I couldn't believe Rhio's sonogram and hormone test results. It is a great threat to the Zel Cantheliz lineage.

"Azoospermia?!" I almost fell breathless.

Rhio has so sperm in his semen.

"Non-obstructive," the reproductive endocrinologist nodded. "A severe infection led to a hormonal imbalance which then resulted to his zero sperm count."

"It could end to infertility."

I rubbed my throbbing eyelids, "This is still curable."

"It might have to do with his recent medication," another doctor said.

"We might need to shift medicines and do some hormonal treatment. Give him two to three months and everything might go back to normal," I suggested.

But it wasn't only what I was concerned about. New disorders were gradually surfacing either as a by-effect to treatment for his earlier diagnosis or due to his weakened immune system. His fibromyalgia was also exaggerating his pain.

"Rhio's health was deteriorating," I yelled" Why did you all let it get this worse?"

Everybody in the clinical lab fell silent.

"Rhio has been refusing medical examinations since he has taken over Zel Cantheliz and Cryzastic. We've done our best to monitor his health but…"

"You're being paid for that very reason," I explained more calmly," at least don't yield to his stubbornness. Do what all of you can do no matter how hard he resists."

"Regarding his current delayed reproductive capability," I brought up the most important matter at hand again," as soon as his tissue inflammation heals and his sperm count increase again…we must be able to get him impregnate a woman."

The doctors nodded in agreement.

We all knew his indifference toward women but Elthon and I must do something regardless of Rhio's unwillingness to date. The Zel Cantheliz bloodline should not stop at him. He must also know about his nearing infertility if he refuses to cooperate.

"Dr. Niel," somebody called out as I paced through the hospital lobby. It was my secretary. "I'd like to remind that the Physicians' Convention in Nassau will begin 25 hours from now. Average flight to Bahamas would take 19 hours and 30 minutes. You should be ready for takeoff in about an hour. The private plane is already waiting for you in the airfield."

I've been too busy monitoring Rhio's condition that I almost forgot about that assembly. It was to be held at that same island where an international branch of Zel Cantheliz Hospital was located. All affairs I have there will last for at least two and a half weeks.

I hope everything will be alright while I'm away.

I tried to dial Rhio but it was unsuccessful.
