Rhio stood for a minute in front of the door, holding the latch as he listened to Jasmin's faint sobs. He breathed heavily before securing the locks tight.

"Buy whatever she needs," he ordered when he descended to meet us.

"Because she'll be living in this mansion."

 "Don't ever take her out of that room," he cut my words venomously.
