18 Dragon Egg

Dmitri's POV:

I walked up to the doors of the outpost and raised an eyebrow as I looked it over. At least it's here and Travis wasn't lying, that swine.... I smirked and then pressed the button to use the intercom to reach them inside. "This is Dmitri, leader of the outpost on the opposite side of town. The resistance leader sent me to come talk to you," I purred into it. "Plus I'm interested in how you're doing. Mind letting me in?" The doors opened and I was let inside quickly, shoved from behind. I found myself surrounded by new scents along with a mixture of some I already knew, vampires, dragons, wizards, unicorns, werewolves, and humans. A vampire appeared in front of me and grabbed my hand, shaking it.

"Welcome Dmitri, are you interested in trade?" She asked me, her hair was a light gold color that was sparkling in my sight. "You wouldn't happen to be interested in buying dragons, would you? They're going fast." I widened my eyes. Holy crap! THEY REALLY DO SELL DRAGONS! Cool! I laughed.

"So you do sell dragons," I purred with amusement. "I might be interested if you have one worth my while to look at." Of course... if I actually bought one... Jason would kill me.

"How about I introduce you to the eggs. Raising dragons is easier," she smirked. "We just got a crate in." I widened my eyes.

"O-okay," I said and then let her lead me. THEY HAVE DRAGON EGGS!!!!!! AWESOME! Maybe I could smuggle one- No, he'd kill me. I bit my bottom lip in disappointment. Maybe I can convince him to let me keep one after we raid this place.... Maybe if I promise him that I won't bite people anymore... trade that and get a dragon instead.... "So- how long have you been out here? Our leader hasn't authorized you yet... and he sent me here to discuss with you about joining the organized part. We'd love to have you on board with us.... Trust me," I purred to her.

"We'd love to be on board too. We just got popular last month." She informed me. "We heard about you." She started to lead me towards a building. "We keep the eggs in this building," she told me. I smiled.

"Thanks for this by the way. I've been wanting to look at dragons for a long time," I purred towards her. OH MY LORD, DRAGONS. I held back my excitement, not wanting to give it away to her. She'd raise the prices if she sees I'm desperate for them.... I need to at least tell her that I'm going to think about it for a bit so I can ask Jason right before we raid.... If I see one I like, I'll have her put it up for me. "So... how'd you establish a dragon trade? I've been looking to do that for a few years. They're so hard to get ahold of."

"We came in contact with a wizard that could smuggle them into this world and now we've been trading them amongst the other posts and buyers." She explained. "They cost us a shinny penny at first. Now we're making money off of them. I'll sell you a crate for the right price." I nodded and smirked.

"That would be amazing. We'll talk about it after I see them and we discuss why I came here," I purred to her. "I wouldn't mind doing some of my own personal business with you while I'm here on official business." She nodded and took me inside the building where the degrease in temperature rose to a warm temp. There was open crates everywhere with eggs inside, grouped by color and size. I widened my eyes in wonder.

"Whoa..." I whispered and then let go of her hand and ran up to one of the crates quickly, looking into it. "Oh my goodnesssss~" I laughed happily and then gently touched one of the dark blue eggs. "Which crate has the best eggs in it?" I asked quickly in excitement, unable to handle it. THERE ARE SO MANYYYYY! She walked up to golden specked white eggs.

"That would be these, they're powerful eggs with powerful dragons inside. When one of these hatches a sun dragon will be born. They have the power to create and give gold to others. They worship the sun instead of gold. They also have healing powers. They're special but their eggs take forever to hatch. About two years." I frowned slightly and looked the eggs over. Sun dragons huh.... I don't know about that. The whole creating gold and giving it away thing is nice... and so is the healing... but I don't think I'd like to have a pet that worships the sun.

"Got something that doesn't worship the sun perhaps? Maybe something just as great but won't cry when the sun goes down?" I asked her and stood up, walking over. "A breed that would make a great pet." She shrugged.

"There are others. I haven't been through them all. We got a new shipment in of these though," she walked over to a crate and opened it to show dark eggs. "These are Night dragons. Vampires are going crazy for them because of their dark black scales. It's easy for them to hide in the dark. I heard they have abilities to make others invisible in the dark with them." She ran her fingers across the eggs and I spotted storms forming in their eggs. "Plus the eggs are cool. They hatch within nine months." I looked it over in interest then walked up.

"Mind if I hold one?" I asked her and then gently touched one. These are kinda cool....

"Yeah, go ahead. If a dragon likes you, you'll be able to feel them move around inside. Baby dragons tend to bond easily." I bit my bottom lip then nodded, gently picking up the one I was touching. Oh my goodness, I hope I find one that likes me.... I won't ever let it go.... I felt tingles against my fingers as a storm rose up inside and suddenly the egg's weight shifted around, startling me a little. I widened my eyes and held it a little closer. Does it like me already? I blushed slightly and looked the egg over before I purred to it.

"Uh huh... I want this one," I whispered to her. "If I buy one, this is the one that will go home with me." She laughed as she watched me.

"I thought you'd like this type. They're really popular right now. That's why I just got in a new crate." I nodded to her and then smiled.

"So... how much are we talking about for it?" I asked her. Man, I hope she doesn't say too high of a price for me.... That'd suck. I no longer have an outpost that is currently standing to help me pay for it.... My best luck would be taking it during the raid if I want to get the best deal.

"Thirteen hundred," she told me. "Usually they're fifteen hundred. Since they're getting poplar we're coming down on the price." I nodded and then looked the egg over.

"Alright... I'll buy this one then," I told her and smirked.

"Do you have the money on you right now?" She asked.

"Not on me currently, but give me a night and I'll have it for you," I told her with a purr. "So you better not sell this one. I want it put up, and I'll give you a down payment to show just how serious I am if you want."

"Yeah, you can put on a down payment and I'll put it up for you for your visit tomorrow night." I nodded to her and then looked the egg over before I handed it to her.

"May I see where you're going to put it up? Just so I can know it's safe?" I asked her. I will get it tomorrow during the raid... or later tonight depending on how this all goes. "I would hate to worry all day."

"Sure, right this way." She took me into another room where there was little nest shelves against the walls. She grabbed a box that would easily slip into one and placed the egg carefully inside then walked up to one of the nests and scrapped some hay into the box before placing it onto a low shelf incase it managed to drop it would still be safe. "There we go, it'll be right here for you tomorrow night." I nodded to her.

"Thank you," I whispered, memorizing where she put it. "I will be back for it tomorrow," I told her then looked her over. "Let's go talk about the down payment then the resistance business." She nodded and motioned for me to follow her and started to lead me out of the building.

"We'll go across to the bar and sit down at a booth to discuss business. I'll pay for our drinks." She winked towards me as she lead me towards a building. We walked into a bar setting and sat down at a booth. I smirked at her. Cool, so I get free drinks.... Awesome.

"Thank you," I purred to her and then looked her over. "So, first things first." I pulled my wallet out and then pulled out 300 and gave it to her. "My down payment, and you can have the rest of it tomorrow night.... Now, the resistance leader sent me to come talk to you about adding your outpost into the system like I said. It'll open up more support for you and extra trade routes along with protection," I whispered. "All he needs is your sworn loyalty to report to him about your trading and the revolts you lead along with getting permission to do some things. He'll probably allow you to continue selling the dragons and whatnot because you're already doing it, but he'll want you to clear things with him from now on as well.... Not to mention, you'll have people like me as your ally," I purred to her. "If you're going to call yourself resistance, you might as well join up like you said you wanted to do. It's the smart thing to do. Safety in numbers and whatnot."

"I'll have to talk to my leader about this, but thanks for the tip," she purred. I nodded.

"If you like, since how I'm coming back tomorrow anyways, I could bring the paper work for your leader to sign off to be officially part of the resistance and the official leader of this outpost. It'll give you all a day to think about it... but I'll need to know a few things about this place before I can let you sign the papers. He asked me to get an idea of the rough estimate of resistance people here and how strong your security is. He needs to know that way he can send some reinforcements if you need it," I told her, giving her a smile. "He'll also update technology for you if you want it too."

"We're more than enough enforced here," she told me. "He won't have to send people over. Bring by the documents tomorrow though." She motioned over a waitress and ordered us both a glass of rum. I watched and then smiled. So... raid tomorrow then. They've got good enough reinforcements to feel comfortable not asking for them.

"Alright, I'll report to him when I get home then," I told her and then ran my fingers through my hair. "I'll hook you guys up after you sign the papers and get you some names of some important people that you'll want to be friends with in the resistance."

"Thanks, I'll inform my leader tonight then," she purred and pulled out her phone, starting to text someone. I relaxed into my seat and glanced the bar around, taking in the details before I smiled and then got my drink as the waitress came back. I sipped on the rum and smiled happily as it pleased my tastes. Not too shabby.... I smirked and sat my drink down.

"So~ want to tell me a little about yourself?" I asked her, deciding to play around while I drank. After all, I need to seem normal. I accomplished what I wanted to for tonight. Any normal vampire would be into her easily. She looked me over and giggled.

"I'm currently living here and working to get my way through this eternal night, you?" She asked. Damn... she's great. If I wasn't mated... I'd like her way too much.... Too bad my eyes are on Jason.

"Working my way to power and whatnot," I purred to her.

"How's that working out for you?" She asked and took a sip of her drink. I smiled. Not so great.

"It's going pretty great. About a decade ago I didn't know the leader and now I've been able to talk to him personally and help him on things," I told her and smiled. "What about the eternal night? You were created, right?"

"Yeah, I was created about seven years ago. It's a real yawn." She smirked. "I just started to get excited about this new life I've gained." I nodded.

"Well that's good. Glad you're finding meaning to your new life," I told her and laughed. "It gets fun after awhile when you start cutting loose."

"How long until you head off?" She asked curiously.

"Probably after these drinks. I need to make it across town back to the safety of my dark rooms," I told her and smiled. "I'll pay for these by the way. You're delightful to drink with, so I don't mind."

"Thank you," she purred. I smiled at her and then finished up my drinks before I sat down a twenty on the table and got to my feet.

"I'll see you tomorrow," I purred at her then gently took her hand in mine and gave it a kiss. "Thank you for your help today." I smirked at her then pulled away before I started walking for the doors.

"Alright, I trust you can find your way out!" She yelled after me and waved goodbye. I smiled and looked back at her.

"Uh huh," I called over my shoulder and then disappeared out of the doors. I worked my way back to the outdoors of the facility and then started walking back to the bridge. Man, he better not be aiming me down if he was listening in on everything.... He was waiting for me on the other side of the bridge, talking with his other siblings. I smiled and walked up. "So, my advice is to attack tomorrow," I told them as I approached. "They didn't bite with getting more reinforcements, so I'd wager they have adequate protection to put up a decent fight and the building was rather techy. Plus they are selling dragons and unicorns and the more expensive creatures, so they have the money to make improvements on their building that would screw you over. I didn't have dragons to sell like that. I was only in the weres at that moment when you busted my outpost, soooo... I'd go home tonight." I smirked at them and then took the earpiece out and gently placed it in Jason's hand.

"We'll go home, it's late anyways," Jason decided and got into the car. I nodded and followed him, getting into the car then bounced with excitement.

"Guess what?" I asked quickly, biting my lower lip. Please don't shoot me down about this.... I already sacrificed 300 on it.... Oh man, what if he tells me I can't keep the dragon? He frowned as he watched me.

"What?" He asked. Oh man... he's frowning! Crap!

"Uhmmm...." I felt nervous as I watched him and stopped bouncing. "I'm getting a dragon," I whispered.

"In your attempt to adopt and save as well as nurture or enslave?" He asked firmly.

"I'm not enslaving the dragon," I told him and frowned. "It's a baby and it already likes me... and it has yet to hatch.... We'll somehow get the rest of the dragon eggs back to the mommies, but can I at least keep that one? It's better than letting the dragon go back to the nest where it might get caught again.... It's safe with me.... I'll take really good care of it too..." I told him then bit my bottom lip. I will have to pull out the idea I had about making that deal with him too if I really want to sell him on the dragon idea. "And I will stop biting people without permission except in life or death situations," I whispered, fidgeting. Man... I'm kinda selling out my beliefs, but I've wanted a dragon for a really long time! "I would do it if you let me take care of the dragon," I promised, saying it a little more firmly.

"Dmitri, I don't care about what happens to the eggs, as long as they go to good homes in respectable families that know how to take care of supernatural. I'm more concerned for the humans. Anything else on the market is dealt with by my other family members. You can have your baby dragon though, I don't mind. As long as you keep your promise of taking good care of the baby and don't neglect it." I widened my eyes and then laughed happily, tackling him into a hug.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I said and then nuzzled my head against him. OH MY LORD, HE SAID YES! HE SAID YEEEEESS! I'M GETTING THE DRAGON! "You don't know how long I've wanted one! I'll take really good care of it, I promise! I'll be the perfect parent for it! You're so amazing! I love you," I purred and then quickly kissed him. HE'S LETTING ME KEEP IT!!!! HE'S NOT AN ASS! He shrugged and smirked.

"You'll hate me in an hour," he purred. I frowned slightly and looked up into his eyes. Hate him? After this? HE'S LETTING ME KEEP A DRAGON!

"Why?" I asked cautiously.

"That's how you are," he sighed out. "You love me one minute and hate me the next." I bit my bottom lip and looked him in the eyes before I kissed him softly.

"I will do my best to make up for my behavior to you," I mumbled to him. "I promised I would start not biting without permission in exchange for keeping it, and I will.... I've really wanted a dragon for a long time, Jason... like... a long time...." I blushed and then kissed his cheek. "I'll make this up to you and be a little bit better about those expectations you want from me for this."

"I don't mind you getting a dragon," Jason sighed out. "It's not bugging me."

"Uh huh, but me not obeying your laws bugs you," I purred to him and then kissed his neck. "So I'll be nice and try to see your point of view on it all and try to obey your laws because of you letting me keep the dragon."

"Good boy," he purred. I smiled a little and then crawled into his lap, curling up on him.

"You can be it's other daddy if you want," I purred to him. He pushed me out of his lap and gave me a stern look.

"Don't sit in my lap." I frowned and looked at him.

"Why not?" I asked him. Didn't he want me to start loving him? He told me to stop telling me I hated him... and we had sex! What's so wrong about me sitting in his lap? Why is he so difficult sometimes?

"Because you're independent so sit by me," he hissed. I frowned slightly at him then sighed. It's one of those boundary things, isn't it? He doesn't want me too close to him.

"Fine... whatever," I mumbled and then sat down beside him, crossing my legs and looking around the car. I should probably slow way down with him.... Just because he's my mate doesn't mean I should be sleeping with him and trying to be overly affectionate yet... not until much later when he learns that he wants me. He looked towards me and glanced me over before giving a pleased smirk.

"Much better. Council members aren't chairs."

"Didn't say you were," I muttered. I was just being affectionate with him.... He pulled out his phone as it vibrated and he answered it quickly.

"Jason," he purred into the phone. "Who's wanting to call me?"

"Hey, I didn't feel like sending you a letter over this. I want you to do something about one of my brothers for me," I heard someone say on the phone.

"Oh really? Which one?" Jason asked and kicked Primrose in her foot. Primrose raised an eyebrow and sat up, looking towards the phone and leaned over me to listen in with a smirk.

"Silas, he's getting hard to handle now. I want you to take him off somewhere.... preferably a deep hole."

"Ooooo, what did he do to you?" Jason asked.

"Well I feel threatened by him, I don't think he's safe to have around anymore. Wherever you place him, make sure he has his hands tied and padded walls surrounding him. He's also got a newborn we need to figure out where to place."

"Alright, I'll see what I can do.... but this is going to cost you a pretty penny-"

"What do I have to do?" He asked.

"I want you to throw a ball soon, we need to meet again Lyle.... I'm getting bored without you and I think you'll like my little mate I've earned from fate."

"Congratulations," he purred. "I need to go."

"Have a good day," Jason purred and hung up on him. "Well, I can't wait to throw Silas down a hole." I frowned and looked Jason over. Crap... poor Silas.... Damn, the resistance is going to take this hard. I bit my bottom lip and shrunk into the seat. What the hell did he do to Lyle now? He can't be thinking straight anymore.... Should I warn Silas? I mean.. he's the leader... the true one... the hidden one.... Jason crossed his legs as he called someone else.

"Xzander, I want you to go to the Rosario castle tonight and convince Silas to come home with you." Jason purred and hung up. I bit my bottom lip and watched Jason then saw Primrose smirking. Crap.... I could either stay quiet and watch it play out and have it come back to bite me in the butt later, or I could warn Silas and possibly risk my mate taking my dragon away or killing me if he finds out, or I could rat Silas out and betray him.... I rubbed my neck nervously and then noticed Primrose eyeing me before she looked away. Crap.... I fidgeted then sat up before I sighed and then played with a strand of my hair. I think I'll stay silent. I can't warn Silas right now, and Xzander is already going over there. He'll either be smart and tell Xzander no or he'll be stupid and come. I'll just avoid Silas if he's stupid and comes. I don't want to rat him out though... then again... if he comes, he's doomed. They won't release him... but they might kill him if I tell them who he is. I glanced towards Jason and sighed softly. I'll tell if he comes and I see a reason to.... For now I should stay out of it. Think about the dragon I'm getting instead~

Silas's POV:

I heard the door open and Xzander walked in, smirking my way before he walked up. "Hey," he purred to me. Shit, my brother asked for this. I narrowed my eyes at him.

"No, I'm not going anywhere," I hissed his way. Lyle finally broke down and demanded them to take me away like everyone said was going to happen to me. I exposed my fangs, earning a laugh.

"Calm down Silas," he purred and then sat beside me. "You're not in trouble. We've just been asked to babysit you for a little bit. I might even turn you loose after a few weeks if you behave." I sat up a little and glared him down.

"This is my home. I'm not leaving."

"I didn't ask," he said firmly and looked me over. "Pack your things." I growled at him then got to my feet.

"Hell no," I told him then stormed over towards the door. "I'm not leaving my castle." He frowned and got to his feet, starting after me.

"Silas," he hissed. "Don't make this difficult. If you want out of this sooner than later, you need to behave so I can tell Lyle he had nothing to worry about from you even though you are bat shit crazy sometimes." I glared at him then turned to him.

"I'm. Not. Leaving. My-" He sighed and then quickly pulled out a gun, shooting me with it. I yelped and fell over as my body went numb and I glanced down, seeing a tranq dart sticking out of my side. "Bastard!" I snarled at him.

"Look, I'm only doing this for your own good. You'll get out soon, don't worry. We can't lock you up forever," he purred to me then walked over, grabbing my foot. I shrieked at him and then tried to move to struggle. HE'S GOING TO RIP ME AWAY FROM MY HOME! FUCKING LYLE! HE DID THIS! I KNOW IT WAS HIM!

"SYLAR!" I screamed loudly, hoping he'd hear me and come to help me. He loves me, right? Sylar ran up to me from down the hall.

"What's going on?" He asked with worry. "Why're you dragging my brother off? EVEREST! LYLE!" He yelled, looking worried for me. Xzander paused and smirked at Sylar.

"It was Lyle who asked for it," Xzander told him. "We've got his permission to drag your brother off as you so eloquently put it." I winced as he squeezed my foot and gave Sylar a pleading look. Oh man... don't betray me for Lyle.... Please... I can't even move!

"L-lyle?" Sylar asked with a heartbroken look. "But why?" He asked and sniffled.

"Ask him yourself," he purred towards my brother. "All I know is I was asked by Jason to come get him."

"Sylar," I begged, looking up at him. Oh man... don't cry. GRAB ME FROM THIS MANIAC!

"Well, I don't think I can allow you to take him like this. He'll go willingly or he'll stay with his family. You're not being civil about this."

"Would you really go against your king's orders, Sylar?" Xzander purred and smirked at my brother. Sylar's eyes lingered on me longingly.

"But...."

"It's okay Sylar, he's just going for a visit." I heard Lyle tell him and walk up with my packed suitcase and threw it towards Xzander. "That's his stuff and-" He snapped his fingers and two maids dragged Stormy towards the doors. "That's his new born. You two have a safe trip and a wonderful visit." Lyle purred.

"It's not a damn visit," I snarled at Lyle. "You're fucking throwing me out, you fucking coward," I hissed at him. Xzander dug his nails into my ankle then, making me groan. "You're lying to Sylar to cover your tracks," I muttered under my breath as I held in another groan from the pain.

"No, you're going somewhere that'll help you. You can come back when you get better. You're sick, brother."

"He's sick?" Sylar asked and looked towards me. "Where's Everest?"

"I'm not sick," I said quickly, looking towards Sylar instead of Lyle. Lyle wants me gone because I'm trying to prove the truth. He's getting worried about it. I know he is, that bastard. "He's throwing me out just like he threw out our sister," I told Sylar quickly. "That's what he does to those who defy him and don't please him. He gets rid of them. He never loved us."

"Esther is being punished right now for something that could have gotten her a worse punishment," Lyle told me. "You had your chances. Now go have a wonderful treatment." I snarled at him and exposed my fangs at him.

"You bastard. You did this," I hissed at him as Xzander started to drag me again. "I'll never forgive you," I spat his way and then looked towards Sylar. "Watch your back Sylar. He'll turn on you," I warned him quickly. "He'll turn us all on each other in a heartbeat to stay where he is. He doesn't care about you."

"He's not right in the mind," Lyle told Sylar softly. "He hasn't been every since our parents passed away in that tragic death. Don't worry, he won't be gone forever. How about you help the maids clean his room so it'll be ready for when he comes back?"

"Okay," Sylar sniffled.

"Fuck you Lyle," I snarled his way. "Don't you dare bring our parents into this mess! They aren't even your parents! THEY ONLY ADOPTED YOU! YOU'RE THROWING ME OUT, AND DON'T YOU DARE TRY TO COVER IT UP! SYLAR DESERVES THE DAMN TRUTH!" I hissed. "YOU'RE SWEEPING ME UNDER THE RUG! YOU'RE GOING TO BE LYING TO HIM FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE TELLING HIM I'M NOT BETTER YET BECAUSE YOU'D NEVER LET ME BACK INTO THIS CASTLE! I KNOW WHO YOU ARE LYLE! YOU'RE NO BROTHER OF MINE!"

"Still holding a grudge over my birth right? You're so immature sometimes Silas. All that chit chat is getting you no where. You're just spitting lies. All because you're jealous. I still love you though, that's why I'm sending you away to get better."

"SCREW YOU! THIS IS BECAUSE YOUR FLEDGLING GOT THROWN INTO THE WALL!" I snarled at him. That's what this is. He's pissed because I accidentally hurt that mutt. He wants me gone. I bet he'll ask them to kill me in a few weeks. I'm not going to let that happen. Oh no, I'm going to get him back for this. It's on now. He messed up.

"You just admitted to something that's going to be a great evidence shown upon the council," Lyle told me. "That's if you keep acting like those disgusting resistance members. I was going to keep that little mishap between us but you're screaming it out in front of another council member, great job brother."

"I fucking hate you," I snarled at him. Xzander sighed and then looked at Lyle.

"Well... it's up to you really. You know I'm not as strict as Jason is about these things. I might keep it quiet if you want. After all, this is really kind of sad. I hoped he would've straightened up so I wouldn't have to take him away like this. I'll personally watch over him for you. Don't worry about him. He'll be safe and better in no time," Xzander told Lyle then glanced Sylar over before he looked down at me. "Calm down." I narrowed my eyes at him. The first thing I'm doing when I get my throne is getting rid of that bloody council. Milo walked up then, frowning a little as he rubbed his eyes. He froze up when he saw me on the floor then widened his eyes, looking towards Lyle.

"L-Lyle?" He asked softly, his voice sounding worried. "Why is Silas being dragged?" He asked innocently and walked up to Lyle then whined before he worked his way into Lyle's arms. I narrowed my eyes a little in irritation. Great. That writer brat is here. Fuck. I growled and then quieted down, looking Lyle over before I hissed. I'll get out, and this time, I'll murder him. I'm done trying to reason. It's over. I'll take my throne by force and then get rid of the council. I just have to play the game for a little while till the time is right to make my moves. I'll let Lyle think he won for now.... He won't get his way in the end. He can't get rid of me forever. I'll be out soon and then I'll have his head on a platter and that little newborn of his will be served to the wolves.

"Silas is going to visit the Nero family, I arranged for it." Lyle rocked Milo in his arms. "I was going to let you know when he left so you wouldn't have to witness this." Sylar ran off then. Milo bit his bottom lip then nodded.

"O-okay," he whispered and then curled up to him then leaned his face into the crook of Lyle's neck. "I'm sorry... I heard screaming and I thought I would come find you," he whispered innocently to him. I glared them down then shut my eyes, clenching my jaw as I heard the doors to the castle open. I'll escape....

"Good luck," Lyle purred. "Silas is very difficult but with your experience as a hunter, I think you won't have too much trouble."

"Don't worry about us. We can handle him," Xzander promised him and then pulled me out of the castle and picked me up, starting to carry me down to a car that was waiting....

I was placed down on a soft bed in a cell as Xzander laid me down and then looked towards Primrose who was holding my sweet Stormy tightly by her arm. "Should we put them together or apart?" He asked Primrose softly. She looked us over and then sighed.

"We'll try together and see what happens. This is his fledgling after all. We should allow him to be able to accept some responsibility of her while he's here, but if they mess up, we'll separate them," she suggested. Xzander nodded and then watched as Primrose let her go. Jason walked into my cell then and looked me over.

"Silas Rosario, do you know why you're down here?" He asked me calmly.

"Because I'm insane?" I asked, feigning innocence as I looked towards him. I can just fake my whole way out of this and then get out quicker... make them lower their guard a little so it's easier to escape.

"Because your brother asked for us to look after you. You've been disturbing his rein with your little jealous fits. We're going to remind you of your place and help you over come your little jealousy issue. When we deem you worthy of society again we'll talk about what to do with you. We can send you home to your castle with your family or we'll keep you here. You're not going to go running around like the headless horse man though. In a week, when we feel like we can trust you- we'll move you into more comfortable quarters." I watched him then nodded.

"Okay," I whispered. "If you think that is best... I really miss my brother Sylar though," I mumbled to him and sat up. "I would really love to get better. He's so worried about me... and I sometimes scare myself with the thoughts I have about my brother Lyle." Yeah, I'm going to murder him when I get out of here!

"We'll see about letting him visit you then," Jason gave me a smile before walking out of my cell. "Xzander, you're going to be babysitting them. You can switch out with Emily while we do our raid tomorrow on that resistance outpost."

"Alright," Xzander said simply as Primrose followed Jason out. I glanced Xzander over then looked towards Stormy. At least we're together. I sighed and held out a hand for her. Stormy crawled into my arms and let out a shaky breath. I purred comfortingly in her ear and then kissed her cheek.

"Don't worry," I whispered to her then rubbed her back. Xzander looked us over before he walked out and locked the door behind him. I waited till he was gone and then growled. "I'm going to take care of Lyle when we get out of here," I told her quietly, keeping my voice hushed. "Play their game for now Stormy. We'll be on top before long."

"Why would he go to this kind of length?" She asked softly. "Did I get too out of hand? I'm sorry."

"No, it's fine. It was coming for a long time," I whispered to her. "Just tone it down for while we're stuck here. We need to seem innocent, and seem like victims of bad rumors and jealousy. We need them to believe that is all it is and that they can fix it and let them try to fix it and seem like we're getting better. In the end, we'll either escape or we'll be sent home, and then we will get rid of that pipsqueak and Lyle."

"Then you'll be king," she giggled. I laughed a little.

"That's right, and you'll be queen," I told her. "We'll get rid of the Nero family too and get rid of the council so we can rule unopposed." I ran my fingers through her hair then kissed her cheek. She purred and leaned into my lips and kissed me deeply. I moaned a little and then kissed her back, curling her hair around my fingers. I pulled back slightly and then purred to her. "Damn I love you," I whispered to her then kissed her passionately. My queen~ still by my side in this dank hell hole. She purred and looked me over.

"I love you too," She exposed her fangs and bit down into my neck. I smiled and tilted my head, letting her drink from me.

"There," I murmured and then laid us down with her on top. She curled up and started to drink me dry. I groaned and then pushed up on her chest. "Not too much Stormy. I know you're hungry, but you need to let me keep some of my strength," I told her firmly. She pulled back and whined.

"I'm really hungry though," she licked her lips.

"Yeah, but you would hate it if I died," I told her. "We'll get you something to drink soon. I still have my phone...." I pulled it out and texted Xzander to bring two bottles of blood down then put it up. "Xzander should bring us something."

"But I need it now," she groaned.

"He will," I told her and then sat us up. "Don't worry... I'll start messaging him a little earlier than when you normally hit your hunger urges.... I'm not going to let you starve to death." I gently kissed her cheek and purred to her. "We'll get through this together." I heard the door open after a few minutes and Xzander walked in and gave us both a bottle of blood then walked out, shutting the door behind him. Thank goodness he's actually feeding us....
