12 chapter 12: Monster of Manhattan 2

[30 minutes later]

I watched as Spiderman talked to the cops I wondered how they knew to be there then I remembered the hostage. but it didn't take long for Spiderman to tell the story and the hostage conforming to the story of a giant man with stone skin saved me took a lot for the police officer to believe even if aliens had invaded the city twice. after that was done spiderman came to meet me on the roof.

Spider-man: "So I guess greetings are in order my name is Spiderman but I guess you already know that" he extends his hand.

"My name is Nightfury" I shack his hand and while doing so change back into my night fury armor with my equipment on.

Spider-man: "Whoa how did you do that and where did the shield and shield come from and..." As Spiderman continues to as questions I look over his status.

Man Spidey has some power he's almost as strong as my gargoyle and he's 3 levels above me just shows he can't underestimate people, especially heroes.

"Well my powers are showier," I said and Spiderman nodded.

Spider-man: "That's an understatement so I'm guessing you're a new hero and since I haven't heard of a winged stone man taking out thugs on the street"

"It's a gargoyle and yes this is my first time on patrol and sense you're here maybe you could give me some tips"

Spider-man: "Sure always good to see new heroes," he said, and soon Spiderman gave me the whole hero shpeal about with great power comes great responsibility and all that and even told me about other active heroes in New York like the Fantastic Four, Daredevil, Luke cage and the Creeper who he is advised to avoid.

Nothing on iron fist or Jessica Jones so were missing two Defenders and he told me to watch out for some of the villains that have popped up in the big apple like Doctor Octopus, Electro, Killer Frost, and Doctor Light when he was done my watch went off alerting me that it was already 3:30 am. when I told him it was my watch telling me the time Spider-man was already firing a web line apologizing for the sudden departure before I could even look back up to see his figure already swinging away.

"Why was he in such a.... right tonight's a school night hey Tron do I need to sleep"
