I'm going to go get our stuff ready in a guest bedroom, okay Malakai?" He purred sweetly and rubbed Malakai's head. "I'll be back soon." I purred and finished off my ice cream then looked at Malakai.

"We could go play a video game~" I suggested and grabbed his hand, starting to pull him off to go to the night room to play a game. He giggled as he followed me and pulled out his Nintendo to play.
