Chapter 14: Future Planning

After my conversation with Elsa, I was now waiting at Felt's den for the girl to come to me and Elsa goes as she was instructed as canon from Rosswaal.

As soon as I have defeated the 'Bowel Hunter' the news will spread like wildfire and that will certainly bring to the attention of Capella.

But I was more concerned with processing everything, I learned from Elsa that is valuable information to me.

Alright now that I asked Elsa the question, she has given me plenty of information about her organization and how they operate.

Elsa was hired by Rosswaal as in canon to steal the insignia but Elsa also told me that Mother or rather Capella Emerada Lugnica also told me some key facts of her identity since Elsa has been the only one to see her come in a form of a Black Dragon into a form of a little girl to which Elsa admitted that she likes to take that form.

Another thing that Elsa has told me about Capella was her personality as a Sin Archbishop I expected her perspective of love to be different she is obsessed with the concept of love, feeling a great urge for every single person in the world to love her.

She also has a unique talent in that she spends her days gathering brilliant and extraordinarily eccentric individuals who she refers to as her children–her underlings who she uses for her own benefits and goals.

That is something I can use against her but first I have to bring her to me.

Fortunately, I already have a way to do bring her to me easily.

Elsa.

Once Capella realizes that Elsa has failed her mission to obtain the insignia from Rosswaal request she will immediately come personally to Elsa to give her punishment for failing the mission under the guise of her child form.

From what Elsa has given information about the organization is somewhere located inside the northern part of the Lugncia is the Holy Kingdom of Gusteko.

Elsa has told me that is where Capella is most of her time in that country, but she will come herself to us once she hears wind of Elsa's failure because of her personality.

Elsa herself confirms this by having Capella have her underlings listen in to what each of the Four Kingdoms is doing at all times even knowing they failed once is the harshest mistake for them to make.

This makes it perfect for me since she simply needs to touch someone with her hands to activate her [Authority of Lust: Variation and Change] to be a threat but she can just heal herself without the effects of using her hand to work only on herself.

However, I simply need to touch her once with my [Final Command] to win since my Semblance forces them to follow one of my orders to their souls and not their brains as for her touching me?

Simple I have the invincible defense [Authority of Greed: Lion's Heart] to keep me safe till I deliver my command to her then it would be my win.

And to make it better my gravity from my Yami Yami no Mi forcing her to my direction in the palm of my hand literally by then she realizes what happens it would be too late for her to do anything till then I have to stick to the plan.

Elsa will run as planned but I will keep on the chase but in actuality, we will both confront Capella together with me hiding her in my [Dark Space] avoiding Reinhard and Emilia detection hopefully for when the time is right.

In that period of time, I shouldn't forget that I can't forget that there is another person to consider as well into the equation her little sister Meili Portroute.

When I get the coast and clear I will gain favor from Emilia by learning magic from the mansion while taking that time to release Elsa in the Village of Irlam to tell her partner to stop the attack in the village.

Of course, I will tell them I plan to hunt down the Sin Archbishops in the process but it's also to know to let Puck know what I plan to do and bond with everyone except the clown there in his home.

After leaving the sister in the village I will come back the next day after to begin my hunt for the Sin Archbishops with Emilia support in the mansion as I learn their magic in the process

This could give me more time to do some background work dealing with the people that need to be taken care of first plus much-needed information about the other Sin Archbishops from one herself when Capella comes.

I have to play this plan just right for everything here that needs to be followed all according to the plan to take care of the Sin Archbishop of Lust.

Sigh…

Shaking my head, a bit what I'm basically doing is destroying Arc 1-2 in the process and once Meili plans fails with Elsa no doubt that 'Mother' will surely come knocking now.

I have something planned once I enter the Sanctuary ignoring its barrier abilities once I have everything ready on my end from killing 3 Sin Archbishops, one of the great demons, and already recruited members I was wondering if Echidna is a member.

The only way to enter is would be to go through her tomb and be accepted into her tea party to talk to her as long as I have a witch factor maybe my Authority of Greed is enough to enter.

No doubt her vast intelligence would be needed and since she is one of the smartest people here in this world might help our group out I know that she will agree to the chance if she wants to learn more about the world.

If I bring her to the RWBY world then her soul would no doubt become a real person in the universe rules of RWBY world if that were to happen.

Well at the very least it looks like I have to wait for a while before my plans can begin maybe hunting down the White Whale early might help me get at least one quest done.

As I was waiting in patience for Felt I finally see the kid come over to her home with me waiting as she asks me in a hostile tone, "What do you think you're doing, peeking into someone's house?"

Felt is a short girl with fair skin and medium-length golden hair with a black bow she has a Yamba that becomes prominent when she laughs.

She has red eyes and wears a black top, red scarf, and black pants that are incomplete on the left side, where she also wears a red ribbon and also wears a vest, gloves, and brown shoes, and has a belt with a sheath where her knife is.

Smiling at the young girl Felt I reply to her for what I wanted as I brought the phone Toga gave me when I left to her as I explain, "I came here to make a deal of buying off the insignia that you stole, I have something worth more than twenty holy coins."

Felt looked at my phone as I began to explain to her my offer, "Everyone wants these days are the Meitas. My Meita is a one of a kind with its ability that can stop and capture, a moment in time."

Felt looking at my phone looks at herself when I took the photo as she says to me in a distrusting tone, "I'm not stupid as to unquestioningly believe everything a prospective buyer says."

Nodding my head in agreement I next say to her what to do next, "If that is the case how about we have my Metia appraised by the Loot house in the Slums area I can guarantee by then that what I say was the truth."

Felt nods at this as she says to me to follow her into the Loot house, "Very well then just follow me then let's see if what you say is true."

With that, I soon begin to follow after her as I commented the Slums being very sad to see as Felt responds with her own words, "I'm not like the people here I have no attention of living out my life in these back alleys."

I responded to her words with my own with a small smile at the end, "Isn't that a bit harsh you may never know what you mind in these people they can have the talent if they try, and is 20 Holy Coins is enough?"

She huffs at my response as she says to me in a defiant tone, "It's true that'd be a huge leap towards my goal. Even if I were alone, it isn't as if I couldn't get by with effort… Never mind…"

Smirking at her I patted her head in agreement much to her annoyance as I say to her but is a bit surprised to learn my origin, "I can agree with you on that much let me tell you a secret I used to be people like here in a poor village like them but I have people who looked after me teaching me how to be strong and smart with a little help to become the person I became today."

Felt looked surprised but I continued as I went past her to the Loot house as I say to her my words of advice, "A piece of advice for you Felt make sure you can become someone wise and strong to continue towards your dreams and goals don't let anything stop you from accomplishing what you believe is right."

As we entered inside the building, I have met with Rom the giant.

Rom sports a bulky figure as a giant, he stands at a towering 7'3, though his hunchback-like style of walking makes him look shorter.

He has white strands of hair lining his eyebrows and is bald he wears a sleeveless vest and possesses a crimson symbol across the side of his left head and his primary weapon is a massive club that he uses to smash opponents.

As we both entered inside I let Rom examine Toga phone as I already re-explained to him the functions of the phone.

When they asked me their reason I only replied with an innocent smile saying to them, "Well if anything I just want to return the insignia to their owner since she has had a very bad day after she lost it and someone insulted her with the name of a witch."

As I told them that Rom looked surprised at that since saying it freely means an end to a Kingdom since the Witch Cultist considers it as heresy as they are very extreme in their acts.

Felt tries to remember a bit till she remembers when Subaru says that name out loud as she confirms my claims to Rom, "Yeah… I did remember someone saying the witch name in the market today… that boy was such a dumbass I bet he will die because of it!"

Well…

You aren't exactly wrong with that since he was dead just a few hours ago…

But that was when I heard a knocking sound coming from the door as Felt reaches it to open assuming it was clinet who hired her but soon grows pale as the person she stole the insignia from is back.

Emilia the Half-Elf has joined the party.

Emilia is a beautiful Half-Elf with long silver hair and purple-blue eyes she wears a white and purple outfit along with a white flower in her hair.

Although she appears to be in her late teens, Emilia is chronologically over 115 years old and mentally in her early to mid-teens to that is plane insane to be honest she is basically older than everyone I know of.

Seeing her appear she gives a small glare as she asks everyone in the room a question, "Ok would you please hand back my insignia and you won't be hurt."
