116 Chapter 123 "Why so soon then?"

"Jasmin came here to properly bid goodbye. I don't care if you believe us or not," Dennise defended swiftly, "She's signed the agreement and there's nothing you could really do about it."

We've lied too much, courtesy of Rhio.

"Why so soon then?" 

"Hellooo. Because our flight was booked today," Dennise said.

"Not in a rush I see," Dexter remarked sarcastically.

"We-we'll go straight to the airport after this visit," I lied my part.

"Really?" Dexter crossed his arms. "I'm going to that airport with you and see for myself that you'd really leave the country."

Dennise and I looked at each other but she confidently shrugged it off in the manliest voice she could imitate, "Of course bro. If that'll make you happy." 

Dennise went back to the kitchen after she said those words. Meanwhile, I was worried how this little act would turn out. 

What does she plan to do now?
