Dream had been on his phone a lot the last couple days of the week. He hadn't been talking to George as much, leaving him extremely bored. They hardly did as many activities together, and George was confused why he suddenly stopped giving him attention. George tried to talk to Dream, but he hardly looked up from his screen, and didn't say much, making George full on give up. It wasn't worth the hustle.

George sat on the living room couch browsing through TV channels, bored. It was now a Sunday, marking the first week he was there. He hardly figured that out, but he had gained some more of his memory within the last few days. He scrolled through social media long enough to get even more bored. He felt like streaming.

George got up and walked into Dream's bedroom. "Hey, Dream?"

"Hm?" He didn't look up.

"Can I stream on your setup?"

"Oh..sure."

George sighed, not planning on trying to start a conversation, and started booting up the monitor. The glow of the monitor brightened the room, for it was dark with the curtains closed and the lights were off.

This is becoming sad. It's like he can't even look away from his screen just to simply let in a little light.

George got everything set up, signing into his twitch account along the way, and was ready to stream.

"Uhm, Dream?"

He hummed in response.

"Could you um.. go to the living room or something? I don't want to disturb you when I talk."

"It's fine, I'll just be quiet."

"A-are you sure?"

"Mhm."

"..Okay." He was hesitant, but George pressed the "start streaming" button, and waited for people to roll in.

"Hey, guys!" George slightly smiled. He hadn't streamed in a long time and he missed it.

"How are you all doing?" Different responses were spammed, along with hearts. It made George smile. He decided to read the chat for once.

"Why am I not using a face cam? Oh, because I'm at a different setup currently." He read some more questions. "Why have I not been streaming a lot? I've been um.." He cleared his throat. "I've just been kinda busy, sorry guys." He answered a few more questions, until the notification sent out.

"Alright, I'm gonna speedrun for a bit!"

He loaded in a few worlds, at first finding no luck with a seed. Then, he found a decent one, and started speedrunning. Then, a donation went through.

"Hi Gogy, how are you doing? :) Also, why have you and Dream been so quiet lately?" The auto-message read.

George hesitated. "I've been good, thank you, and, I- I don't know about Dream, but I've just been busy." I glanced over to Dream, and he looked up for the first time in forever. He mouthed to me, "Just tell them."

George mouthed back, "No."

Dream shut off his phone and got up. He walked over to the monitor, and started talking. "Hey guys." Chat freaked out right away.

George sighed. "I thought we weren't gonna tell them.."

"Why not?" Dream grinned.

"I- nothing."

Chat was going bizarre, and George almost felt bad for the mods. At least they were getting paid.

Dream chuckled. "Guys, chill. Sapnap's gonna be here in like.." He paused. He blinked in surprise. "Tomorrow, actually."

George paused his speedrun, and put his attention to discord. He saw Sapnap online, and noticed he was trying to call him. George decided to pick up.

"Hello-"

"GEORGE!"

"Oh my gosh, Sapnap. My earss." George groaned.

"IDIOT WHY WEREN'T YOU PICKING UP?!"

"I didn't know you were calling me. Chill out, jeez."

"Put it on speaker [idk how to explain it]." George unplugged his headset, hearing Sapnap loudly screaming at him as he did so.

"SAPNAP! SHUT UP I'M STREAMING!"

"Wait what- oh, hi guys."

As chat flew by, most of it was "LMAOOO-"

George sighed. "Okay, let's continue!" He continued with Dream and Sapnap talking every now and then. After a successful speedrun, George decided to catch up on donos.

"Hi Gogy! I was wondering why you and Dream are hardly talking? You're both barely interacting on twitter, and you guys seem distant. I'm sorry if this was a really private question. You don't have to answer! Love you :]"

George froze. "Uh- uhm.."

"We aren't acting distant, what do ya mean?" After that dono, chat started asking the same thing, now noticing the tension.

"Uhm, anyways.." He started reading more donos, trying his best to avoid the questions of Dream and him.

After a good hour or two or streaming, George decided he wanted to end.

"Alright guys, I'm gonna head out! Bye guys!" After saying his goodbye's, he ended.

Sapnap cleared his throat. "I'm gonna head out, bye guys! I'll see you some time today!" He hung up before George could say anything. He leaned back in the gaming chair, resting his hand on his forehead.

"That was fun. Chat went crazyyyyy." Dream said.

"Yeah.."

"You seem stressed."

"I'm not." Suddenly, George's phone dinged. He checked the notification.

George wondered what he needed.

"I'm gonna go to the bathroom." George got up and rushed into the bathroom. He closed the door, and took out his phone, calling Sapnap almost immediately.

"George?"

"Yeah?"

"Are you alone?"

"Mhm. What'd you need?"

There was a short pause. "What's going on between you and Dream? You guys are never like this."

"What do you mean?"

"Oh, come on. Don't give me that. You guys were like.. ignoring each other almost."

"Um, I don't know what you're talking about."

"You know exactly what I'm talking about."

George sighed, finally giving in. "I don't know what's going on, to be honest. Lately, he's just been on his phone, completely ghosting me."

"Did you piss him off or something?"

"No?" George thought for a moment. "Maybe it's that one girl.." He mumbled.

"What girl?"

George blinked in surprise. "How did you hear that?"

"I have good hearing. What girl?"

George decided to get it off of his chest, telling him what all had happened yesterday, including the story of when they were in a cafรฉ.

They both were silent for what felt like forever.

"Holy shit.."

George nodded, forgetting that he couldn't see that. "Yeah."

"You should talk to him about it."

George blinked in disbelief. "I can't do that! I don't want him to hate me or get irritated."

"Oh come one, George. He could never hate you."

George fell silent.

"You should tell him how you feel."

"What?"

"I know you like him, it's so obvious."

George froze "I- I don't like-"

"You don't need to lie to me. I won't tell him."

"Um, I don't know what you're talking about."

"You know exactly what I'm talking about."

George sighed, finally giving in. "I don't know what's going on, to be honest. Lately, he's just been on his phone, completely ghosting me."

George froze "I- I don't like-"

"You don't need to lie to me. I won't tell him."

George sighed in relief, thumping to the floor, leaning on the wall. "Okay, you caught me. I may or may not have a crush on him."

"You really should tell him how you feel."

"I- I can't, he doesn't like me like that. He just jokes around with me."

Sapnap laughed. "You are so blind, George."

"W-what?"

"Nothing."

George hesitated.

"Sapnap?"

"Yeah?"

George took in a shaky breath. "Do you think he's gonna end up replacing me?"

"What?! Why would you think that?"

"..I- Well, you know that one girl I told you about? The Chick Fil' A one?"

"Mhm."

"I feel like yesterday all he did was talk to her. I mean, before he got her snapchat, he would hardly be on his phone by me."

"He wouldn't do that."

"I think he might. Just the way they like, connected. I dunno."

"You're not replaceable, George."

"I- I don't even know anymore.."

George thought of what to say.

"You promise you won't tell Dream?"

"What?"

"About the crush thing?"

"Promise."

"..Thank you, Sapnap. This makes me feel a lot better."

Dream leaning backward from the wall right next to the bathroom door. He had basically heard the whole conversation. It hurt him that George thought he'd be replaced, but..

๐˜๐˜ฆ ๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ฌ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ?!

This boosted Dream's confidence. Now with the help of Rose, possibly Sapnap, and this information, he could definitely plan what he had been planning to do ever since George got here..
