When the duo came in the meeting place, a man who also came almost the same time as them , softly spoke.

"Red, Leader wants to talk to you." He said as he looked to the person named 'Red', who was about to go to her own room.

The woman paused for a while before following the man to another room.

Even though she's one of those people who were given a special name of colors, indicating that their exceptional, she never met the leader in person. There was only one person who could meet the leader face to face, the right hand man and that was the man who just called her.

Normally he wouldn't leave K Country but this time, he was here in Q City. He probably had a special mission.

This time, like always when she was being called in, she would be talking to the leader by only hearing a voice that sounded robotic.

There was only a silhouette on the screen she's facing upon entering the room.

"Did you get what you wanted?"

"That's not the answer I want to hear." The leader replied lazily.

Red suddenly tensed up.

That woman called 92 was purposely partnered to her in this special 'mission' because they had the same target - Chen Dewei's mansion.

But more than having the same target, that woman was looking for something that's related to her. Something that she already knew.

Thus her answer wasn't really the one the leader wanted to hear. It was just too vague. The leader wanted her assessment.

"Although she's reliable, she's still too emotional. She couldn't let go of her old self, yet. And she knows the Liu young masters and that woman Han Meixiu." She wanted to emphasize that 92 wasn't trustworthy. She still couldn't be in good terms with that woman.

She perfectly knew they're not in good terms with the Liu Family. Thus mentioning this fact should affect 92's standing in the Leader's eye.

"Hmm.... But she's going to be your partner."

Red didn't reply. Even though she already mentioned that she didn't need one, the leader insisted.

She could only silently agree. Although she felt that 92 would do more harm than good to her, she couldn't really start another disagreement discussion.

Inside her heart, she kept on asking herself, 'what's so special with that woman?'

"How about her as a person, as a woman?" The leader continued making her focus back to the current situation.

"She's not worth it." She angrily replied beneath her breathe as both of her hands formed a tight fist. The anger she tried to bury deep down started to emerged.

"It seems to me, you're still too emotional as well. Go." The leader nonchalantly said and the screen was immediately turned off.

When Red left the room, she saw 92 walking towards the rooftop. She was holding the folder she took earlier in that mansion.

Most of the people involved were already resting but this one was still not tired?

Curiously she followed the woman secretly.

With a faint light from the corner lamp of the rooftop, Han Mingxia held tightly the folder containing the files she just got.

It contained the detailed 'tasks' of Daniel as well as the reward after it's completion. She was informed earlier that a contract would exist between the client and the 'person hired' and both have a copy of it. But since she didn't find any similar document like this from Daniel's things before, she could only get the copy from his 'client' who was Chen Dewei.

When she initially found out that it was that man who hired someone to make their engagement fail, she wanted to talk to her cousin and warn her. But, what's the point?

Han Meixiu's already married and Liu Zijian could pretty much protect his wife.

But the event tonight, made her realized that Chen Dewei was indeed serious about her cousin. It was an unsettling thought.

Looking at the folder on her hands, she should focus on her own business firsts.

Red who was observing the woman from a distance, thought she already fell asleep while reading since there was no other movement after she flipped a certain page.

It wasn't until she heard a silent sob that she realized something was wrong.

As the woman clutched the paper as she tried to suppress her emotions, she felt an indescribable feeling inside.

She heard her saying softly against the cold wind.

"Why?"

The question was repeatedly uttered until she curled like a ball in a corner.

She looked extremely pitiful and lonely. Just like her old self when she found out that her only known family died from an impulsive action that was not part of his 'mission'.

She walked slowly and as she moved one step at a time closer she heard the woman's cursing.

"You're so stupid!"

Red's presence was only noticed when she sat down beside the sobbing woman.

She didn't say a word. She just quietly accompanied the woman who was clearly broken about what she read.

The moment she felt Red's presence beside her, her emotions flew out. Even without a word, her silent company reminded her that even during her most miserable state, she wasn't alone.

Truth extremely hurt her.

In that task, Daniel was ordered to kill her after their married. But that stupid man, gave her a chance to have another life by divorcing her instead of ending her life.

In the end he was killed protecting her.

She didn't know if she's saying it to herself of to him.

That wound was pried open again and bleeding endlessly.

It was just too painful.
