(Hehe this is really cringy and short sorry)

"IN A WEEK I FLY OUT TO FLORIDA!!" George screamed like a fangirl excited for getting tickets to an event, which in this case, Dream thought, was mostly true. Dream wished it were at least.

"WAIT REALLY?!" Dream screamed back, completely forgetting he was in public, causing people to stare at him.

"OH LET'S GOOOO!" He yelled in excitement. Then, he realized there were people around him, casting concerned glances towards him. Dream coughed, embarrassed.

"Shit," he chuckled nervously. "Can I call you in a bit?"

Dream hung up, smirking, and started walking home. They both had been planning to meet up for the longest time, also trying to convince Sapnap as well. He had completely forgotten how much time had passed. Sapnap would be meeting them a week after George came, because he was catching up with some of his old friends for a few days.

𝘈 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘰𝘰?!

It was crazy, but Dream's heart was exploding from joy. He couldn't wait to get home and hear George's excited voice, making him feel more bubbly and bright at the sound of it.

(Dream casually speedruns home)

As Dream stepped inside his apartment, he called George instantly. While the phone rang, he kicked off his shoes and ran to his room, flopping onto his bed.

"Holy shit you're so loud!" Dream laughed, rolling onto his back.

"YOU HUNG UP ON ME DREAM, YOU INCONSIDERAT-" Dream knew George could ramble for forever if he wanted. It was really stupid, and Dream only laughed at him for it. Most of the time he'd just block out what he was saying and randomly start making fun of him.

Dream rolled his eyes. "GEORGE! JUST SHUT UP LMAO." [yes he said lmao]

"Ugh whatever ever," he said in a sassy tone. "Anyways, DREAM IM COMING OVER IN A WEEK LIKEOMGIMACTUALLYCOMING!"

Dream rolled his eyes. "Oh great, something to look forward to." Dream said sarcastically, lowering his voice.

Then it hit him. George didn't even know what he looked like. He had completely forgot. What would George think of him? Would George hate him because of his appearance? Would them meeting up change anything? Was he good enough? Dream tried to shrug off the disturbing thoughts trying to crowd his mind and take away the excitement bubbling inside of him like a pan of boiling water.

"Did you doze off, Dweamy, or did you just cut out?"

"Huh? Oops, sorry. I guess I just got lost in thought."

"What's on your mind?" George asked.

"Who knows, maybe it's you."

It took a few moments, but George responded.

"What the hell, Dream? What is wrong with you?!" George said, lightly chuckling.

Dream started wheezing like a tea kettle.

"I-it's not funny Dream!"

After his fit of wheezing, Dream sighed and smirked.

"What Gogy, can I not be thinking about how attractive and charming you are?"

There was silence for a few moments.

"..Well I mean you ARE a simp, so I guess you can. I mean, I bet you're hot and all, but I already know I look so much better. Not surprised you'd think of me." You could hear his smirk.

'𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘵.'

This caught Dream off guard. He wasn't used to George challenging his "flirting". Dream felt his cheeks grow warm, and he didn't know how to respond, so he just coughed to try to cover it up.

"Have I gotten Dweam lost for words? Aww, how cute."

"You can't just- say that, George."

You could practically hear him smirking. "Oh so when you flirt with me it's fine, but when I do it's not?"

Dream laughed. "Oh shut up, you enjoy it."

George made a pfft sound. "You act like you don't?"

"You're the one to talk," Dream said in a failed attempt to mock his accent.

George laughed, and they started mocking each other's accents.

They talked for about half an hour, until George eventually fell asleep on call.

Dream closed his eyes and smiled, his voice lowering to barely even a whisper.

"I love you, Gogy."

Dream has left the call.
