62 Shoot
Inside the car, Liu Zijian was busy as he was doing something on his laptop while Han Meixiu was reading the booklet containing the information of the shooting range they're about to visit.
It has actually two parts, the outdoor and indoor shooting area.
For a beginner like her, she would start first in the indoor shooting range as the caliber of the guns used in there were generally lower.
If she wanted to try the long range shooting using a rifle next time she could opt to choose the outdoor shooting area.
Last night she already narrowed down the type of handguns she wanted to use. The factors that she considered were not just the weight. She also wanted that it should have manageable recoil, smoothly angled, effortless to conceal, easy to load and most importantly, perfect for her grip.
Although her choices were mostly from Glock family, she also considered other types. She's pretty much excited to try and hold the handguns of her choice. Liu Zijian briefly mentioned to her that she would receive at least five models of gun suitable for women when they arrived in the shooting range.
The moment the two arrived, they unintentionally caught the attention of the people around. Since it was a privately - operated shooting range, majority of the people going there treated shooting as a form of sport.
The young Liu couple walked hand in hand as they waltzed towards the entrance of the indoor shooting range. For outsiders it seemed that the two were showing off their relationship. They earned both admiration and envy from different people.
Though both of them were oblivious, Ye Ming was extremely alert. He looked around to check if their men successfully blended in the crowd.
Although the incident about the First Young Master Liu was ruled out as a bad coincidence, Mr. Liu still ordered to tighten the security of the family members wherever they would go.
It wasn't long before they occupied their respective firing lanes after briefly visiting the office. The personnel responsible for the entire indoor shooting range was already informed about the visit of the Second Young Master Liu and his wife thus he was prepared to meet them and provided the best service he could.
Han Meixiu first tried the Glock 43 9mm. It weighed not more than half a kilo when not loaded and it was perfect for her grip. Although they advised to use a bigger version of it to familiarize her about the 'kick' after shooting, she got obviously disappointed as her eyes dimmed.
"It's okay, I'll assist her." Liu Zijian said thus the personnel politely excused himself after giving them their ear and eye protection gears as well as the bag that contained the handgun case and ammunition.
After the man left, he observe the young woman who was clearly excited as her eyes were shining like diamonds especially when she saw the first gun she would try. She gripped the pistol and tried to spun it around like a kid while her smile didn't leave on her face.
Though his firing lane was located beside hers, he didn't go there. He was just standing behind Han Meixiu and from time to time explained what were the necessary things she needed to know while preparing to fire.
Following the instructions of Liu Zijian, she prepared to do her first fire.
She waited for Liu Zijian to leave her and release her hands as she's ready to shoot but he didn't. He instead spoke.
"Now, fire." He softly said.
It took a couple of seconds before she was able to execute it. She was distracted for a moment by the warm breath near her ear.
When she pulled the trigger, she then understood why her husband was almost wrapping his entire body around her and his hands were securely supporting her. The recoil was no joke!

"Welcome to K Country, Third Young Master Chen." Mr. Kuo greeted the newly arrived young man. Although he was surprised by the sudden visit of Chen Dewei as this person didn't really travel much and only command from a distance, he especially visited K Country today.
Kuo and Chen family have been partners for three generations and he could say that among the people who lead the Chen family, this Third Young Master was the most talented by far. Although he's not yet officially titled because his father was still alive, everyone already acknowledge him as the head.
He was able to prepare the best possible accommodation for him even if he was only given a day.
"You're looking good, Mr. Kuo." Chen Dewei responded with his signature subtle smile. For those who didn't know him, his smile seemed to radiate an aura akin to a kind and gentle type of man but clearly it's just a facade.
The moment he received the information that Han Meixiu was in K Country he contacted Mr. Kuo and told him he's planning to visit his country.
After he finished dealing with the remaining Han Family members that were disobedient, he scheduled his trip the next day.
He was surprised when the report showed only few information about Liu Zijian and Han Meixiu. It was as if they just got married out of the blue. It only mentioned their brief meeting during an inauguration and later on their marriage.
He didn't believe that the two were capable of what the common people perceived as 'love at first sight'. If the report wasn't about them, he might've believe the possibility.
He suspected that the man with Han Meixiu that time in the hotel was Liu Zijian but he couldn't get any evidence as the hotel was owned by the Liu Family. If there would be an evidence, it might already been wiped out.
"How long do you plan to stay here?" Mr. Kuo asked politely breaking his train of thoughts.
"I'm not yet sure." He simply answered. "I'm considering this as a vacation, but if it will turn out good then I might stay longer." He continued.
"You'll love K Country." Mr. Kuo answered with tone of assurance clearly indicating how nationalistic he could be when talking about his own country.
Chen Dewei just smiled meaningfully and followed Mr. Kuo towards the parked car that would bring him to his new residence.
