"Hello, this is emergency services, is this Clay (last name)?"
"Uhm, yes? What is it-?"
"Well, it appears that your sister found your mother, Natalie (last name), passed out on the floor, and you were in her emergency contacts."
Dream sat there for a few moments, shocked. He felt his eyes widening and his heart slowly sinking into anxiety. "Where is she now?!"
"She currently at an emergency facility in Lock hart. She is now being sent to a hospital in Orlando. I will send you all of the information you need to know."
"Wai-" The lady hung up. Dream dropped his phone into his lap and started shaking, tears filling his eyes, slowly spilling onto his cheeks.
"What happened?" George asked, his voice full of concern.
"M-" He cleared his throat. "I- n-nothing." He said softly.
"Why are you crying then?"
"Dream, I can see-"
"It's nothing, just drop it. Don't worry about i-it."
"Please just- leave me a-alone."
George lowered his voice. "I-I'm sorry Dream I just wanted to hel-"
"Well, I don't NEED your 'help', so it'd be nice if you could just leave me the FUCK alone, like I asked you to. I may be close to you and sometimes open up, but you don't always need to try get me to talk to you about stuff." Dream said, his voice raising all of the sudden.
Dream seemed shocked at the things that he'd just said.
George blinked, taken aback. His shock melted away into hurt as his eyes started to look glassy from the tears forming in his eyes.
"W-wait George I- I didn't m-mean-"
"Forget it." George opened the car door, stepping out and slamming it. He walked inside, and right when he closed the door, he ran into the bedroom, tears streaming down his face. He flopped on the bed and sobbed, clenching his fists as hard as he could. He tucked in his legs so that he was sitting with his caves under his thighs, his head buried into the bed covers.

George sat upright and took in short, shaky breaths. His vision became blurry and he felt dizzy. He held his hand to his chest, trying to calm his breathing. His heart was racing and he felt weak. For a few minutes, he tried to control himself, but his vision was only getting more blurry and he was only feeling more weak.
"I'm s-sorry Dream.."
Suddenly, he fell back, causing him to limply fall off of the bed. His head hit the wooden floor with a thump, and everything went black.
"Dammit, Dream! You fucked up again!" He slammed his fists on the top of his car, tears spilling out of his eyes and streaming onto his cheeks. He sighed.

Dream wiped the warm tears from this cheeks and eyes as he headed inside. The apartment was awfully quiet. Dream checked the living room, kitchen, bathroom. No George. Then, he heard a soft thump coming from the bedroom. He turned and walked over to the door, stepping inside.
"George?" He spotted him and walked over. He poked him, assuming he fell asleep, just in a strange position..

"..George?" He shook him. No response.
"George?!" Dream yelled. No response.
"GE-ORGE!" He screamed, his voice starting to crack. Dream quickly took out his phone and dialed 911.

"P-please help m-my f-friend is p-passed o-out and w-wont resp-pond."
He gave them the address, and soon the ambulance arrived. They lifted George onto a stretcher and carried him away, Dream following close behind.
One of the men came up to him as the rest loaded up the ambulance.
"Are you a family member of him?"
"I-I'm his b-best- f-friend." Dream stuttered.
"I'm afraid you cannot be in the ambulance then. You may follow us to the hospital, if you wish."
Dream sighed shakily and nodded, it barely being noticeable. Dream got in his car and followed the ambulance as they took off. Dream burst into tears, making the flashing lights he followed up ahead blurry. His heart was aching like it had just shattered into a million pieces, those pieces that may not heal.

They brought George into a room, Dream following, only for a lady to stop him.
"You can't come in."
"P-please I just wanna s-see h-him.."
"I'm sorry, I'm afraid you'll have to wait."
Dream fell to his knees, sobbing.
The lady shut the door, leaving him sobbing on the cold floor, alone.
He sobbed, aching to know what would happen, and how George was doing. Was he okay? Dream sighed shakily.

Dream decided that he needed to call a few people. (George's mom was already informed)
"S-sapnap.. G-george he-he-"
"What do you mean? What happened?"
"G-george i-is in t-the hos-hospital." Dream stuttered, tears streaming down his cheeks.
"What?! W-what happened?!"
"I-I'll tell you l-later, just- please come t-to Orlando as f-fast as you c-can. I'll t-text you the address w-when you're in F-Florida." He hiccuped, making him feel worse.
Dream hung up and sat there crying, his head hanging. He clenched his fists, his nails digging into his skin.
"FUCK!" he screamed, gaining a few people's attention.
"What is wrong with me.." he sat with his calves under his thighs, his head bent, sobbing silently.
"I-I'm so sorry G-george.." He whispered. "I w-won't do that again, but please stay with me. I- I don't know what I would d-do with-..without you. Please.." He mumbled, stuttering slightly as he continued to sob. He took in a few shaky breaths, doing his best to calm himself.
"I won't hurt you again, please.."

Dream decided to sleep it off.
Dream woke up to a lady gently shaking him, telling him he could see George now. It was now the morning of the next day.
Dream struggled to get up, but quickly recovered as he stumbled into the room. Sat upright across the hospital was George.
"George!" Dream quickly stumbled over to the side of his bed, and gently embraced him, doing his best to not hurt him. He didn't hug back.
"Wha- who are you?"
