4 Chapter 4: Rao

I take off my armor and just keep my underwear on. I look at Faora wearing a full armor that isolates solar radiation: "Deactivate the shields."

Faora nodded and turned off the shields in my room.

I look at the yellow star and wait for the radiation to enter my room.

In less than a few seconds, I am bathed in the light of the yellow star.

I could feel it clearly ... I could make my body stronger.

Each cell in my body absorbed the sun's radiation at an extremely fast rate. It was a unique sensation. It was a feeling of 'satisfaction' and 'happiness.'

If on the day that I merged with the codex, I felt 'complete.' Right now, I feel 'satisfied.'

It was a numbing sensation, it was a unique sensation.

Without realizing it, I start to float, and my body starts to glow. I was so focused on this feeling of satisfaction that I didn't notice the changes that had taken place in my body.

I close my eyes and enjoy that feeling.

I don't know how much time has passed; I also didn't care. I was just enjoying this feeling. I woke up when that feeling of satisfaction was 'complete.'

"Sir !!." I hear Faora's loud voice.

"Ugh. Can you speak a little lower? "

"Sir, I'm talking low."

I open my eyes and look at Faora. The moment I opened my eyes, I saw a red world.

'What is happening?' I didn't understand why my vision changed.

Oh? I'm floating; I close my eyes again and try to control my new senses.

This task proved a little uncomfortable, but since I was trained by Zod since I was a little boy, I am very good at controlling my body.

Because of that, it doesn't take me less than a few seconds to get used to my new senses.

I open my eyes again, and my vision was back to normal; I floated towards the ship's floor.

I look at the palm of my hands, I open and close and my hand, with just this movement, I can feel that my power has increased by a percentage that I cannot calculate.

I also understood something, Kryptonians without training cannot handle these powers.

I already foresee some of them destroying the ship because they don't know how to control themselves.

If I want all my subordinates to have access to that power, I have to make them train.

Fortunately, my subordinates are experienced warriors. I shouldn't have too much trouble with that.

I just think of a group that will have a hard time learning to control these powers, the group of 500 female civilians ...

I do not plan to leave any Kryptonians without training; training will be mandatory, women, children, and men. Everyone will be forced to train.

With this power, even a Kryptonian doctor can be a warrior.

"... It has long been said that if a Kryptonian was born with red hair, he would be Rao's incarnation, the King God of Krypton." Zod spoke in a stoic tone. He was also wearing full armor.

I raise my eyebrows at Zod's words. "Kryptonians who were born with red hair were worshiped as incarnations of Rao, and many of these Kryptonians brought a new era to our race." I continue, after all, this was a myth well known to our people.

"Yes ..." Zod walks over to a control panel. "Many of these Kryptonians were not born with 100% red hair, after all, this type of hair color was not in our genetics." Zod pushed a few buttons, and a mirror appears in front of me.

I look in the mirror and am shocked by what I was seeing.

"In other tales, a Kryptonian can wake up his 'divinity' by contacting a young star."

In front of me was a young adult, 190 CM tall. He has a body that looks like it was made by the gods. He has sapphire blue eyes and long red hair that reached his waist; his hair reflected in the sunlight looked like it were on fire ...

"Congratulations, my Lord. You have become a deity. "

"..."

I smile a little: "Don't joke, Zod. I'm not a god ... "Wait, I can use this to my advantage.

Stopping to think, I still don't have a name, huh?

I know very well that everyone on this ship obeys me only because Zod obeys me. I do not fear betrayal, but I need to win my people's hearts, if I am not capable of that, I cannot call myself an emperor.

Rao the God-King of the Kryptonians ... Rao was a powerful cosmic deity of the sun. He was considered the supreme deity of the Kryptonian gods' pantheon, the supreme god of Raoism...

I can use this.

I walk to the front of Faora. I don't need to say anything; Faora approaches me and starts to dress in my armor.

When Faora finished putting on my armor, I leave my room and walk to the command room.

As I walk through the corridors, I notice the shocked faces of the Kryptonians.

Arriving at the control room, I order: "Put my image on the entire ship."

The subordinate was shocked for a moment, but soon he came out of his stupor and did as I say.

I start to float. While floating, my long red hair is visible to everyone.

As all Kryptonians know the myth of Rao, they were in shock.

That was my goal, I honestly don't believe that I am a god, but if it helps me win my people's hearts, I don't mind being your god.

It's like I said before, controlling people through machines is wrong. You have to guide them like children, but I also forgot to say something. You have to give them an ideology.

After all, if they don't have something to believe in, they will be discouraged.

I intend to become a Kryptonian ideology.

"I came here to make an announcement! From that moment on, my name is Rao ... Rao, the god of the Kryptonians !! "

...
