Mysterious being: Well I am GOD well a part of GOD He split himself up to deal with the entire omniverse which includes wuxia, Marvel, DC, Earth (where you are from), and so on and so forth you get the idea.
Deaf man: why couldn't he save my family in the world where I lived and where is my family?
GOD: well tell you the truth we have plans for each world and each world is bound by laws of the worlds that I *ahem* we created or is assigned to watch over. As for your family, they are in heaven. The reason I intervened in your soul ascension to heaven to join your family is simply because of your valor, and desire for superpowers and being a superhero. The other me of that world could not grant with your constant prayers of superpowers and superheroes due to the laws of that world that me that exist there bounded himself to.
Deaf man: So each God is a fragment of the one GOD and HE or She is assigned or created various worlds and each world has different laws that HE/SHE is bounded to therefore based on how that world operates that GOD is limited based on what HE/She can do due to the laws of whatever world he/she rules correct?
GOD: yes.
Deaf man: I wished I could bring my family with me my wife and kids love superheroes too. I do not want to take them away from heaven. I will live my life to the fullest then is there anything I need to know or do before I am reincarnated there?
GOD: well you have options since I feel bad for your death due to ignorance. we can do the whole five wishes thing or just send you there.
Deaf man: Okay let me think about it I think I want to do the five wishes but I am going to take my time.
God: let's get to it I have the DC universe world to take care of you know and that world is split into so many parts.
Deaf man: my first wish is that I want to have Enhanced Ability Learning. My second wish is that the world that I died in to have world peace if it is possible. If not then a system I think I would like to try that. My third wish I still want to be reborn as a Mexican There needs to be more representation in my people's community. My fourth wish would be Absolute intelligence and Absolute wisdom.
GOD: All of that is within my abilities but I cannot influence another God world without permission but due to the laws of that world. World peace would interfer with that world's law and path. I cannot intervene in that matter but I will grant your wish for a system. your fourth wish is two wish in one so I will make that your 4th and 5th wish however you will not manifest those powers immediately you will slowly unseal those powers.
